Abstract

Abstract: Food is a commodity that is very strategic and always needed by the community. Therefore the food supply must be guaranteed to meet the needs of the community. The agricultural sector has a very important role in the national food supply. Dominant contribution of the agricultural sector particularly in strengthening food security. Respect it is necessary to find a solution to support the improvement of food security programs geared to meet the food needs of the community. To support the activities of the program has been carried out assessment of business opportunities through farming fish rice to increase farmers’ income. In the implementation of this study by utilizing irrigated land area of 1 hectare for rice farming and business varieties Sidenuk of fish nila. Data type of the data collected primary and secondary data. To support the study used a SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Oppotrtunity and Threath) analysis, while for the feasibility analysis used R/C ratio and B/C ratio. The study showed that agribusiness fish rice farming can provide an additional net profit of 7,165.250 million (35.29%), with the R/C ratio of 2.97 and B/C ratio of 1.97.Based on the assessment results, the agribusiness farming fish rice developed feasible.

Abstract

Pupuk merupakan salah satu input penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman pangan, sehingga keberadaan dan pemanfaatannya memiliki posisi yang strategis. Salah satu kebijakan dalam pengadaan pupuk adalah subsidi pupuk.Subsidi pupuk sudah lama diterapkan dengan berbagai kebijakan yang mengikutinya seperti kebijakan pengadaan pupuk, pendistribusian pupuk dan pengawasan pupuk bersubsidi.Dalam upaya pelaksanaan kebijakan yang optimal, perlunya kajian terhadap kebijakan pupuk subsidi yang sudah ada, dengan memperhatikan factor pendukung dan factor penghambat dari pelaksanaan kebijakan yang ada atas dasar kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya petani.Disamping itu merumuskan suatu model yang lebih tepat dalam pendistribusian pupuk bersubsidi.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Karawang di dua Kecamatan Rengas Dengklok dan Kecamatan Tirtayaya Kelurahan Gempol Karya dan Pisang Sambo Mengambil contoh dua Kelompok Tani yang areal pertaniannya cukup luas. 

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN OLIGO KITOSAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN JAGUNG SRIKANDI PUTIH-1

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari tujuh perlakuan konsentrasi Oligo kitosan, yaitu 0 (kontrol), 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, dan 300 ppm. Setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali sehingga terdapat 21 satuan percobaan. Oligo kitosan disemprotkan ke daun ketika tanaman jagung berumur 2 minggu setelah tanam sebanyak 7 liter per bedengan, selanjutnya disemprotkan seminggu sekali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi oligo kitosan ke tanaman dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, lingkar batang, panjang tongkol, bobot bersih tongkol, bobot pipilan kering, bobot 100 butir pipilan kering, dan konversi hasil ha-1. Hasil bobot pipilan kering terbanyak ditunjukkan oleh perlakuan 150 ppm.

