Abstract

The role of external auditor opinion is vital in ensuring the proper production of financial report. However, cases of dysfunctional audit behavior has adversely affect the credibility of external auditors opinion. Among the contributing factors to such  dysfunctional audit behavior is the personal characteristic of the auditor. The research seek to analyze the relationship between auditors’ individual characteristic and their acceptance to dysfunctional audit behavior. The data is collected from 108 auditors working in audit firms located in Yogyakarta, Surakarta and Semarang. The methodology used is structural equation modeling as it facilitates the use of manifest and latent variables as well as accommodating  the existence of inter-relationship among independent variables. The study show that the level of auditor’s locus of control, turnover intention and self esteem in relations to ambitions has significant positive relationships with the level of acceptance of dysfunctional audit behavior, while the self-rated auditor performance have significant negative relationships with the level of acceptance of dysfunctional audit behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengetahuan serta usaha masyarakat Gunungrawa dalam meningkatkan daya tarik wisata serta mengembangkan strategi pengembangan pendidikan pariwisata berbasis wisatabudaya dengan pendekatan kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah observasi,wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data memakai lembar pedoman wawancara dan  observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Data yang dihasilkan  melalui proses verifikasi. Keabsahan  data menggunakan triangulasi dan review informan. Hasil menunjukkan pendidikan masyarakat dapat mengembangkan kepariwisataan  Waduk Gunungrawa. Nilai-nilai luhur  sebagai kearifan lokal harus dipertahankan guna mengurangi dampak negatif. Nilai kejujuran, saling menghormati, kesetiaan, kerja keras adalah modal masyarakat untuk membuka diri dengan perkembangan  wisata di kawasan  Gunungrawa The purpose of this study was to assess the knowledge and effort Gunungrawa community in improving tourist attraction as well as developing tourism education development strategy based wisatabudaya with local wisdom approach. This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection tool wear sheet guide the interview and observation. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. Data generated through the verification process. The validity of the data using triangulation and reviews informant. The results show that people can develop tourism education Gunungrawa Reservoir. Noble values as local wisdom must be maintained in order to reduce the negative impact. The value of honesty, mutual respect, loyalty, hard work is the capital community to open up the development of tourism in the region Gunungrawa

Abstract

This study descriptively aims to identify the outcomes of the learning of IPA which was used the basic skill approach and expository approach on the students in 8th of SMPN 11 Yogyakarta  in academic year 2015/2016. Comperatively to determine the difference of the IPA learning outcomes between the basic skill approach and expository approach on the students in 8th of SMPN 11 Yogyakarta  in academic year 2015/2016. This study belongs to Quasi experiment. The result of this study descriptively showed that the tendency of the learning outcomes used basic skill approach was the highest category and the learning outcomes which was used expository approach belongs to the high category. Comperatively there was a significance difference of the IPA learning outcomes between the learning used basic skill approach and expository approach. The average of the learning outcomes that used basic skill approach was higher than expository approach. It means that there was the influence of the basic skill approach towards the IPA learning outcomes on the students in 8th of SMPN 11 Yogyakarta  in academic year 2015/2016.
