Abstract

The problem in this research was studentlearning achievement of IPS that still not optomal. Thepurpose of this research was to find positive correlation between the learning environment in schools with learning achievement of IPS of students in fourth grade of SD Negeri 3Mulya Asri. The technique that used to take  sample was total sampling. Technique of collecting data used observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used product moment formula. The result of data analysis showed that there was a positive relationship between the learning environment in schools with learning achievement of IPS with corelation coefficient of 0,673 and there was a close correlation between the learning environment in schools with  learning achievement of IPS with correlation coefficient of 0,673 greater that 0,266.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar IPS siswa . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang positif antara lingkungan belajar di sekolah dengan prestasi belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Mulya Asri. Tekhnik yag digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan rumus product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukan ada hubungan yang positif antara lingkungan belajar di sekolah dengan prestasi belajar IPS dengan koefisiensi korelasi sebesar 0,673, dan terdapat hubungan yang erat antara lingkungan belajar di sekolah dengan prestasi belajar IPS dengan koefisiensi korelasi sebesar 0,673 lebih besar daripada rtabel yaitu 0,266.Kata kunci: lingkungan belajar di sekolah, prestasi belajar, IPS.
