Abstract

إحدى الوسائل التعليمية الفعالية في تعليم اللغة العربية هي الوسيلة اللعبية لأنها تجعل الطلاب إهتماماو نشاطا في عملية فعلية بمدرّسهم داخل الفصل.وتتكون الوسيلة اللعبية من مختلف التعليم التييمكن تطبيقها علىتعلم اللغة العربية. بينها الوسيلة جيجساو (jigsaw)لتعليم القواعد والوسيلة ماكروميديا فلاش (Makromediaflash) لمادة الأعمال اليوميةواستخدام اللغز (TTS)لتحسيناكتسابالمفردات واستخدام الأغنيةإضافة إلى زيادة المفردات واستخدام الكتب المصورةلزيادةالمفردات واستخدام بطاقةكلمةوبطاقة الصورةلتحسينالتحصيل العلمي للطلاب وتطبيق وسيلة لعبة الثعابين والسلالم لزيادةاكتسابالمفردات والعديد منلعبةوسائل التعليمالتي يمكن استخدامهالتحصيل النجاح في العملية التعليمية.ولجودة العملية التعليمية تحتاج إلى إبداع المعلم وفعاليته ونشاطته والوسيلة اللعبية لا تزال من الممكن تطويرها لمتابعة تطورات الوسيلة الجديدة وأنواع اللعبة المتطورة في عملية التعليم والتدريب.كلمات البحث: تعليم اللغة العربية، الوسيلة اللعبية، إبداع المعلم.

Abstract

Every single effort or process taken by Islamic bank to maximize output should also uphold Islamic values, so that maqashid sharia (maslahah-sharia objectives) would be authomatically achieved. There were some research conducted to measure Islamic bank performance using maqashid sharia framework. However, these studies were not explicitly addressing the issue of cost-saving strategies within the framework of efficiency measurement. It is therefore this paper aims to  have  efficiency  and  maslahah  measurement  in  one assessment framework  that  is  maslahah-eficiency  quadrant  (MEQ). There are three aspects measurement of maslahah, namely education, justice, and welfare as maqashid sharia index (MSI). Hence, in order to measure efficiency level of Islamic Banking Industry especially Sharia Business Unit, this study use Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method and employ Banxia Frontier Analyst 3.1 for data analysis. Within the MEQ framework, the study revealed that Permata, CIMB, BTN, DKI, Jambi, and Kalbar are excellent since both are within the first quadrant.Whereas Maybank, NISP, Sinarmas, Sumbar, and Sulselbar are considered good at the second quadrant; Danamon, Jatim, Sumut, Riau&Kepri, Kalsel, and Kaltim are fair at the third; and DIY, Jateng, and NTB are poor at the fourth sequentially. It is urge for Islamic bank that are in low level of MSI to have a critical policy to keep in line with the five factor of maqashid sharia apart of having efficiency in order to reach maslahah. keywords: Maslahah-Efficiency Quadrant (MEQ), Maqashid Sharia index (MSI), DEA, Islamic Bank

Abstract

الطريقة المباشرة هي الطريقة النموذجية في تعليم اللغة العربية لترقية قدرة الدارس في مهارة الكلام، تتميز هذه الطريقة بوجود المقابلة المباشرة والتبادل المباشر بين المدرس والدارس باستخدام اللغة العربية أثناء التدريس، فبهذه الطريقة يتمكن المدرس والدارس أن يجعل اللغة العربية لغة أساسية أثناء الدراسةيقوم الخبراء في اللغة العربية بتطوير هذه الطريقة لعدم اقتناعهم بطريقة الترجمة، لأن هذه الطريقة لا تناسب الواقع في تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بهاوفي تطبيق هذه الطريقة لا تخلو من العيوب، وتظهر هذه العيوب خلال تدريس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، ولكنها لا تعد مشكلة أساسيىة للمدرسين المجتهدين بل تعتبر من العوامل الإيجابية لترقية قدرة التدريس حتى تتطور طريقة التدريس بصورة أفضلإن استيعاب المدرس علي طرق التدريس المختلفة وخبراته الطويلة في التدريس هما العامل الأساسي في حل مشاكل التدريس.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam pengajaran bahasa arab sangat dibutuhkan kreatifitas dan inovasi metedologi pengajaran dan pengembangan kosa kata, karena penguasaan kosa kata merupakan salah satu unsur yang terpenting dalam keterampilan berbicara bahasa arab. Diantara ide-ide kreatif dalam metodologi pengembangan kosa kata adalah hendaknya seorang guru memperhatikan kemampuan berbahasa peserta didiknya, sehingga dalam pengajarannya dilakukan secara bertahap, bagaimana peserta didik dilatih untuk melafalkan pengucapan kosa kata bahasa arab dengan benar, kemudian mereka mampu mengungkapkan kosa kata tersebut dalam bentuk  kalimat yang sempurna dalam konteks kalimat yang benar. Dengan metodologi pengajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif maka pengembangan kosa kata akan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam berbicara bahasa arab secara signifikan, dan sebaliknya jika pengajaran kosa kata tersebut hanya sebatas hapalan dan terjemahannya saja, maka peserta didik akan merasa jenuh dalam belajar bahasa arab, sehingga menghambat kemampuan berbicara, oleh karena itu ide-ide kreatif dalam metode pengembangan kosa kata bahasa arab sangat dibutuhkan oleh para pengajar bahasa arab.Kata Kunci : ide-ide kreatif, metodologi, kosa kata Bahasa Arab.

