Abstract

The objective of the research is to know and analyze the effect of workload, working environment, and social support toward burnout of librarian at Mataram City. Respondents of this research were 76 librarian of public library at Mataram City. The data was analyzed using multyple linear regression. The result of this research indicates that workload have partially positive and significant effect toward burnout of librarian, instead working environment and social support have partially negative and significant effect toward burnout of librarian. Workload, working environment, and social support have simultantly significant effect toward burnout of librarian at Mataram City. The result of this research is expected to provide input and information for management of public library at Mataram City in order to making decision to decrease burnout level of librarian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowing and analyzing the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Counterproductive Work Behavior, to find out and analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Job Stress and to determine and analyze the effect of Job Stress on Counterproductive Work Behavior on Civil Servants in Mataram City. The population in this study were echelon IV civil servants in the city of Mataram as many as 734 people. The number of samples is 90 people. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews, while the data collection tools used questionnaires. The analytical tool used is PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Emotional Intelligence had a negative and insignificant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior, Emotional Intelligence had a negative and significant effect on work stress, Job Stress had a positive and significant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior and Emotional Intelligence had a negative and significant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior mediated by work stress.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the community self-reliance organization. This research is aimed at determining the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation of members of Community self-reliance organization of urban national program of community empowerment in Mataram. The population of this research are 556 from which 85 respondents were selected. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research showed that organizational commitment and work motivation subsequently affect positively and significantly the performance of members of Community self-reliance organization of urban national program of community empowerment in Mataram.Keywords: organizational commitment, work motivation, performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance benefits to the motivation and leadership, and leadership performance benefits to productivity, motivation effect on productivity, the impact on the productivity performance benefits through the mediation of motivation, as well as the influence of leadership on productivity through mediation motivation. The survey respondents are all civil servants Regency / City Lombok island numbered 97 people. But filling questionnaire answers just as much as 87 people. Data analysis techniques in this study conducted by SmartPLS 3..0. As a result, the leadership performance benefits and positive and significant impact on the motivation; allowances and leadership performance and no significant positive effect on productivity; motivation positive and significant effect on productivity; performance benefits positive and significant impact on productivity through the mediation of motivation; leadership and significant positive effect on productivity through mediation motivation.Keywords: performance benefits, leadership, motivation and productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the significance of work-family conflict influence on turnover intention, the significance of work-family conflict effect on work stress, the significance of work stress influence on turnover intention and the influence of work-family conflict influence on turnover intention through work stress as variable intervening on marketing employees of BUMN Bank in Mataram City. This type of research is a causal associative. This research uses purposive sampling method in determining the sample. The number of respondents is 96 people. Methods of data collection in this study are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results showed that work-family conflict had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, the work-family conflict had the positive and significant effect to work stress, work stress had a positive but not significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress did not function as intervening on indirect influence work-family conflict on turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dari beberapa faktor yaitu: Keteladanan Pemimpin, Waskat, Ketegasan Pemimpin, Sanksi Hukuman serta mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap disiplin kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Puskesmas Se Kabupaten Dompu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas dan teknik sampling dengan menggunakan proposional random sampling sebanyak 76 Pegawai Negeri Sipil Puskesmas Se Kabupaten Dompu. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: keteladanan pemimpin, waskat, ketegasan pemimpin, dan sanksi hukuman secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan diketahui variabel keteladanan pemimpin yang dominan mempengaruhi disiplin kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Puskesmas Se Kabupaten Dompu

Abstract

Understanding community behavior related to the impact of tourism as well as the consequences of these impacts is an important matter to be studied in the effort to develop tourism in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the positive impact of tourism felt by residents in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone which can affect their life satisfaction and the willingness of the population to create co-creation values with tourists. The results showed that the positive effects of tourism activities and life satisfaction significantly affected the value of Co Creation, but the positive impact of tourism had a not significant effect on life satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of theory, especially tourism marketing from the perspective of local residents. In addition, it can be used as a basis for consideration of policy makers in the development and marketing of tourism in the Mandalika Special Economic area.Keywords : Positive tourism impacts, life satisfaction, co-creation value, Mandalika SEZ

Abstract

Plastic waste has become people’s main problems in Indonesia, both in cities and rural areas. Sesaot is one of three villages, together with Buwun Sejati and Pakuan Village, developed for sustainable tourist destination. As a tourist icon of Lombok Barat Distric, Sesaot villagers are responsible for keeping the village cleaned. Most people in Sesaot are ignorant of waste management, yet, some efforts are made individually. People are unaware of the economic value of waste management. Waste is percieved as unwanted and discarded residues. Such condition challanges efforts for sustainable tourism. The community service is aimed at directing local communities to participative waste management; encouraging the emergence of collaborative waste management; introducing waste bank model; and initiating the formation of community-based integrated waste management groups. The community service is organised through training and mentoring activities to sellected participants. .  Expected results including; (1) the participants acquire knowledge of economic value of waste; (2) the participants form groups to start-up village waste bank.
