Abstract

Impian Tiongkok dengan kata kunci kebangkitan nasional bangsa Tionghoa merupakan slogan Presiden XiJinping dalam memerintah saat ini. Tulisan ini menganalisis upaya kebangkitan Tiongkok melalui slogan tersebut.Tujuan digunakannya slogan tersebut adalah untuk membangkitkan kembali kejayaan masa lalu yang pernahdimiliki Tiongkok dan membangkitkan rasa nasionalisme rakyat. Selain itu, gagasan ini juga memiliki tujuanuntuk memperkuat legitimasi Xi Jinping dan Partai Komunis Tiongkok di dalam politik dalam negerinya. Salahsatu program yang dilakukan oleh Tiongkok untuk mewujudkan cita-citanya adalah dengan membangun kembaliJalur Sutra melalui gagasan Satu Sabuk, Satu Jalur. Bila dikaitkan dengan pembangunan Satu Sabuk, Satu Jalur,kebangkitan Tiongkok juga merupakan upaya untuk melegitimasi posisi Tiongkok sebagai negara besar di kancahpolitik internasional.Kata Kunci: Impian Tiongkok, Kebangkitan Tiongkok, Jalur Sutra, Diplomasi Tiongkok.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study supports providing solutions to foster student character in the Ambon IAIN environment based on the Living Values Education program. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with instruments of interview (interview) and FGD (focus group discussions), the LVE material used is the values of peace, appreciation, love, unity and divinity (religious). The subjects of this study were the third semester FITK IAIN Ambon students consisting of majors namely Islamic Education and Biology Education which were filled with 23 people and 2 lecturers from two majors. This study uses descriptive narrative analysis. The results of the study provide an overview of Life Values Education must be carried out and developed in everyday life. Whether it is a character building course that is integrated with all existing courses before all teaching staff (lecturers) become role models for students. As well as students realize that the value must be grown in themselves as self control to encourage each learning. Keywords: Character Building, Life Value Education

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) is recognized as one of the sub-regional cooperation to support ASEAN Community. However, geographical character differences and consequently creating different interests among three member states, is likely to hinder the implementation of the IMT-GT in establishing such connectivity. This study focuses on three issues, namely, the significance of IMT-GT for each member state, implementation of IMT-GT’s programs in 2012-2016, and the role of IMT-GT in building ASEAN connectivity, particularly in the maritime sector. Through correlative descriptive qualitative method, this study found that the IMT sub-region contributes nearly 50% for the Malaysian economy, supports the Indonesian vision of Global Maritime Fulcrum for Indonesia, as well as encourages the development of less-developed Southern Thailand region. In Addition, the implementation of  IMT-GT’s programs in 2012-2016 was still low, especially on the side of Indonesia due to too many programs were planned. Another finding was that IMT-GT has played  significant role in building the ASEAN connectivity through the development of five economic corridors, although it was still more on land connectivity rather than maritime connectivity.  Keywords: ASEAN, IMT-GT, connectivity, and maritime

Abstract

AbstractFor centuries, the Mekong river has become the center of six riparian countries’s people life. Geographically, it flows through these countries for about 4,900 km.  It created a 795,000 km² river basin, distributed between the Upper Mekong River Basin that is formed by China (21 percent) and Myanmar (3 percent), as well as the Lower Mekong River Basin, which comprised Laos (25 percent), Thailand (23 percent), Cambodia (20 percent), and Viet Nam (8 percent) (FAO, 2011). To fullfill their own people’s needs over  the Mekong River and its subregion, those riparian states have been developing some transboundary cooperation initiatives among them. Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS), Mekong Ricer Commission [MRC] etc. are examples of the transboundary cooperation. Besides, there are some other cooperations that cover the whole or part of the Mekong subregion but  do not specifically focus on Mekong River, i.e. ASEAN-China Free Trade Area and ASEAN Community. This condition creates a complexity of relationships among the cooperations in the Mekong subregion. This paper analysis some potential/existing problems i.e. a possibility that those cooperations overlap; the differences in the countries’ profile seem to create different interests among them etc. The analysis is based on some field research in some places [Vietnam, Laos, Thailand] in 2015. Keywords: transboundary cooperation, Northern ASEAN countries, GMS, MRC, Mekong River, connectivity.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan wadah pembinaan anak sejak usia dini. Di lembaga PAUD ini anak diberikan stimulan-stimulan untuk menumbuh kembangkan potensi yang ada pada anak, sehingga anak dapat menemukan kepribadiannya sejak dini. Penelitian ini terkait dengan peranan lembaga PAUD dalam membina tumbuh kembang anak usia dini di kota Ambon. Sasaran tumbuh kembang anak dilihat dari aspek kesehatan dan gizi dan aspek psikososial (kognitif, emosi, sosial dan bahasa) sedangkan peranan PAUD dilihat dari pola pembelajaran yang dilakukan PAUD untuk melihat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak sesuai dengan kedua aspek tersebut. Hasilnya dapat dilihat bahwa PAUD sangat membantu dalam membina tumbuh kembang anak dengan bukti adanya kerja sama antara PAUD dan lembaga Kesehatan (PusKesMas) untuk membina tumbuh kembang aspek kesehatan dan gizi. Sedangkan untuk membina tumbuh kembang aspek psikososial PAUD menggunakan pembelajaran sistem sentra (pembelajaran intensif sesuai minat bakat anak), sehingga aspek psikososial anak dapat distimulan dengan maksimal.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to find out the effect of the implementation of science, technology, and society (STS) learning model by using concept maps toward students? learning interest in Islamic Senior High School. Therefore, the study was carried out in queasy experiment design and the sample was taken through purposive sampling technique, which consists of two classes, namely XC as experiment class and XB as control one. After implementing those learning model and technique, the data was collected through questionnaire and documentation. Due to the statistic analysis, it was examined that the implementation of concept maps technique on experiment class has affected students? interest in learning 81.45%, and it was categorized into good, in contrast, in control group it has affected students? interest about 61.2% that was categorized into Fair. Similarity, the hypothesis testing by using Mann-Whitney test on the final questionnaire average score has revealed that the Zo (t-obtained) score was -5.74 and Z table score was -1.96 based on 5% significant standard, further, when Zo ?-Z table, the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, there was the significant effect of science, technology, and society (STS) learning model by using concept maps technique toward students? learning interest in Hydrocarbon class in Islamic Senior High School of Islamic Boarding School Daarun Nahdhah Thawalib Bangkinang for the 2015/2016 academic year.Keywords : Science, Technology, Society (STS) teaching model, concept maps techniques, students? learning Interest, and hydrocarbon.
