Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the educational playing game based on media to improve numerical ability on  second grade student at  SDN Wonotirto, Bulu, Temanggung. The subject were 10 student, that divided into two groups, experimental group (5 students) and control group (5 students). They are second grade student at SDN Wonotirto, Bulu, Temanggung. The design of experiment which used is pretest and posttest control group design. The methods of data analysis techniques  use Mann - Whitney U. The result of the data analysis showed a significant differences between post-test of experimental group and the control group with level of p = 0.032. It means there are differences numerical ability between the control group and the experimental group. The mean score of the experimental group after the treatment was given greater compared with the control group (7.5 > 3.5). So, educational playing game based on media is effective to improve the numerical ability

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between academic procrastination and cheating behavior on the students of Vocational High Schools “X” Yogyakarta. The hypothesis proposed that there was a positive relationship between academic procrastination and cheating behavior of students, the higher of the academic procrastination will result also to the higher of cheating behavior. As subject of this research are the class of XA, XB2, XIA, XI B2 and XI B3 students of Vocational High Schools “X” Yogyakarta, with the total amount of those are 70 students. The method of this research is quantitative. The data is from the measuring with academic procrastination scale and cheating behavior scale. The analysis technique used is the Pearson Product Moment test used SPSS version 15.0. The result obtained it shows that there was very significant and positive correlation between academic procrastination and cheating behavior on the students of Vocational High Schools “X” Yogyakarta with the value of correlation coefficient 0.461 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.01), so this hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research aimed to explore correlation among islamic belief strenght and cheat in class behavior at students on psychology departemen of State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Sample including grade 2011-2013 around 100 student involve in psychology departement and using purposive sampling technic. Data analisys used product moment pearson show correlation coeficience among (rxy)= -0,475, p = 0,000. Thus conculsion revelead that hypotesa is accepted and that mean there is negative correlation amond cheat in class and islamic belief strenght at students of psychologi departemen of State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. There is 22,5% contribution from islamic belief strength variable to cheat in class behavior. Key words : cheat in class, Islamic belief strength ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana hubungan antara kekuatan akidah Islam dan perilaku mencontek pada mahasiswa Psikologi UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa Psikologi angkatan 2011-2013 dengan jumlah sekitar 100 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data menggunakan formula product moment Pearson, diketahui bahwa koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar -0,475 dengan p = 0,000. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, artinya ada hubungan negatif antara kekuatan akidah dan perilaku mencontek pada mahasiswa Psikologi UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Adapun sumbangan variabel kekuatan akidah terhadap perilaku mencontek sebesar 22,5 %. Kata kunci : perilaku mencontek, kekuatan akidah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri akademik dan perilaku menyontek.Hipotesisnya adalah ada hubungan negatif antara konsep diri akademik dan perilaku menyontek.Populasinya adalah siswa-siswi MAS Simbangkulon Buaran Pekalongan dengan sampel sebanyak 214 siswa.Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan skala konsep diri akademik dari Mars dkk.(1985) dan skala perilaku menyontek.Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson’s product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai rxy = -0.522 dengan p = 0.000 p &lt;0.01. Yang artinya ada hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara konsepdiri akademik dengan perilaku menyontek.Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin positifkonsep diri akademik siswa maka semakin rendah perilaku menyonteknya.Sebaliknya semakin negatif konsep diri akademik siswa maka semakin tinggiperilaku menyonteknya.Jadi hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Sumbangan efiktif konsep diri akademik terhadap perilaku menyontek siswa sebesar 27,3 %.
