Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) as independent variable either simultaneously or individually to Turnover Intention (Y) as the dependent variable at Employee at PT. BPR Mitratama Arthabuana Kertak Hanyar. This was an explanatory research. Multiple linear regression statistical technique were used to analysze the effect Job Satisfaction variable (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) on Turnover Intention (Y). Furthermore, to test the level of significance, the F test and t test is with SPSS. The study concluded that two independent variables simultaneously, namely job satisfacation variables (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) have significant relationship to Turnover Intention (Y) variable. Meanwhile, individually, Job Satisfaction variable (X1) have significant  negative relationship to Turnover Intention (Y), as well as the Organizational Commitment variable (X2) on a Turnover Intention (Y). Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention

Abstract

The research method used explanatory quantitative research, with 334 people population. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling and stratified random sampling with the samples of 182 people who served as respondents. For data analysis, the tool used was multiple linear regression (multiple Linear Regression) using SPSS software ver. 19.0. The  results  of  this  study  concluded  that  the  variables  of  job  satisfaction  and organizational commitment had significant positive effects on the performance of the employees of Bank Kalsel both simultaneously and partially.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Performance.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the role of interaction in job satisfaction (Z) and its influence on exogenous variables: the organizational culture (X1) and competence (X2) for endogenous variables: employee performance (Y) of the Theological College Evangelical Protestant Church in Banjarmasin.This study is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Primary data  have  been  collected  using  questionnaires.  Research  respondents  used saturated sample with 31 employees of STT GKE. Data analysis technique to find out the role of interaction on the influence of exogenous variables X1 & X2 on endogenous variables (Y) used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with Smart PLS 3.0. software.The result of this research concludes that there is an influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is job satisfaction (Z) interaction on the competence of the employee performance (Y). Another finding is that there is no influence of competence variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) and there is no job  satisfaction (Z) interaction on organizational culture (X1) influence towards employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to describe and to analyze the Y Generation  and Adoption of Internet Banking on bank customers in Indonesia using TAM model. The results of this study showed that the variables of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a positive and significant correlation directly towards the attitude in using perceived usefulness, and also had a positive influence and directly towards the actual usage while perceived ease of use does not affect  actual usage. Attitude towards using has a positive and significant correlation directly towards the actual usage. Keywords : Internet banking, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Clients,   Structural Equation Model (SEM), Adoption.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify and analyze the effects of transformational leadership and job satisfaction simultaneosly and partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the lecturers of STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin.This type of the research is a quantitative explanatory research with a population of 35 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and data collection technique applied by using questionnaires. Respondents who returned the questionnaire were 30 lecturers of STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin. The instrument used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression by utilizing SPSS software ver.18.0.The result of this study showed that (1) the variables of transformational leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously influence the OCB of the lecturers of STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin, (2) the transformational leadership has no effect on the OCB, and (3) job satisfaction has effects on the OCB of the lecturers of STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aimed to identif and analyze the influence of Works Stress (X1) as independen  variable and  Job  satisfaction  (Z)  as  intervening  variable  either  employee performance  (Y)  as  the  dependent  variable  on  the  employee  off  PT  Panin  Bank Banjarmasin TBK.This was explanatory research with unit analysis of PT Panin Bank Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used in study was   stratified sampling with 102 employee. Measurement of variables is done by using likert scale technique with weight scale from 1 to 5. Path Analysis were used to analyze the effect of work stress among variables (X1) and Job Satisfaction (Z) on employee performance (Y). Furthermore, to test the level of significance with SPSS version 22 used. The    study    concluded    that    two independent variables simultaneously, namely work stress (X1) with job Satisfaction variables (Z) have significant relationship to employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, individually, job satisfaction variable (Z) has significant positive relationship on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and to analyze the influence of achievement and action competency, helping and human services competency, impact and influence competency, managerial competency, cognitive competency, and personal effectiveness competency on job performance of the employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin.There were 310 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin as the population of the study. Probability sampling with proportional sampling technique was employed as the sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the samples of 173 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regressions.Based on the findings of the research, it was found that each variable of competencies, such as achievement and action competency, helping and human services competency, impact and influence competency, cognitive competency, and personal effectiveness competency influence employees’ job performance in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This  research  aimed  to  identify  and  analyze  the  infl uence  of  kaizen  which consist of seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3), seikestu (X4), and shitsuke (X5) as independent variables either simultaneously or partially to the employees’ performance (Y) as dependent variable at PT Fumakilla Indonesia, Banjarmasin unit. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire and then it distributed to all production employees (105 people) at PT Fumakilla Indonesia, Banjarmasin Unit based on a sample census. The variable measured by using Likert Scale from 1 to 5. Multiple linear regression analysis also used to determine the effect of independent variables, namely seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3), seikestu (X4), and shitsuke (X5) to the dependent variable, that is employees’ performance (Y) simultaneously or partially.The results indicate that kaizen which consist of seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3),  seikestu  (X4),  and  shitsuke  (X5)  simultaneously  affect  the  employees’ performance (Y). Whereas, as partially, only seiri (X1), seiton (X2), and seiso (X3) signifi cantly have infl uence to the employees’ performance, whereas seikestu (X4) and shitsuke (X5) have no signifi cant infl uence.Keywords : Kaizen, employees’ performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of job satisfaction (X1) and Transformational Leadership Style (X2) as independent variables simultaneously and partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) as the dependent variable in the Civil Service, Tanah Laut District Land Office. This research method uses a questionnaire to 32 employees in Tanah Laut District Land Office as a sample. Sampling technique used is the Census. Using variable measurement technique Likert scale with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To analyze the influence of variables Job Satisfaction and Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) using a statistical technique of linear regression. The results showed that the variables job satisfaction and Transformational Leadership Style jointly significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior PNS Tanah Laut District Land Office. Variables Job Satisfaction partially not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior PNS Tanah Laut District Land Office.
