Abstract

Rendahnya konsumsi ikan pada konsumen muda di Yoyakarta yang merupakan mayoritas penduduk merupakan sebuah ancaman. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku mengkonsumsi ikan pada konsumen muda secara signifikan. Kuesioner semi terbuka disebar secara online kepada 350 reponden, terdiri dari 167 orang laki-laki dan 183 orang perempuan. Responden dipilih secara judgment sampling dengan kriteria berusia 18-35 tahun, tidak memiliki alergi terhadap ikan, serta berdomisili di Yogyakarta. Konsumsi ikan dimasa kanakkanak, kesadaran kesehatan, dan tekanan sosial mempengaruhi tingkat konsumsi ikan secara signifikan sedangkan sikap, cara pengolahan dan penyajian, serta harga tidak mempengaruhi. Model penelitian ini berpengaruh sebesar 41% terhadap konsumsi ikan pada konsumen muda. Penambahan variabel-variabel eksternal diperlukan untuk memperkirakan hubungan antar faktor yang lebih kuat. Kata kunci: Perilaku konsumen, Konsumen muda, Konsumsi ikan, Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This research was aims to determine the form, level and the factors affecting women’s participation in mangrove conservation at Pasar Banggi Village, Rembang District. Survey was conducted on respondents with total number of 95 people, comprised of 50 women, 14 men, 10 children and 25 people representing related agencies were interviewed with semi-open questionnaire. The study showed that there were nine forms of female participation in conservation activities, which was women who are looking for information, planting seeds, fi ll polybags, nursery planning, decision-making in the implementation of the nursery, nurture the seeds of mangrove, mangrove preserve, transfer of knowledge to children and warn if there is people cut the tree. Based on Arnstein (1969) participation ladder, the study showed that female participation rates ranging from therapy to the partnership. Factors that affect women in conservation were women’s perceptions of themselves, social status and public perception of women’s participation. Women play an important role in the cycle of mangrove conservation, especially in the nursery stage. Nevertheless, women have not been involved in the decision-making process and enjoy the sale of mangrove seedlings. Strengthening women’s bargaining power and involvement in the management group is required to enable the equality of access and control between men and women in a cycle of mangrove conservation. Abstract

This study aims to prove the empirically relationship between halal marketing (halal labelling and hijabista celebrity endorsement) with financial performance. The independent variable is halal labeling and hijabista celebrity endorse, while the dependent variable is financial performance. This research was conducted in Indonesia, spread across five cities such as: Jakarta, Lampung, Bali, West Sulawesi, and Aceh with samples of PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation and PT. Sari Ayu., Tbk. Survey methods and 51 questionnaires used in this research. The result shows that halal labelling has no effect on financial performance, while hijabista celebrity endorse has an effect on financial performance.Keywords: halal labeling, hijabista celebrity endorse, and financial performance
