Abstract

Background Hepatitis B is one of the most common infectious diseases worldv.ide. Indonesia has moderate-high endemicity for hepatitis B infection. Perinatal transmission increases the risk for chronic hepatitis B. Infants from HBsAg-positive mothers should receive hepatitis B immunoglobulin (HBIG) and vaccination within 12 hours of birth, but this practice is not routinely done in Indonesia due to financial constraints.Objectives To detennine the influence of Hep-B immunization on preventing Hepatitis B vertical transmission. Methods A descriptive cohort study was conducted from May 2009 - January 2010. Subjects were term infants born from HBsAg-positive mothers v.ith no history of HBIG administration. They had received complete hepatitis B immunization and 1 month after the last dose were evaluated for HBsAg and anti-HBs. Cord blood was also taken during labor to measure HBsAg.Results There were 22 infants born from HBsAg-positive mother who met the inclusion criteria. HBsAgwas positive in 6 of22 cord blood specimens. There were 15 infants who completed this study. One of 15 infants had positive HBsAg after completed hepatitis B immunization and 12 of 15 infants had protective level of anti-HBs. Effectiveness of hepatitis B immunization to prevent vertical transmission in this study was 70-90%.Conclusion Hepatitis B immunization can prevent vertical transmission of hepatitis B in infants born to mothers who are HBsAg-positive even without administration of HBIG.

Abstract

Latar belakang. Vaksinasi BCG mempunyai efek proteksi yang bervariasi, menurun dengan bertambahnya umur anak. Perkembangan pengetahuan di bidang biologi molekuler telah mengembangkan pemeriksaan IFN-γ untuk mendeteksi respon vaksinasi.Tujuan. Mengetahui lamanya efek proteksi BCG dan hubungan kadar IFN-γ dengan umur, status gizi, umur mendapatkan vaksinasi BCG dan sarana kesehatan tempat vaksinasi.Metode. Suatu studi cross sectional, stratified random sampling, pada anak yang telah mendapat vaksinasi BCG. Kadar IFN-γ diukur dari sel limfosit yang telah dikultur. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Anova dan Independent sample t tes.Hasil. Kadar IFN-γ tertinggi pada kelompok umur 4-11 bulan. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna kadar IFN-γ antara kelompok umur 4-11 bulan dengan 1-4 tahun dan 1-4 tahun dengan 5-9 tahun. Tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara status gizi, umur mendapatkan vaksinasi BCG, sarana kesehatan tempat vaksinasi BCG dengan kadar IFN-γ.Kesimpulan. Abstract

Pengolahan suara digital saat ini sangat membantu aktivitas kehidupan manusia.. sehingga suara manusia dapat diolah untuk dikonversi agar dapat dimengerti oleh suatu sistem sehingga perintah yang terucap dapat direspon oleh alat yang ingin dikendalikan. Pengolahan suara digital dikontrol dengan aplikasi berbasis android untuk menangkap suara manusia yang akan diubah menjadi format digital sehingga suara tersebut dapat diterjemahkan ke dalam suatu sistem. Kemudian sistem tersebut akan membandingkan antara informasi masukan yang sudah berupa format digital tersebut dengan database suara yang ada. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan kendali terhadap peralatan elektronik rumah tangga  melalui media wireless fidelity menggunakan voice recognition secara real time. Sistem yang akan dibuat dapat mengendalikan peralatan elektronik rumah tangga dengan media wireless fidelity menggunakan smartphone. Kendali sistem tersebut dilakukan melalui media wireless fidelity menggunakan aplikasi khusus yang berjalan pada sistem operasi android.  Di dalam Aplikasi tersebut terdapat sebuah fitur voice recognition yang memungkinkan user dapat memberikan perintah melalui suara dari pengguna tersebut. Dari hasil pembahasan diperoleh bahwa sistem kendali elektronik rumah tangga dengan media wireless fidelity bekerja efektif pada jarak dibawah 25 meter dengan delay waktu tanggap mulai dari 0,5 sampai 5 detik. Sistem kendali tidak bisa merespon perintah suara pada jarak 24 meter ke atas. Persentasi akurasi untuk jarak di bawah 25 meter adalah 94,79 %.

Abstract

In our daily lives we find many filters, filters from the word itself are filters. Filters vary, there are air filters to filter dirty air to be clean, filters / filters for coffee and tea to filter coffee or tea pulp, and so on. All of them try to filter something to get what we want. The filter here is a frequency filter, from which the filter will filter the frequency. The existing frequency we filter so get the frequency as we want. In this research, signal filtering will be carried out using Band Pass. The band-pass filter will pass signals with frequencies in a certain range and reduce the signal with other frequencies. The sound sample used is the sound of a cat with just one sample. In this sample signal screening is carried out with 5 different frequencies, namely at frequencies of 8000, 16000, 32000, 48000 and 96000. Data retrieval and processing of voice signals are carried out with the help of audacity and Matlab R2010b software. Sound data in the .wav format is filtered to remove noise and filter using a band pass filter. Sounds issued that are received are destructive which eliminate the sound information that is carried. This of course requires that the sound quality received is not good, so it requires sound signal processing to eliminate noise. Then the voice data is processed by voice signal using the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) method. The results of this study are the output of sound signals that are clean from noise.
