PENINGKATAN PARTISIPASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS MENGGUNAKAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE IOC

Abstract

The purposes of this  research were to improve the participation and study result by implementating cooperative learning type IOC. Type of research method was classroom action research implemented in two cycles that consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected by non test and test technique. The instrument of data collection used observation sheet and instrument test. The techniques of analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result of research showed that the implementation of cooperative learning type IOC can improve student’s participation and study result of IPS.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model cooperative learning tipe IOC. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non tes dan tes. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe IOC dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajar IPS.Kata kunci: partisipasi, hasil belajar, IOC.
