Abstract

Abstrak— Pengamatan pola penyebaran penduduk merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting bagi pemerintah. Informasi mengenai hal ini akan bermanfaat untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan pembangunan di wilayah pemerintahan. Prediksi penyebaran jumlah penduduk akan sangat bermanfaat untuk perencanaan pembangunan di wilayah Bandar Lampung. Informasi mengenai penyebaran dan prediksi jumlah penduduk di wilayah Bandar Lampung masih diolah secara manual dengan penyajian masih terbatas dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi geografis berbasis web yang menampilkan pemetaan penyebaran dan prediksi jumlah penduduk berdasarkan metode geometrik di wilayah Bandar Lampung. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Bandar Lampung. Sistem ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Qgis, Geoserver, PostgreSQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasil keseluruhan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi geografis penyebaran dan prediksi jumlah penduduk telah sesuai baik dari segi fungsionalitasnya, maupun dari segi interaksi pelayanan pengguna.Kata Kunci— Sistem Informasi Geografis, Model Geometrik, Pemetaan Jumlah Penduduk.Abstract— Population distribution pattern is one of Bandar Lampung government concerns. Abstract

Banyaknya pelanggan dan pemakaian air bersih di suatu daerah yang masuk dalam zona pelayanan PDAM Way Rilau Kota Bandar Lampung diamati sebagai informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam perencanaan produksi air bersih di masa mendatang. Hasil prediksi jumlah pelanggan dan jumlah pemakaian air bersihakan bermanfaat dalam perencanaan produksi air bersih dan peningkatan layanan kepada pelanggan. Prediksi dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode, salah satunya metode regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi geografis yang dapat menyajikan hasil prediksi pemakaian air bersih kota Bandar Lampung dalam wilayah pelayanan PDAM Way Rilau Kota Bandar Lampung. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari PDAM Way Rilau Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil keseluruhan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi geografis penyebaran dan prediksi jumlah penduduk telah sesuai baik dari segi fungsionalitasnya, maupun dari segi interaksi sistem dengan pengguna.

Abstract

Job Record is the reference of Worker Performance Appraisal process where maximum or not the performance worker on certain period will be determined. The Development of Job record and worker performance appraisal information system with apply XML web service as method to exchange information between one and the other domains. With Web Service into information system could be handle business process that is recruitment, job record, worker performance appraisal, and payroll system. The resulting of exchange the information that is information of  employees, overtime, and incentive. The implemented of this information system using  PHP  programming language and  MySQL database and web service method using XML programming language. The result of Black Box testing showed that this The development of Job record and worker  performance appraisal information system has been successfully created as the users need.

Abstract

The computer lab is a place of experimentation, training, or research related to computer science and have several computers in a network that is used by certain circles. One usability labs Department of Computer Science, University of Lampung, namely as the venue for the practicum organized by an assistant professor with the participants called praktikan. The problem faced is the loss of computer lab files presence and value. This is quite disturbing reporting lab.The system created to administer the practical activities of the subsystems within it, namely subsystem schedules, presence subsystems, and subsystems value. This information system has the master data that can be processed by each of these subsystems, namely the login data, the data of the school year, the data study program, the student data, the data subjects, the data space, class data, the data plotting, the data lab, and data assistant. Abstract

The development of educational game is motivated by low interest and desire of people to learn Aksara Lampung, therefore, in this case is required a learning system which is attractive and pleasant so it can attract people to keep follow the development of existing technologies, one of which is a learning system by using media of educational game. This research used eXtreme Programming (EX) method and was designed by using Unified Modeling Language (UML). This application tested by using Black Box Testing method with the approach of Equivalence Partitioning (EP) and the calculation of Likert Scale. On the other side, based on the results obtained from the questionnaire, this application is user friendly application (with an average value of 77% / Excellent).

Abstract

People need more information about geographical related objects, for example: distance between regions, object locations, facilities, natural resources etc. Geographic Information System (GIS)  is a solution for getting information on geographical related objects. The object of this research is Lampung culinary, because Lampung Province has many typical foods and many culinary places for young people, teenagers, and parents to gather. That culinary places can be categorized as café, restaurant, and many more. This application is developed using Microsoft Visual Basic Express 2010 and MapWinGIS ActiveX Control.  The development of this application implement Water Fall method.  Other supporting softwares  are My GPS Coordinates, Quantum GIS, and Microsoft Access Database.

Abstract

The security is the most important thing in sending a secret message and there are many ways to send a message safely, one of those is steganography. In this research we will compare Dynamic Cell  Spreading (DCS) and Spread Spectrum method based on web application using image as the media and hide the secret message. The file format used are (.jpg) as input cover,(.png) as output stegoimage, and  (.txt) as data that can be inserted. Doing some test to manipulate brightness, contrast, and cropping the results show that Spread Spectrum method better than Dynamic Cell Spreading method. The Spread Spectrum method mostly returns the message in the brightness and contrast manipulation. Cropping stegoimage on the right area or bottom image has less risk of losing data depend on the cropping scale and image resolution.

Abstract

Tree Structure is used widely to represent problems in daily life, especially in computer science and technology. One method that is used to represent a tree is Blob Code. In this research, we developed an application to Encode and Decode Tree using Blob Code. This application aims to simplify the process of changing tree into a blob code (encode) and the process of changing Blob code into the form of tree (decode). Keywords: Encode, Decode, Tree, representation Tree, Blob Code.
