Abstract

Learning of vocational school learning should be able to prepare students who have qualified skills to fit the demands of the realistic activity of industry. Professional activities within the workplace should be integrated completed the learning process in the classroom, through pedagogical model design that facilitates learning in order to build students who have the ability to work in accordance with the demands from the industry. Development of model design has been done through collaboration models Project-based learning and PEPPER model through a mix method research. This research resulted a pedagogical syntax of learning models tools with characteristics industrial standard, which quantitatively tested in learning of Computer Network, so that the application of this model can improve the presumption of vocational school quality through graduates quality.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Jigsaw merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang kooperatif dan fleksibel.  Dalam pembelajaran Jigsaw, siswa dibagi menjadi kelompok-kelompok yang anggotanya mempunyai karakteristik heterogen. Masing-masing siswa bertanggung jawab untuk mempelajari topik yang ditugaskan dan mengajarkan pada anggota kelompoknya, sehingga mereka dapat saling berinteraksi dan saling bantu. Kinematika merupakan cabang ilmu fisika  yang mempelajari konsep dasar mekanika untuk memahami konsep-konsep fisika lebih lanjut. Terdapat tiga langkah yang harus dilakukan dalam mengatasi kesulitan siswa memahami kinematika, yaitu: (1) memperbaiki miskonsepsi pada konsep prasyarat siswa dengan model konstruktivisme, (2) menyelesaikan persoalan fisika dengan metode pembelajaran koperatif Jigsaw, (3) memaksimalkan kemampuan matematis siswa menyelesaikan persoalan kinematika dengan sistematis, dan  memperbaiki bahasa matematika yang digunakan menjadi lebih sederhana. Langkah-langkah tersebut, dibagi lagi menjadi beberapa urutan tahapan yang harus dilakukan, mulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi.

Abstract

Korelasi adalah suatu kenyataan yang menunjukkan keeratan hubungan dua variabel atau lebih serta besarnya hubungan antara variabel tersebut yang didasarkan pada penelitian ilmiah. Berdasarkan ilmunya, matematika merupakan tool untuk dapat memecahkan persoalan-persoalan fisika, karena pada kenyataannya memang fisika tidak terlepas dari perhitungan matematis seperti menjumlah, mengurangi, mengalikan, mendeferensialkan, mengintegralkan dan lain-lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat memperoleh realitas atau penguatan tentang korelasi nilai anatara Matematika Dasar dengan Fisika Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, yaitu menganalisisnya dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat korelasi sangat tinggi, yaitu r=0,99. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai Matematika Dasar sangat berhubungan erat dengan hasil yang dicapai pada nilai Fisika Dasar.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMotivation is interest of the students for learniing that are driven by the desire to achieve the learning outcomes. The outcomes is an important part of learning. Results of student learning is essentially changed the student behavior which include the areas of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Learning outcomes are the result of an interaction act of learning and teaching acts. For a lecturer, teaching acts ends with the evaluation of learning outcomes. In terms of student learning outcomes is the end of the teaching of the peak of the learning process. In the process pembeljaran, learning outcomes can be influenced by internal factors possessed by students, namely blood type. Blood type is a characteristic of blood from an individual because of different types of carbohydrates and protein on the surface of red blood cell membranes. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of learning on student learning outcomes on student course Basic Physics based on blood type. The results showed the average learning outcomes from the largest to the smallest are owned by people who have blood type O, A, AB, B. This shows that internal factors influence the process of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the concept of evidence-based practice in counseling. In the last few decades, service-related professions, such as counseling, are finding new evidence-based practice trends (EBPs). The purpose of using EBP in counseling is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of mental health services resulting in accountability to the public. The EBP decision-making process in counseling can be through five main stages: developing questions; collecting research results; reviewing evidences critically; select and implement eviden; and monitor progress of changes to clients. Implementation of this phase is a long process and requires the clinical expertise of the counselor in elaborating the collected research results, and the client's needs based on their characteristics, culture, and preferences. To this end, this article recommends the need for special training for counselors to implement evidence-based practice in counseling.

Abstract

Despite being free from addiction, ex-drug addicts clients are by no means free from problems at all. The potential for recurrence is still a scourge to watch out for. In this case the counselor faces new challenges to be able to provide services to this population. While post-rehabilitation institutions have been popping up in big cities, one of them is Semarang. This study aims to analyze the implementation of services in post-rehabilitation institutions in the city of Semarang, and assess how the prospects of community counseling if implemented in this institution. The case study was conducted at two post-rehabilitation institutions in Semarang City. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interview, documentation study, and spreading of SOAR based questionnaire. The results found that there are similarities in the implementation of post-rehabilitation programs with a comprehensive counseling framework, but they have some drawbacks due to the lack of professional qualifications and empirical theoretical studies in them. The researcher then recommends the counselor to carry out appropriate standards-based community counseling on clients of drug addicts by taking into account all the resources, aspirations, opportunities, and expected performance.
