Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study about the effect of motivation on job satisfaction of outsourcing employee in Palembang Square. Motivation is proxied by physiological necessity, safety necessity, social necessity, admition necessity, and actualization necessity. Meanwhile, job satisfaction is proxied by mental challenging work, proper salary and wages, supporting work condition, supporting work partner, suitability of personality with the work. Research object is outsourcing employees in Palembang Square that is divided into six work unit which obtained 196 outsourcing employee as a sample. Method for collecting data used are questionnaire and interview. The collected data are tested by validity test, realibility test, normality test, partial test, simple regression analysis, and cross tabulation. This research results shows that motivation variable affected positively and significantly on job satisfaction of outsourcing employee in Palembang Square. According to analysis result, offered some suggestions such as Management of Palembang Square should give training and development effectively, give appreciation to employee who have good performance and maintain the existing work condition.Keywords : Motivation and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of promotion on Job Satisfaction of employees in Kantor Wilayah Dirjen Pajak (DJP) Sumsel and Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Sampling using census technic with a total population (employees) Kantor Wilayah Dirjen Pajak (DJP) Sumsel and Kepulauan Bangka Belitung totaling 91 employees. Respondents derived from distribution of questionnaires by 55 respondents. Variabel measurement in this research used Questionnaries Linkert Scale and the type of collected data is primary data. The collected data are treated using simple regression analysis. The result showed that simple linear regression equation was obtained to Y = 27.412 + 0.487 X and t value 10,199 > t table 1,673. Based on these result indicated that job promotion has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in Kantor Wilayah Dirjen Pajak (DJP) Sumsel and Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Promotion policy can be maintained for a defined good promotional companies make employees feel satisfaction in their work and enhance their knowledge and job experience of the employees.

Abstract

Commodity development of agriculture in the from of primary product in Indonesia which began with the rubber has developed abaout a century, and the relatively recent palm thirty-five years. Most of the primary product are exported to the word market and the price is always fluctuating according supply and demand conditions of the word market this led to foreign exchange earning and income economic actors foreign earnings will only be obtained if downstream industry is developed for both these commodities south Sumatra has a great opportunity to implement the downstream industry on the basis of abundant raw material resources ,the existence of a development plan in the ocean port of Tanjung Api-api, development of transport infrastructure, energy, water, and support a variety of related institutional. Of course the main actor is the both domestic and foreign,either already engaged in the crumb rubber industry as well as other industries.One location is in special economic zone (KEK) near Tanjung Api-api, and most importantly, a strong commitment and cooperation between actors coherent, government ,the public and researchers to realize the development of downstream industries of rubber and palm oil.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Corporate Culture and Transformational Leadership partially or jointly to the performance of the Pertamina RU III employee after 5 years Transformation in Pertamina. This study used a descriptive survey method approach. Survey method is a research method in which information is collected through the use of questionnaires. The number of sample were 8 x total of research indicator (14 indicators). The numbers of total sample were 112 respondents, were about 16,5 % of 680 population of Pertamina RU III Plaju. Regarding to the title of this research, the beginning phase was 2008 to 2013, and the population in this study were the employee of Pertamina RU III who have worked at least 5 years. Essential things that must be considered in writing the questionnaire, the determination of the list of questions, as well as the format of the questionnaire design, as well as using infrencial analysis with multiple linear regression analysis model (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that Corporate Culture variable (X1) which partially have a significant influence to the employee performance (Y), and the same thing for Transformational Leadership variable (X2), partially has a significant effect to the employee performance (Y). This is indicated by the significance p-value is smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Furthermore, from the results of the F test (Simultaneous Test), Corporate Culture (X1) and Transformational Leadership (X2) have a significant influence to performance of Pertamina RU III Plaju employee (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and spiritual motivation on employee job satisfaction at Sumsel Babel Sharia Bank. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees at Sumsel Babel Sharia Bank with the population of 245 people. By using the Slovin formula and the stratified proportional random sampling method, 152 people were chosen as samples and respondents in this study. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In line with these results, spiritual motivation also had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results also indicated that compensation and spiritual motivation together had positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

 ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian–Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan, baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan– Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk mengukur variabel penelitian. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada responden, di mana responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah sebanyak 152 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dari instrumen kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk selanjutnya dilakukan uji regresi linier berganda. Temuan– Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta pendidikan dan pelatihan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keterbatasan penelitian– Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam jumlah responden, cakupan unit analisis, dan jenis variabel. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya dengan menambah jumlah responden. Peneliti selanjutnya juga diharapkan dapat memperluas cakupan unit analisis, bukan hanya pada bank pembangunan daerah namun juga pada bank nasional maupun organisasi lainnya serta menambah jumlah variabel penelitian, seperti motivasi, komitmen organisasional,kompensasi dan sebagainya.Originality/value– Penelitian ini menggunakan proposisi konsep variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan kemudian menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai, di mana konsep penelitian tersebut jumlahnya masih cukup terbatas khususnya di unit analisis Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Keywords : Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Kinerja Pegawai, Bank Syariah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian? This research are to find out and to proof 1) The influence of Leadership, Organisation Culture & Competency simultaneously toward the employee performance of the ministry of agrarian affairs and spatial planning / BPN Land Agency Office Palembang. 2) The Influence of leadership toward the employee performance of the ministry of agrarian affairs and spatial planning / BPN Land Agency Office Palembang. 3) The influence of Organisation Culture toward the employee performance of the ministry of agrarian affairs and spatial planning / BPN Land Agency Office Palembang. 4) The influence of competency toward the employee performance of the ministry of agrarian affairs and spatial planning / BPN Land Agency Office Palembang.Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan? To consider the total of the population is only 131 employees, the respondent took all the population but the head office and the researcher, therefore the writer used saturation sampling from 131 people in population, used as the instrument tester and used as a census to get the research data.Temuan? Abstract

This study aimed to find out the influence of employee engagement on theemployee performance. The independent variable was Employee Engagement (X) andthe dependent variable was Performance (Y). The data collection technique used asaturated sampling or census. The questionnaire was distributed to all employees ofPT.BadjaBaru Palembang. The data were analyzed using Simple Regression Analysis.The result of the study shows that the employee engagement has a positive andsignificant influence on the employee performance.Keywords: Employee Engagement, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan manajemen perubahan terhadap implementasi Entreprise Resources Planning (ERP). Jumlah populasi adalah 318 orang pengguna ERP di PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Slovin sebagai teknik sampling sehingga pengisian kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 154 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi ERP. Manajemen perubahan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi ERP. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah PT Semen Baturaja perlu memperhatikan dimensi peserta untuk dapat meningkatkan semangat peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan meningkatkan keinginan peserta dalam memahami ERP. PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk perlu melakukan suatu evaluasi hasil yang didapat dalam pelatihan, dengan memperhitungkan tingkat reaksi peserta, tingkat belajar, tingkat tingkah laku kerja, tingkat organisasi dan nilai akhir. Saran berikutnya adalalah PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk hendaknya mempraktikkan Model ADKAR untuk digunakan langsung sebagai metode manajemen perubahan. ADKAR akan memudahkan dalam melakukan pengukuran performa untuk menentukan langkah yang tepat dalam praktik manajemen perubahan dan karyawan sebagai user dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan perubahan yang selama ini telah dijalankan. Keyword : Pelatihan, Manajemen Perubahan, Implementasi Enterprise Resources Planning; Regresi berganda
