Abstract

Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak is one of the institution body that appointed by the Government to carry out the collection and remittance of WAPU VAT according to PMK No. 85 / PMK.03 / 2012 (amended by PMK No. 136 / PMK.03 / 2012). WAPU VAT collection and deposit system are inefficient because it requires a lot of time and effort when it comes to input the data entry of tax invoice, printing Tax Deposit and sent it to Bank Perception. Three steps activities need to be done more than once. Therefore, Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak need the collection and remittance of the WAPU VAT system that sufficient to improve the efficiency of tax suboffices performance.This research aims to design the accounting information system for collecting and depositing process WAPU VAT. WAPU VAT Deposit using e-tax payment application are expected to overcome the problems that will arise in the WAPU VAT system deposit.Exploratory qualitative approach with case study method chosen in order to dig up the real problem occurs and find a solution. This research are expected to contribute significantly towards Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak as a research subject. In addition, the implementation of draft e-tax application payment system are expected to improve efficiency process of collection and remittance of WAPU VAT. Keyword : System Design, Wapu VAT, Efficiency, e-tax payment

Abstract

Desa Taman Sari in Banyuwangi has a tremendous potential in the development of SMEs processed products. However, SMEs in this village are not optimal, especially from the aspect of marketing their products. They need strategies in the marketing of SME products in competitive era. Information technology plays an important role in marketing products of SMEs. The purpose of this study are to design system based on marketing information online. This study uses the exploratory method. Model design using flowcharts, diagram context, and entity relationship diagrams. Stages of analysis carried out by the flow of input, process and output. The results of the marketing information system design can manage sales reports, product, pricing, and marketing strategies of SME products, and the competitive advantage of SMEs can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to design a sales system using QR Code as a means of transactions in the tour of Red Island. One of the tourist attractions in Banyuwangi often visited by foreign and domestic tourists is the Red Island. The advantages of the Red Island is the waves that are always stable for surfing, clean and conducive environment, and amazing scenery. However, due to the large number of visitors, it is not comparable with the sellers and service providers, the low educational background makes local residents difficult to communicate especially with foreign tourists. This research uses qualitative exploratory and action research methods conducted in Pulau Merah. Data collection is done through interviews and in-depth observation. Data analysis is done to generate a system requirement that will be designed. The result of this research is the design of sales accounting information system using QR Code as transaction tool. The contribution of this research is to increase the income of the people around Red Island, as well as local government through tax revenue, also to improve the competitiveness of Red Island into a natural tourist area of technology. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to obtain empirical evidence about the impact of growth, capital structure and profitability to firm value. The sample in this research is manufacturing company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013 –2015. The source of the data of this research was conducted from annual report and sustainability report. This research is using quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method. The result in this research found that growth effect positively to firm value, capital structure effect negatively to firm value  and profitability effect positively to firm value.Keyword : Growth, Capital Structur, Profitability, firm value

Abstract

Banyuwangi In Your Hand is an application connected with fiber optic that has been connecting 280 kilometers in 28 districts in Banyuwangi Regency. However, the increasing numbers of the tourist is not in line with the numbers of application download. Therefore, the application needs to be evaluated in terms of the feature and program. This study examines the process of information update related to the location of tourism objects in Banyuwangi. This is a qualitative descriptive study. Data were collected from literature study and interviews with the tourists visiting Banyuwangi. This study proposed the idea of integrating GPS in Banyuwangi In Your Hand application to increase the performance of information update about tourism spots in Banyuwangi. This study also proposed to add tax refund application on the transaction feature in order to increase the value of the Banyuwangi In Your Hand application. Abstract

ABSTRAK Persediaan adalah salah satu asset yang paling rawan terjadinya froud dan error selain kas. Terjadinya kesalahan baik yang disengaja oleh karyawan, misalnya dengan cara memalsukan pembeliaan atau memalsukan total pesediaan yang masih ada di gudang. Maka dari itu, aplikasi AMIS dirancang untuk meminimalisir adanya fraud dan error dalam management persediaan suatu perusahaan yang secara otomatis yang terhubung dengan Manajer yang terkait dengan persediaan  dan Direktur yang melakukan fungsi pengawasan.  Cara pengoperasian AMIS menggunakan aplikasi yang terkomputerisasi yang ada pada gudang dan terhubung keseluruh komputer pada bagian lain yang terkait dengan persediaan. Untuk mengetahui total dan jenis persediaan di gudang secara akurat, AMIS dipermudah dengan suatu alat yang disebut dengan Screening Laser.Analisa data dalam penelitian menggunakan data kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan skunder. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini perusahaan akan mengetahui secara tepat dan pasti berapa total persediaan yang masih ada digudang atau persediaan yang menjadi safety stock dan berapa persediaan yang harus dilakukan penambahan atau pembeliaan. Ketika suatu persediaan sudah kurang dari batas minimal untuk penyimpanan digudang dan diperlukan adanya pembelian, maka alat tersebut akan memberikan isyarat ke bagian pembelian. Setelah bagian pembelian melakukan order barang  dan otorisasi oleh manajer maka alat tersebut akan menghentikan isyaratnya dan menginput jumlah masukan persediaan yang sudah datang. Sehingga aplikasi ini dinilai sangat efektif untuk mengetahui EOQ, safety stock, reorder point. Selain itu, memberi kemudahaan dalam pembutan laporan, proses otorisasi dan pengambilan keputusan. Abstract

The aim of this study proposes new system for PT Trakindo as an official agent company (dealer) in Indonesia for Caterpillar products. The company’s operations are the world's largest heavy equipment manufacturer which includes mining industry, oil and gas industry, construction, forestry, agriculture, and power systems. The problem is Procurement of goods and services performed by PT Trakindo Utama currently undergoing a lot of obstacles such as significant cost in finding the right suppliers, bad integration with suppliers, dependence on suppliers, the bill submitted by the supplier can not timely because the billing document incomplete, the use of media such as telephone and so on which may cause considerable cost. The contribution of this research are developing the procurement system design, and web-based services are expected to help anticipate and resolve these problems. This research was conducted using qualitative and case study method, which has the characteristics of exploratory. The results achieved are expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process at PT Trakindo Utama.
