Abstract

In the era of increasingly advanced as today computers have become an integral part of human life. The role of computers is already being felt in almost every area of life, especially with the development of computer network technology so rapidly, all the information we need can be obtained in just a short time. One of the protocols used for communication between one computer to another computer is HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) is a protocol used by all mobile web-based system. AMIK Wahana Mandiri, as the formal institution of higher education that concentrates on informatics and computer management has the task to improve the competence, productivity, and professionalism of the students to be able to compete globally after finishing his education at AMIK Wahana Mandiri. In this final report will be discussed about the new student information system Registration and KRS students AMIK Wahana Mandiri web-based mobile. This system is an application system for managing data and KRS freshman students at AMIK Wahana Mandiri and as media to see the new student data and KRS that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The system is designed by modeling using the modeling language UML (Unified Modeling Language) and is implemented using Java, PHP, Apache Web Server and MySQL Server. Due to the registration system and KRS student who is still manual, then the system is running should be replaced with better and more efficient. Based on this background, the author makes a system that is "INFORMATION SYSTEM NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION CARD AND CHARGING STUDY PLAN (KRS) AMIK WAHANA WEB-BASED MOBILE SELF".Keywords: Registration Information System, KRS, Web Mobile, PHP, MYSQL, UML

Abstract

Wonton wrapper is a type of pasta that has a similar composition with noodle, such as wheat flour, water, egg, salt, and kansui. Indonesian people has also consumed wonton wrapper but it has been limited due to the difficulty of wheat flour supply as it’s main ingredient. To reduce the dependency of imported wheat flour, this experiment was held to determine tapioca, sago, and glutinous rice as a substitute to wheat flour. The aims of this research were to determine the type of flour to substitute wheat flour in fried wonton wrapper making, to determine the protein percentage of wheat flour in fried wonton wrapper making, and to determine the sensory and physical characteristics of wonton wrapper on cold and frozen storage. This research was conducted by RAL (completely randomized design) using two treatment factors are three kinds of flour (tapioca, sago, and glutinous rice) and three substitution level of concentration (15, 30, and 45%). The organoleptic result showed that fried wonton wrapper made from medium protein wheat flour with 30% tapioca flour substitution was the best treatment to produce a good quality since it had a higher crunchiness, acceptance, and substitution level. Sensory and physical characteristics of wonton wrapper has been maintained during 4 weeks of freezing storage. Keywords: fried wonton wrapper, wheat flour, tapioca

Abstract

Saat ini, di berbagai kota telah dipasang CCTV pada setiap ruas jalan. Dari CCTV, dapat diketahui kondisi lalu lintas, namun tidak dapat diketahui kecepatan setiap kendaraaan. Oleh karena itu, dibuat perangkat lunak yang dapat mendeteksi kecepatan kendaraan di ruas jalan dari video yang diambil oleh CCTV. Tujuan lainnya adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil deteksi kecepatan dengan berbagai nilai FPS (Frame Per Second).Input untuk aplikasi ini adalah video (.avi). Pertama, sistem mengambil Region of Interest (ROI). Selanjutnya, sistem melakukan background subtraction, membuat garis awal dan akhir, memperbarui posisi kendaraan, dan menyimpan hasil kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan ke berkas Excel (.xls).Skenario uji coba dilakukan berdasarkan nilai FPS pada video (30 FPS, 27 FPS, 25 FPS, dan 20 FPS). Setiap skenario terdapat sub-skenario berdasarkan posisi koordinat garis akhir {(296,0); (282,0); (270,0); dan (248,0)}. Pengujian dilakukan 5 kali setiap skenario, lalu dibandingkan dengan hasil sebenarnya untuk mendapatkan nilai error pada sistem. Error terkecil yang dihasilkan sistem sebesar 2,75% dengan posisi koordinat garis akhir di (282,0) pada skenario 30 FPS.