Abstract

Jagung merupakan bahan pangan yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai pangan lokal, pakan, dan bahan baku industri. Mengingat pentingnya jagung, maka perlu adanya upaya untuk peningkatan produktivitasnya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh varietas dan sistem budidaya terhadap pertumbuhan, produksi, dan kandungan gizi jagung. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi dengan petak utama varietas (Srikandi Putih-1 dan Srikandi Kuning-1) dan anak petak sistem budidaya (organik dan inorganik) yang diulang lima kali. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa varietas Srikandi Putih-1 memberikan hasil tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, lingkar batang, pati, dan vitamin A. Varietas Srikandi Kuning-1 memberikan hasil tertinggi pada produksi, protein dan lemak. Sistem budidaya inorganik memberikan hasil tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang tongkol, bobot bersih tongkol, bobot pipilan kering, bobot 100 butir, konversihasil/ha, patidan protein. Interaksi varietas Srikandi Putih-1 dengan sistem budidaya organik memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap jumlah daun, lingkar batang dan kandungan vitamin A. Varietas Srikandi Kuning-1 yang dibudidayakan secara inorganik memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap bobot bersih tongkol, bobot pipilan kering, bobot 100 butir, konversi hasil ha-1 dan kandungan protein. Kandungan pati tertinggi pada varietas Srikandi Putih-1 yang dibudidayakan secara inorganik, sedangkan kandungan lemak tertinggi pada varietas Srikandi Kuning-1 yang dibudidayakan secara organik.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui fungsi limbah las karbit yang selama ini hanya dibuang tanpa ada yang menghiraukan seolah menjadi sampah yang tidak berguna.  Penelitian ini  dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai Juli 2018.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta yang berada pada ketinggian 25 m di atas permukaan laut (dpl).  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh limbah las karbit terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi cabai keriting.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) dengan 4 perlakuan, yaitu P0 tanpa limbah las karbit (kontrol), P1 (100 g per tanaman), P2 (200 g per tanaman) dan P3 (300 g per tanaman). Pemberian limbah las karbit berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter yang diamati P2 (200 g per tanaman) berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 5 MST, jumlah cabang umur 6 MST, lingkar batang umur 5 MST. Pemberian limbah las karbit bisa memperbaiki pH tanah akan tetapi tidak bisa menyediakan unsur hara bagi tanaman walaupun limbah las karbit mengandung CaCO3 dan ZPT.ABSTRACTThis research was carried out to determine the function of carbide welding waste which had only been disposed of without being ignored as if it were useless waste. This research was conducted from March to July 2018. The research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta, which was at an altitude of 25 m above sea level (asl). This study aims to determine the effect of carbide weld waste on the growth and production of curly chili. This study was carried out using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 4 treatments, namely P0 without carbide welding (control), P1 (100 g per plant), P2 (200 g per plant) and P3 (300 g per plant). Giving carbide welding wastes significantly affected the parameters observed P2 (200 g per plant) significantly affected plant age 5 WAP, number of branches aged 6 WAP, stem circumference age 5 WAP. Giving carbide welding waste can improve soil pH but cannot provide nutrients for plants even though carbide weld waste contains CaCO3 and growth regulator.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe focal point of this research is to highlight the policy of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia since the New Order era in issuing forestry decisions in the form of Forest Forest Protection Permit (HPH) or Timber Forest Product Utilization Permit in Natural Forest (IUPHHK-HA now) Governments, Local Governments, and forest communities, knowing the very happy IUPHHK-HA activities due to the failure of the forestry environment, types of activities and how to recover damage to the forestry environment. Include constraints and barriers - what unit units, efforts are being made to overcome these obstacles and barriers, and appropriate forms of accountability for forest damage offenders and environmental degradation, as well as the terms and conditions that must be met by IUPHHK-HA legally and legally produced timber products in accordance with the Law and other applicable provisions.The method used is the empirical juridical approach that is the approach done by looking at existing practices in the field. This is done in a straightforward way in the field. In relation to this research with empirical juridical research methods, the authors conducted a study of primary data in the field of environmental management and implementation, on the types of IUPHK-HA activities that often cause environmental damage, the impact of these activities as well as ways - forest destruction recovery, explosive solutions, the efforts made by the Timber Forest Product Utilization Permit (Plantation Forest) in the Natural Forest in Production Forest of PT. Triwiraasta Bharata in West Kutai district of East Kalimantan Province, and a form of accountability for plasma companies undertaking lessons in the forestry environment.The results of this study and study provide an overview of Timber Forest Product Utilization Permit in Natural Forest (IUPHHK-HA) in accordance with its permit are logs, for legal and legal log products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the requirements are not small and the time and process is long enough. Unlike some people who imagine that the logging business is the easiest and the fastest because he immediately cuts and sales. Perhaps the assumption that there is a targeted truth is a culprit of illegal loggers or liar pemarakong.The current condition provides an overview divided into the form of IUPHHK-HA which is included in severe and full conditions. There are several things that cause it to happen, among others: forestry regulations are increasingly tight, often fickle, burdensome and get a high price; increasing legal uncertainty and business uncertainty caused by reform euphoria affecting customary land claims, customary rights, ancestral forest claims without a legal basis; reducing standing conditions due to uncontrolled illegal logging behaviors that have occurred in the last 15 (fifteen) years, overlapping of mining land spent in forested areas, international pressures exploiting the issue of forest and environmental degradation.Law Number 41 Year 1999 on Forestry, Law Number 32 Year 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management, Law Number 18 Year 2013 on Prevention and Eradication of Forest Degradation, Instruments and Highlights with correct field application and capable in implementing mandate for the Protection of deforestation and the environment, perhaps only what needs to be improved actually in enforcement and enforcement

ABUNDANCE AND DIVERSITY OF ENTOMOPATHOGENIC FUNGI IN SIBOLANGIT CONSERVATION FOREST AND BERASTAGI VEGETABLE LAND

Abstract

This study aims to determine the diversity and abundance of entomopatogenic fungi that exist around the Brastagi vegetable field and Sibolangit conservation forest. From the results of the study it was found that the Sibolangit Conservation Forest found 2 types of entomopatogenic fungi Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae. The level of abundance is quite low, namely the highest average larvae infected by B.bassiana 3 larvae per sample site and 2 larvae infected with Metarhizium per sample soil. While infection in larvae is higher in the Berastagi community vegetable garden. From the vegetable garden, the Berastagi community found 2 types of entomopathogenic fungi Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae. The level of abundance is higher than that of fungi originating from sibolangit conservation forests, namely the highest average larvae infected by B.bassiana 5 larvae per sample soil location and 3 larvae infected with Metarhizium per sample soil. Keywords: Entomopatogenic fungi, exploration, isolation, diversity, abundance
