Abstract

Tanjung Una merupakan wilayah konsesi PT. Pertamina EP Asset 5 Sangasanga, wilayah ini merupakan daerah semenanjung yang menjorok ke arah muara sungai Mahakam. Tanjung Una tergolong dalam ekosistem Estuaria campuran pantai berdasar lunak. Vegetasi pada area sumur minyak PT. Pertamina EP ditemukan 24 spesies pohon dengan kodominansi empat spesies, yaitu Syzygium grande, Gluta rengas, Vitex pinnata, dan Heritiera globosa. Dari pengamatan didapat 25 jenis burung dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman (H’) sebesar 2,614 dan termasuk dalam keanekaragaman sedang, dimana kondisi ekosistem cukup seimbang. Terdapat banyak populasi Monyet ekor panjang yang hidup secara berkelompok yang terdiri dari banyak jantan dan betina dewasa. Jumlah individu dalam satu kelompok Monyet Ekor Panjang berbeda-beda dalam satu kawasan teritorinya. Besar kecilnya kelompok dalam satu kawasan tergantung pada ada tidaknya pemangsa atau kelimpahan sumber pakan. Pada daerah hutan bakau biasanya jumlah individu dalam suatu kelompok populasi Monyet Ekor Panjang berkisar antara 10-20 ekor, sedangkan untuk jumlah individu pada daerah dataran rendah atau daratan bisa berkisar lebih dari 20 ekor dalam satu kelompok populasi. Pada kawasan Tj. Una ini ditemukan pula populasi bekantan (Nasalis larvatus) yang memiliki status dilindungi (Peraturan pemerintah UU no. 7 tahun 1999; termasuk dalam daftar CITES Appendiks I). Terdapat 2 kelompok dimana 1 kelompok aktif mencari makan pada pagi hari di pinggir sungai dan kelompok lainnya aktif mencari makan di dalam kawasan khususnya pada kawasan tangki yang kosong. Kelompok bekantan ini pada sore hari sering ditemukan istirahat pada pohon-pohoon besar. Potensi wisata sangat potensial di areal tanjung Una ini, daerah ini pula dipersiapkan sebagai kawasan perlindungan/ konservasi Bekantan yang secara alami hidup dan berkembang biak di areal konsesi PT.Pertamina EP asset 5. Daya tarik lingkungan yang alami dengan keanekaragaman hayati sedang serta lokasi strategis dikawasan perairan Delta Mahakam merupakan salah satu unggulan areal ini. Diperlukan persiapan pengelolaan serta keterpaduan pengelolaan antara pemerintah, masyarakat dan pihak swasta di areal ini terutama PT.Pertamina EP Asset 5 Sangasanga sebagai pemilih konsesi lahan areal tanjung Una.Kata kunci. Abstract

Shell burning oil as a fuel in the boiler produces ash by 15% which contains silica (SiO2) is quite high at 68.82% and alumina (Al2O3) of 3.08%. Silica and alumina are required compounds in the mixture making various kinds of buildings materials one of which is plasterboard. The purpose of this study is to asesess the potential of oil shell ash a raw material in the manufacture of plasterboard formed to analyze the physical properties. Ash from palm oil shell is along with bonding cement, lime and fiber. The component of plasterboard is 20%, 40%, 60% and 80%, also 0% as a control. The plasterboard making was done by using some simple equipment. The best result of analysis according to examination method for fiber cements sheets in SNI 15 0233-1989 is obtained the maximum composition is 60% ash, 20% lime, 15% cement and 5% fiber. At this composition has a good shape, good nail strength,  white natural color, the density of water is not happening dropping water and low the water absorption = 29,3% and also low weight of content = 7,7 g/cm3.

Abstract

Tanjung Una merupakan daerah semenanjung yang menjorokke arah muara sungai Mahakam. Hasil analisa vegetasi padaarea sumur minyak PT. Pertamina PEP Tanjung Una AngganaGT. 36 Field Sanga-sanga ditemukan 24 spesies pohon dengankodominansi empat spesies, yaitu Syzygium grande, Glutarengas, Vitex pinnata, dan Heritiera globosa. Syzygium grande(jambua-jambuan) memiliki kerapatan tertinggi pada lokasiTanjung Una (326 Pohon/Ha), dikuti kelompok Gluta rengas(Pohon Rengas) sebanyak 300 Pohon/Ha dan Vitex pinnata(Laban) sebanyak 116 Pohon/Ha. Jenis pohon yang memilikikerapatan yang sedikit ditunjukkan olek spesies Glochidionlittorale; Buchannania spp.; Osboniea octodonta; Quassiaindica; Mallotus korthalsii; Endospermum peltatum; Garciniasp.; Bruguiera sp. sebanyak 4 pohon/Ha.

Abstract

Abstract: Postburn neck contractures are frequent and may cause gross facial deformity and severe functional disability. Reconstruction of these deformities is challenging, especially to plastic surgeon. Several methods have been published including skin graft, local flap and free flap. Patient and Method: The case presented in this paper is a postburn neck contracture which had been managed by two plastic surgeons in two different hospitals. This deformity limits the normal function of eating, speaking and appearance of this patient. Skin graft was used to correct this deformity but in the next few months neck contracture recurred. Result: It results in minimal disability and in overall improved functional and appearance outcome. We report our experience using the acromiocervical flap on a case for reconstruction of neck contracture with a goal to prevent recurrence.Summary: Skin Grafting is not an easy and simple procedure for reconstruction of the neck contracture. It requires comprehensive rehabilitation program including prolonged neck splinting and patient compliance. Considering those difFIculties acromiocervical flap can be one of the modality to reconstruct post burn neck contracture because it is relatively simple and reliable.
