Abstract

Business development strategy is a way to make an effort to become more advanced, better, and focus on long-term goals in a competitive state of the company. This study aimed to describe the business development strategies undertaken by CV Wiramitra Sidoarjo. This type of research used is descriptive qualitative approach. The place of this research is determined by using purposive method implemented in the CV Wiramitra area located at Ciputran Perum Citra Garden B 07/09 Sidoarjo, East Java. Analysis of the data in this study consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the CV Wiramitra Sidoarjo is a service company servers by implementing several business development strategy in operation. The business development strategies undertaken by CV Wiramitra include: product development, market penetration, and market development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan penalaran dan kemandirian belajar pada materi persamaan garis lurus siswa SMP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi pada kelas VIII semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2017-2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi pada materi Persamaan Garis Lurus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII E. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan instrumen berupa tes soal uraian dan angket kemandirian belajar. Hasil penelitian didapat kesimpulan: (1) tingkat kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dalam penyelesaian masih level rendah; (2) kesulitan siswa pada umunya belum memahami soal dan prakonsep masih rendah; (3) siswa belum tertanam rasa belajar secara mandiri. Kata kunci: kemampuan penalaran matematis, kemandirian belajar.   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the ability of reasoning and self-regulated learning on the material of equations of straight lines of junior high school students. This research method using qualitative descriptive method. This research is conducted in SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi in Grade VIII of academic year 2017-2018. The population of this study is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi who have studied the material of the equation of straight line. The subject of the research is the students of class VIII E. To obtain the research data used the instrument in the form of test description and questionnaire self-regulated learning. The results of the research concluded: (1) the level of students mathematical reasoning ability in the problem solving is still low level; (2) students difficulties in general have not understood the problem and the preconception is still low; (3) students have not embedded the sense of learning independently. Keywords: mathematical reasoning ability, self-regulated learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the contextual approach to students' mathematical reasoning abilities in one junior high school in the city of Bandung. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. The subjects in this study were class VIII students in one junior high school in Bandung as many as 32 students. This study uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) with data collection techniques carried out, namely test instruments mathematical reasoning abilities as many as 5 items. The results of learning research using a contextual approach by performing pretest and posttest tests can affect the mathematical reasoning abilities of junior high school students with an average percentage of 81%

Abstract

Research on the learning ability to understand student learning independence towards mathematical punishment abilities. The research method uses correlational methods with quantitative research. The population in this study were students of one of the junior high schools in the city of Bandung and the sample of this study were students of class IX F as many as 32 students. The material used is the material of Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) which has been taught in class VIII. The instrument in this study consisted of a mathematical punishment ability test of 5 items, then a non-test instrument in the form of an independent learning scale as many as 28 positive and negative revelations. The step that needs to be done in this study is the filling of the learning independence questionnaire, a mathematical punishment ability test. The results of this study concluded that positive learning independence on the ability of students to sentence 46.6% and 53.4% ​​by other factors related to student learning independence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of mathematical reasoning ability between superior grade students and ordinary class students by doing problem test on the material of Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV). This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi by using quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research is the students of class VIII who have studied the material of Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV). The sample of this research is class VIII-J as superior class and class VIII-K as regular class.