Abstract

The statistical methods usedtoanalyze the effect ofindependent variables onthedependent variableis theprodutmomentcorrelationtechnique, the coefficientof determination, and at test. Data usedin this studyisdirectlyfrom theobjectof research. Hypothesis testingwillbe doneby usinga significance levelof 0.05(α =0.05) or theconfidence levelof 0.95. Resultsof the study showthat thepremium incomeandprofitonAJBBumiputera 1912BandungBranchSetiabudhiexperiencingfluctuatinggrowth. Based on the analysis, the hypothesisinthis study receivedthepremium incomeaffectprofitabilityofcompanieswithstrong category0,622. Coefficient of determinationofthe regressionequationis equal to0,438. It meanspremiumpendpatanvariable(X) hascontributed toincome(Y) of 43,8%. Abstract

This research is a study of psychological approaches that discuss the external aspect of  drama King Lear by William Shakespeare. In this study the writer will discuss some of the problems that is (1) What does the king Lear prove his unconditional love to his youngest daughter (2) How does the King Lear’s youngest daughter prove her unconditional love to her father (king Lear) (3) How does the king Lear face the death of his youngest daughter. The purpose of this study is (1) To describe the king Lear prove his unconditional love to his youngest daughter (2) To describe the youngest daughter of king Lear  prove unconditional love to his father king Lear (3) To explain the king Lear face the death of  his youngest daughter. The theory used in this research is the theory of literary psychology according to Sigmund Freud and Carl rogers. This study used a qualitative method .The object of the study is William Shakespeare's William Lords drama. The data source is divided into two primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data source is the drama script itself. The secondary data source is the text of the text and some references related to the research. Data collection techniques are noted. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis.The results show the following conclusions. First, the true love of a father to his daughter.  Second, the true love of a daughter to her father.  Third, when a father regrets his past decisions that can not see his daughter's love from the heart and must accept her daughter's gone ever.

Abstract

This research is motivated by teacher discipline problem that is: some teachers are less timely present in school and enter class, teacher leave class while lesson still ongoing teacher just give task record and problem to student so that student is outside class and outside school during class time take place. The purpose of this research is to know the role of principal in developing civic responsibility attitude toward teacher discipline (Descriptive Study at SMA Negeri 1 Padarincang Class XI IPS1) and to know principal technique in developing civic responsibility attitude to monitor teacher discipline (Descriptive Study at SMA Negeri 1 Padarincang Kelas XI IPS1). The method of this research is descriptive with the depiction in fact, the data in the form of language expression and discourse is appropriate and systematic, qualitative research is a research used to examine the condition of the object that Scientific, where Researcher is as a key instrument. The results of this study indicate the role and responsibilities of principals to support teachers in improving teacher competence, supervision techniques performed by the principal is good at providing examples of discipline against teachers. The conclusion of this research the principal reminded teachers of every ceremony on Monday and meetings to salary and idolize the first day of each week, the principal conducts X-XII class visits, checks the teacher's teaching program such as syllabus, RPP, checks the X-XII class agenda and fix the layout of the room in the school. Suggestions in this study teachers are expected to be on time attend school and enter the classroom, the teacher does not leave the class during the lesson so that students are not outside the classroom or outside the school.

Abstract

The research problem of this classroom  action research is the low achievement to learn civics class XA SMA AL-Husen City of Tunjung Teja in the academic year 2017. The purpose of this research is to increase the students? achievement on the subjects of civic education. The results of this research for the school is to improve the quality of civic education, besides that it is also useful for teachers and students. By doing classroom action research the teachers get experience in conducting the learning more interesting and enjoyable. This research implemented in three cycles, where each cycle includes the activities of planning, action, observation and reflection. The Subjects of the research are students of class XA as many as 28 students. The troubleshooting method used is to apply model problem posing learning on the subjects of civic education, the instruments of the research is using observation sheet increase student achievement. Implementation of the research conducted collaboratively with teachers as implementers and researchers act as an observer. The results of this research shows increased student achievement. The cycle I with an average of 53,58. The cycle II with an average 61,76. The cycle III with an average 80,26 Therefore this classroom action research is successful so the researchers recommended the implementation of model problem posing learning can be increasing the students? learning outcomes on the subjects of civic education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the reality of the field when making initial observations that menunyarat that students are considered less active, less attention to the lessons described by teachers. One of the goals of this research is to improve the learning process by using Think Talk Write learning model which aims to improve student learning outcomes. The research design is done through two cycles, starting from planning, execution, observation, reflection, and continuing with next cycle planning. Classroom Action Research took place from January 12, 2017 to March 42017 by using data collection tools from test results and learning outcomes learning instruments. Students' learning outcomes in each cycle experienced an increase evidenced from the results of the cycle I 73% and 86% cycle II. Reinforced by the average of pretest result in cycle 1 is 54,16 while for result of postest for cycle I is 71,25, mean that in cycle I mean result of student learning up 17,09%, while for postest cycle II average 80.4 means that in cycle II the average of student learning outcomes up 9.15%. Based on the data, if the average pretest of cycle I is 54,16 and posttest result of cycle II 80,4 then the average increase of student learning result from pretest cycle I until post cycle II is 26,24%. Thus it can be concluded that using the Think Talk Write (TTW) model can improve student learning outcomes. So it is recommended for teachers related to education to apply and develop the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model as an alternative in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the feasibility and the added value of tempe agroindustry.  This research uses a case study method on Barkah’s agroindustry (big production scale) and Muklisin’s agroindustry (medium production scale) at Podomoro village and Hamsin’s agroindustry (small production scale) at South Pringsewu village in Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency.  Research location is chosen purposively based on the quantity of production and same age of agroindustry.  Analysis data uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive.  The result of this research showed that tempe agroindustry at various scales of production (big, medium, small) in general was profitable and feasible to be developed.  Tempe agroindustry in this research provided high enough added value, although still using relatively simple technology and limited capital. Key words: added value, agroindustry, feasibility, tempe
