Abstract

Ikan nila adalah ikan air tawar yang memiliki nilai ekonomis penting, proses budidaya yang mudah, dan disukai oleh masyarakat. Hal ini mendorong pembudidaya untuk menghasilkan ikan nila spesies baru dengan strain unggul melalui persilangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter reproduksi dari persilangan ikan nila Pandu F6 dengan strain ikan nila merah lokal aquafarm secara resiprokal dan mengetahui persilangan antar strain ikan nila Pandu F6 dan nila merah lokal aquafarm secara resiprokal yang menghasilkan karakter reproduksi dan performa benih pendederan I yang lebih baik. Ikan nila dengan bobot rata-rata betina 180 – 230 g/ekor dan rata-rata jantan 250 – 380 g/ekor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan perlakuan sebagai berikut: perlakuan A (strain nila Pandu F6 ♂ >< nila Pandu F6 ♀), perlakuan B (strain nila Pandu F6 ♂ >< nila merah lokal aquafarm ♀), perlakuan C (strain nila merah lokal aquafarm ♂ >< nila Pandu F6 ♀) dan perlakuan D (strain nila merah lokal aquafarm ♂ >< nila merah lokal aquafarm ♀). Parameter yang diamati meliputi fekunditas, hatching rate (HR), bobot dan diameter telur, bobot dan panjang larva kuning telur, bobot dan panjang larva lepas kuning telur, laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR), rasio konversi pakan (FCR), kelulushidupan (SR), dan kualitas air. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap karakter reproduksi panjang larva lepas kuning telur 0,97±0,08 cm, fekunditas 432,33±42,90 butir telur/200 g, Hatching rate (HR) 72,22±0,56 %, laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR) 6,97±0,79 %, rasio konversi pakan (FCR) 0,89±0,07, dan kelulushidupan (SR) 72,62±0,47 % dan hasil persilangan terbaik didapatkan pada perlakuan A (strain pandu F6 ♂ dengan nila pandu (F6) ♀) dan perlakuan C (strain nila merah lokal aquafarm ♂ dengan nila pandu F6 ♀) dilihat dari karakter reproduksi pada panjang larva lepas kuning telur, fekunditas, hatching rate (HR), laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR), rasio konversi pakan (FCR), dan kelulushidupan (SR). Tilapia was a freshwater fish that has an important economic value, the cultivation process was easy, and favored by the public. It encourages farmers to produce a new species of tilapia with superior strains through crossbreeding. This study was aimed to knowing the reproduction character of tilapia Pandu F6 cross with local strain red tilapia fish aquafarm reciprocally and to knowing crosses between strain of tilapia Pandu F6 and local strain red tilapia fish aquafarm reciprocally that produce better  reproduction character and seed nursery performance. Females tilapia with an average weight of 180-230 g/fish and the average of male 250-380 g/fish. This study used an experimental method completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. This study uses a treatment include: treatment A (strain pandu tilapia fish (F6) ♂ >< pandu tilapia fish F6 ♀), treatment B (strain pandu tilapia fish F6 ♂ >< local red tilapia aquafarm ♀), treatment C (strain of local red tilapia aquafarm ♂ >< pandu tilapia fish F6 ♀) and treatment D (strains of local red tilapia aquafarm ♂ >< local red tilapia aquafarm ♀). The parameters observed were fecundity, hatching rate (HR), the weight and diameter of eggs, weight and length of larvae yolk, weight and length of the larvae off the yolk, the specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), survival rate (SR) , and water quality. These results indicate that there was a significant effect (P <0.05) on the reproduction character length of the larvae off the yolk 0,97±0,08 cm, specific growth rate (SGR) 6.97±0.79 %, feed conversion ratio (FCR) 0.89±0.07 and survival rate (SR) 72.62±0.47 %  and best crosses result obtained in the treatment A (strain of Pandu tilapia fish F6 ♂ >< pandu tilapia fish F6 ♀) and treatment C (strains of red tilapia local aquafarm ♂ with pandu tilapia fish F6 ♀) seen from reproduction character such as the length of the larvae off the yolk, fecundity, hatching rate (HR), specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR) and survival rate (SR).

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know the most types of error and the most error of personal pronouns in descriptive text due to the eleventh-grade students in their descriptive paragraph writing. This research conducted qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi in Academic Year 2018/2019. To get the data, the researchers gave an instruction for the students to make a descriptive text about person, conduct the students' writing result, read the students’ writing result, identified the type of students’ writing error from their text, classified the type of personal pronouns error from students’ writing, and  identified the high students, middle students and lower students. The sample of this research is nine students of eleventh grade from PFPT A Class (Broadcast). The result showed that there are four types of errors, they are: omission, addition, misordering, and disordering. In students’ writing had been found many errors that focused on personal pronoun is 8 or 32% of omission error, 0 or 0% of addition error, 17 or 68% of mis-formation error, and 0 or 0% of disordering error. So, the highest percentage of types of error is a mis-formation error that is 17 or 68%. The most error of personal pronouns in descriptive text due by the students is when they used a subject pronoun. Keywords:  Error Analysis, Personal Pronoun, Descriptive Text.
