Abstract

Instisari : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial orang tua dan religiusitas dengan agresivitas remaja anggota perguruan pencak silat di Bojonegoro. Subyek penelitian adalah 95 remaja yang berada di Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Instrumen yang dipergunakan adalah skala dukungan sosial orang tua, skala religiusitas, dan skala agresivitas. Skala dukungan sosial orang tua terdiri dari 39 aitem dengan  , skala religiusitas terdiri dari 40 aitem dengan  , dan skala agresivitas terdiri dari 54 aitem dengan  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara dukungan sosial orang tua dan religiusitas secara bersama-sama tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan agresiv, yang ditunjukkan dengan harga F = 1,041 dan p=0,357 (p>0,005). Hasil analisis korelasi secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial orang tua dengan perilaku agresivitas, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rx1y = 0,114 dan p=0,270 (p>0,005).  Tidak ada hubungan antara religiusitas dengan agresivitas, yaitu dengan nilai rx1y = 0,130 dan p=0,208 (p>0,005). Dari Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial orang tua dan religiusitas dengan agresivitas remaja anggota perguruan pencak silat di Bojonegoro tahun 2014.Kata kunci : dukungan sosial orang tua, religiusitas, agresivitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of therapy SEFT to reduce smoking behavior in middle adolescence. The subjects were students at SMAN 1 Taman Sidoarjo ever smoked at school, the number of smokers was 24 students. These students were smokers every day on average spend cigarettes no more than 14 cigarettes. The subjects were given a pretest (lots of cigarettes smoked every day), therapy was given SEFT the next round. Posttest performed 2 days after therapy SEFT. Based on the analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test , the value of Z = - 4.564 , the Sig = 0.000 ( p < 0.01 ) , so it can be said there was a difference between pretest and posttes , and the mean pre-test ( 4,000 ) > the mean post- test ( 2.208 ), which means more subjects smoked a cigarette before SEFT therapy compared to after SEFT . This means SEFT therapy proved effective in reducing smoking behavior on adolescent students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the Philosophy Science and Education. The kind of the research is Library one in Samarinda. The human and philosophy have correlation with a life closely. The human has mind and many needs to fulfill the want which bears the philosophy thinking. The results of the research are (1). The philosophy is not only the play of the mindset but also has a function in the human living. (2). Philosophy is the matter scientiarium which has born may. The suggestions are To face many phenomenas the human is claimed to be sensitive to the development of the era so he or she have to have intellectual towards them.

Abstract

Da'wah and technological development are inseparable, this is based on the concept of contemporary da'wah that is easily accepted by the present, various new phenomena such as the case of rejection of clerics in several regions arise along with the rise of activity on social media, which incidentally is full of information which is not necessarily true (Tornberg & Tornberg, 2016: 132-134). The news of the pros and cons of rejecting the da'wah experienced by Ustadz Abdul Somad was forwarded freely on social media, one of the social media is twitter. In analyzing discourse on social media, especially Twitter, the author uses analysis technic of critical discourse analysis theory by Norman Fairclough to dismantle discourse practices (Eriyanto, 2015: 285), and includes Antonio Gramsci's theory of hegemony to see discourse battles (Ives, 2004: 63 ) in the phenomenon of Ustadz Abdul Somad's rejection. The results of this study include: (1) The issue of the affiliation of Ustadz Abdul Somad can be mediated with tabayyun and clarification through the media, both traditional and social. However, the issue of khilafah is growing until it displays a process of mutual accusation between the parties involved in the discourse of the khilafah revival; 2) The discourse of Ustadz Abdul Somad's rejection on social media in this study contains trends from two different ideologies namely Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and Hisbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI (3) The other tendencies are also influenced by political interests; 4) Between HTI and Banser has an impact on the image of Prabowo's and Jokowi's strongholds with the issue of the fight. HTI was identified as part of opposition supporters, while the impact on the Jokowi camp with anti-Islamic issues, because it was deemed not to show an attitude to clean up the chaos caused by burning the flag at the commemoration of the “Hari Santri Nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between transformationalleadership and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Subjects wereemployees of the production division of PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresiktotaling 30 people. Data were obtained using a scale of organizational commitment,scale transformational leadership and job satisfaction scale. Based on the analysis ofdata by multiple regression unknown regression F value = 24.063, p = 0.000 (p<0.001), which indicates that there is a very significant positive relationship betweentransformational leadership and job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Thus, the hypothesis "There is a relationship between transformational leadershipand job satisfaction and organizational commitment" is acceptable. The coefficient ofdetermination (R square) amounted to 0,641, which means the effective contributionof the two predictors of transformational leadership and job satisfaction onorganizational commitment criterion amounted to 64.1%. While the remaining 35.9%influenced by other variables not included in this studyKeywords : transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Abstract

