Abstract

Energi terbarukan yang terdapat di Propinsi Jawa Tengah khususnya di daerah perbukitan kota Semarang dengan potensi cukup besar dan sesuai karakteristik sebagai sumber energi yang dapat dimanfaatkan, murah dan ramah lingkungan salah satunya adalah energi angin yang dikonversi menjadi tenaga listrik menggunakan generator listrik yang digerakkan kincir angin. Potensi energi cahaya matahari di daerah tropis juga sangat besar dan dapat dikonversi menjadi energi listrik dengan piranti sel surya yang bekerja berdasarkan efek photovoltaic. Dengan menyatukan dua kekuatan sumber energi terbarukan tersebut melalui pembangkit listrik sistem hibrid dapat dihasilkan energi listrik untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga yang murah dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya perkembangan industri kecil di daerah binaan Unnes yaitu di kecamatan Gunungpati Semarang. Disamping itu, ada keluhan dari pelaku industri kecil tentang penggunaan energi listrik yang makin meningkat, yang pada akhirnya biaya listriknya juga semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat model kapasitor bank yang cocok digunakan untuk kebutuhan industri kecil/usaha kecil di kecamatan Gunungpati kota Semarang Hasil penelitian adalah (1) dapat diketahui beban listrik terbanyak di industri kecil/usaha kecil Keurahan Sekaran, Sukorejo dan Sumurjurang adalah lampu listrik; (2) dapat diketahui beban listrik yang mnyerap daya besar di industri kecil/usaha kecil Kelurahan Sekaran, Sukorejo dan Sumurejo adalah AC, kompresor dan motor listrik lainnya; dan (3). telah selesai dibuat dan diuji coba kapasitor bank di laboratorium dan di industri kecil/usaha kecil

Abstract

Dalam mata pelajaran produktif dibutuhkan media pembelajaran secara visual yaitu sebuah alat peraga.  Alat peraga dapat mempermudah guru menyampaikan materi dan siswa dapat menerima materi. . Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMK N 3 Semarang pada mata pelajaran mengoperasikan sistem pengendali elektromagnetik khususnya pada kompetensi dasar melacak gangguan pada sistem kontrol berbasis relay atau kontaktor magnetik, nilai tertinggi siswa adalah 80, nilai terendah siswa adalah 30. Kriteria ketuntasan minimal ( KKM ) 75 dengan nilai rata – rata siswa  62 maka hasil belajar siswa belum tuntas. Ada dugaan siswa belum dapat menerapkan materi bagaimana cara melacak gangguan pada sistem pengendali elekrtomagnetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sistem pengendali elektromagnetik yang diberi pengajaran menggunakan alat peraga dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan alat peraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimental yaitu Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji t. Pada penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol, berdasarkan uji t didapat nilai t(hitung) sebesar 2,72, t(hitung) tersebut lebih besar dari pada nilai t(tabel) yaitu sebesar 2,00. Jadi dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan alat peraga dan yang tidak menggunakan alat peraga. Sebagai saran dalam proses pembelajaran Mengoperasikan Sistem Pengendali Elektromagnetik supaya menggunakan alat peraga analisa gangguan pengendali elektromagnetik.  In the productive subjects required visual learning media is a props. Props can make teachers deliver the material and student can receive material. Based on observations in SMK N 3 Semarang on subjects particularly electromagnetic control system operates specially on the basis of competency tracking control system based on the distruption of the relay or magnetic contactor, highest grade of students is 80, the lowest grade of students is 30.  The minimum completeness criteria 75, students value avarage 62 result hadn’t student learning. There are allegations of students haven’t been able to apply the maerial how to track disturbances in the electromagnetic control system. This research aims to find out if there is a difference in students learning outcomes in subjects with electromagnetic control system using props with teaching students who don’t use props. This research used Quasi Experimental it’s Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The analysis of the data used include t-test. On the research, there are differences in learning outcomes of the experimental group and control group, based on the obtained value t test t (count) by 2.72, t (count) is greater than the value of  t (table) that is  2.00. So it can be concluded there is a difference in learning outcomes between students who use props and who do not use props. As a suggestion in the learning process so that the Electromagnetic Control System Operate using props analysis controlling electromagnetic interference.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum  at SMK N 1 Batang need for new learning models that correspond to the curriculum. This study aims to determine whether there is any difference in student learning outcomes using models invitation into inquiry and student using expository models on the subjects of  KKPI class XI AP SMK N 1 Batang. The design was nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Average values obtained experimental class 82 703, the control class 74.71. The results of t-test t = 11.863 while t table = 1.99. So thitung> ttable, means there are significant differences between the two groups. It can be concluded that the application of the invitation into inquiry learning model is better than the application of expository teaching model on the subjects of KKPI class XI AP SMK N 1 Batang. Suggested invitation into inquiry learning model can be applied to subjects KKPI with different competencies that learners learning outcomes can reach over KKM predetermined value. _________________________________________________