Peradaban manusia berkembang begitu pesat, seiring cepatnya arus informasi yang tak memilki batas antar negara, kultur dan agama. Pesatnya perkembangan&nbsp; peradaban tersebut mengharuskan manusia memiliki kompetensi yang memadai agar dapat melaju mengimbangi tuntutan tersebut. Kompetensi yang diperlukan perlu ditingkatkan standarnya, &nbsp;dari melek huruf menjadi melek budaya, sikap menerima harus ditingkatkan menjadi manusia yang pandai bersyukur dengan menyiapkan sikap harmoni, dan ketrampilan menggunakan ilmu dan teknologi harus dapat ditingkatkan untuk menciptakan pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk mengimbangi pesatnya arus perkrmbangan yang penuh dengan tantangan. Meningkatnya kompetensi jika diperoleh secara alamiah tanpa ada rekayasa ilmiah tentu hanya akan berjalan secara masif. Dengan demikian untuk mencapai kemampuan yang tinggi tentu memerlukan rekayasa. Rekayasa tersebut harus direncanakan dengan matang, dengan mempertimbangkan tingkatan baik kemampuan maupun jenjang pendidikan agar tidak terjadi pengulangan yang hanya menguras anggaran dan mengabaikan peluang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara prasangka sosial dengan toleransi beragama pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis bahwa semakin tinggi prasangka sosial seseorang semakin rendah toleransi beragama. Subyek penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria para mahasiswa yang aktif terlibat di organisasi kemahasiswaan di dua perguruan tinggi negeri (PTN) umum di kota Surabaya, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 orang masing-masing 37 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan, 48 orang beragama Islam, dan 3 orang beragama Kristen. Subyek penelitian tersebar aktif di lima organisasi kemahasiswaan, yaitu PMII (15 orang), HMI (10 orang), IMM (9 orang), KAMMI (14 orang), dan GMKI (3 orang). Dengan menggunakan uji analisis korelasi product moment diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi = -0,437 dengan harga signifikansi sebesar 0,00, dan harga sumbangan efektif (SE) variabel prasangka sosial berpengaruh terhadap toleransi beragama mahasiswa sebesar (R Square = 0,189) atau 18,9%. Hal itu menunjukkan ada korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara prasangka sosial dengan toleransi beragama pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini membuktikan kembali hipotesis penelitian bahwa semakin tinggi prasangka sosial seseorang semakin rendah toleransi beragama, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah prasangka sosial seseorang semakin tinggi toleransi beragama. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan fakta bahwa para mahasiswa akatifis organisasi kemahasiswaan ini cenderung tinggi prasangka sosialnya dan juga rendah toleransi beragamanya. &nbsp;Kata kunci: prasangka sosial, toleransi beragama, mahasiswa. &nbsp;

Abstract

Abstract This study wants to look at the factors of personality characteristics and external factor such as the learning environment which has a correlation with academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya.There are three things that want to be known in this study; (1) identify propensity of need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit and environment, and the propensity of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship; (2) the correlation and contribution between need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit and environment (either individually or jointly) and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship; and (3) which factors are the most efficient of the five factors (need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, and learning habit and environment) toward academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship. This study found the average propensity of academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship is as high as the average GPA of 3.53; propensity of achievement needs of the students granted ‘Bidik Misi’ scholarship is very high; the propensity of self-esteem of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship is very high; the propensity of locus of control of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship is very high; the propensity of learning habit of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship is very high;and the propensity of perception of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship to the learning environment is very positive.This study also prove that there is a significant correlation between the need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit and environment and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship. There is a significant positive correlation between the need for achievement and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship.There is no significant correlation between self-esteem and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship.There is no significant correlation between locus of control and academic achievement of ‘the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship.There is no significant correlation between learning habit and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship.There is no significant correlation between learning environment and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship.While the most efficient factor of the five factors (need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit and environment) toward academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship is achievement need factor.It was proved that the effective contribution (SE) of achievement needs variable significantly higher than the effective contribution (SE) of other variables such as self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit and environment. Abstract

Kitab Alfiyah karya Muhammad bin Abdillah bin Malik al-Andalusi atau yang lebih populer dengan nama Ibnu Malik sangat dikenal sebagai sumber ilmu tata bahasa Arab. Tidak banyak yang mengurai dan meneliti kitab tersebut dalam sudut pandang lain. Padahal ada beberapa substansi yang terkandung di dalamnya, misalnya tentang moral yang tersisip diantara bait-bait isinya. Sudut pandang filosofis diperlukan untuk menyingkap substansi nilai-nilai moral sebelum menginterpretasikannya dan menginternalisasikannya dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kandungan nilai moral, metode internalisasinya, dan refleksi hasil internalisasi moral pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Langitan Tuban. Dengan paradigma naturalistik, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi moral dalam pembelajaran kitab Alfiyah Ibn Malik disampaikan melalui keteladanan, penghargaan, hukuman, pembiasaan, dan indoktrinasi. Selain itu, peneliti menemukan 31 nilai-nilai moral dalam bait-bait kitab dan 12 perilaku reflektif yang ditunjukkan oleh santri.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of parent expectation and academic self-efficacy on student’s fear of failure tendencies. In addition, this study also aims to examine the average comparison of parent expectation, academic self-efficacy, and student’s fear of failure tendencies between students of excellent class program and students of reguler class program. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The subjects of this study amounted to 271 students, 134 students of excellent class program and 137 students of reguler class program. The results showed that there was a significant influence of parent expectation and academic self-efficacy on student’s fear of failure tendencies, howeverthe results showed no significant differences the average comparison of parent expectation, academic self-efficacy, and student’s fear of failure tendencies between students of excellent class program and students of reguler class program