Abstract

Kecamatan Godong merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki produksi pertanian padi dan kacang hijau terbesar di kabupaten Grobogan. Kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian di Kecamatan Godong memerlukan website sebagai media informasi yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan di manapun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun website penyuluhan menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall serta mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan dinas pertanian dan petani mengenai kebermanafaatan website penyuluhan pertanian di Kecamatan Godong. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan website adalah waterfall model. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan istrumen angket sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini berupa website yang telah melalui tahapan metode pengembangan waterfall. Tanggapan pihak dinas pertanian menyatakan sangat setuju sedangkan tanggapan petani menyatakan setuju mengenai kebermanfaatan website di Kecamatan Godong.

Abstract

Teacher’s Performance Assessment (PKG) is an ability assessment process of teachers to apply the competencies and skills include pedagogical, personality, social, and professional aspects. The results of the assessment then processed by PKG’s team to produce a final value which is useful in the process of career development, promotion and functional position. Therefore, systems are needed to process the results of PKG. Based on the situation, this research is intended to make decision support system of teacher’s performance assessment that can help the PKG team to manage PKG results and give priority to the selection of the best teachers based on their performance. This decision support system applying Simple Additive weighting (SAW) method to determine the priority of the best teachers. The concept of SAW method is to find a weighted sum of the performance rating for each alternative (teacher) on all attributes. The system is made using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development methods which consists of the analysis, design, code, test, and maintenance are implemented with the PHP and MySQL programming language. Tests performed on this system is blackbox testing and comparison.The results obtained from blackbox testing 100% valid, which means all of the functional system is running well. The results of comparative testing 100% valid because it has been adapted to the calculation based on PERMENEGPAN 16/2009.The system has been tested at the high school State an equals Wonosobo regency as end users, with an average yield of 87.69% of user response. Based on the research,  the conclusion  are taken that the decision support system with SAW method  useful to help PKG team to cultivate the best prioritize of teacher assessment effectively and efficiently based on test results blackbox, comparison and analysis of the usefulness of the system user responses.

Abstract

The result of observations from SPMA H Moenadi the academic year 2015/2016 on KKPI lessons, student learning outcomes have not been up and there are students who have not reached the KKM by 76 by 49,24%. The average grade of the middle test the even semester students of class X was 73,15. This research applies the  cooperative learning model of talking stick, by using the model students areexpected more responsible with the tasks assigned and active. This study aims to determine differences between the experimental class student learning outcomes with control and know the results of higher learning of the two classes.This study design is quasi-experimental design with a population of students of class X and class samples X1 as experimental class and X4 as control class. Data collection techniques include documentation and tests. Data analysis techniques are normality and homogeneity test as a prerequisite test, as well as different test and gain as hypothesis testing.The results of t test analysis shows that there are differences in values posttest learning outcomes of students experimental class and control, evidenced t_hitung> t_tabel by 4,000> 1,997. Gain test analysis showed there was an increase in student learning outcomes experimental class is higher than the control class, with <g> experimental class = 0.486 and <g> class controls = 0.295. Model talking stick can be applied to other subjects so that students easily understand the material studied and better learning outcomes
