Abstract

Abstrak: Mojokerto is one of the towns in East Java province which lies 50 km southwest of Surabaya. Mojokerto is exceptional in the history of Indonesia since the city was formerly the capital of the Majapahit Kingdom, which is one of the largest Hindu-Buddhist kingdoms in Indonesia. Service city concept of Mojokerto must be supported by three advantages namely, the primacy of human resources, product benefits, services, and excellence of infrastructure. The Mayor of the town of Mojokerto hoping to have a typical and excellent products, one of them is batik. Batik of Mojokerto is a craft culture which developed historically with the heyday of the Majapahit Kingdom. The uniqueness of the Mojokerto batik is in names of the pattern that less familiar to most people, such gedeg rubuh, matahari, mrico bolong, pring sedapur, grinsing, or surya majapahit. Attempts to introduce batik of Mojokerto certainly needed a medium that suits with the purpose. Promotion media is one of the purposes of introducing batik of Mojokerto to the wider community to international tourists.

Abstract

AbstractIndonesias cultural diversity is very much, so that the community helped preserve the culture in their respective areas so as not to be lost. One of the main owned by Indonesia lies in the city of Surabaya, which has Batik Mangrove is located in Rungkut. Batik Mangrove using a dye made from the processed waste at the Mangrove Forest.By using the benefit book portable media, providing information that is accurate, then the book contains the history, the way of making and telling the whole Batik Mangrove contained therein and given Illustrations image to be more easily recognized and studied by all ages especially the city of Surabaya.On the basis of a view of the above, the researchers are interested in Brand Awareness raised about Batik Mangrove to the citizens of Surabaya through book illustration. Researchers hoped that the book Illustration of Batik Mangrove Surabaya, Surabaya know Batik Mangrove community and also as an inspiration other batik.Creation of book illustration as an attempt was made to preserve the cultural values in Indonesia, as the people of Indonesia, especially in the city of Surabaya with the Batik Mangrove patented become Batik Surabaya. Abstract

The unbalanced load in electric power distribution system always happen and it is caused by single phase loads on low voltage system. The effect of the unbalanced load is appear as a neutral current. These neutral current cause losses, those are losses caused by neutral current in neutral conductor on distribution transformers and losses caused by neutral current flows to ground. In conclusion, when high unbalanced load happened, then the neutral current that appear is also high.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest archipelago in the world which consists over 17,000 islands and has a coastline of 81,000km. The existence of natural resources the driving factors in making tourism. Sialang Buah beach is located at Sialang Buah village in Teluk Mengkudu district. Research on the tourism potential of mangroves at Sialang Buah village needs to be done to develop the area of eco-tourism aspect. The purpose of this research was to determine the potential and condition of the resource that can be performed and assess the appropriateness and the carrying capacity of mangrove ecosystems for the management of mangrove ecotourism. The research was conductedin June-July 2013at SialangBuah villagein Teluk Mengkudu district, SerdangBedagai city. Based on research, the mangrove ecosystem in Sialang Buah village is dominated by five species of mangrove, which Avicennia marina, Bruguiera cylindrica, Rhizophora apiculata, Sonneratia alba, and Xylocarpus granatum. The density value most species of great value is Rhizopora apiculata and Avicennia marina. Results obtained suitability index for tourist activities mangrove ecosystem in Sialang Buah Village included the category corresponding conditional (SB).There are two proposed location tracks, that waters track and the in lands. The value of the region carrying capacity of water track is 80 people per day and a land track is 160 people per day.Keywords: Ecotourism, Mangrove, Sialang Buah

Abstract

Ruang Baca Teknik Industri (RBTI) merupakan salah satu sarana penunjang dalam kegiatan perkuliahan berupa perpustakaan yang terletak di lantai 2 kampus Teknik Industri Universitas Diponegoro. Meja merupakan salah satu fasilitas pokok yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam pelayanan di RBTI. Hasil kuesioner awal terhadap 30 responden  menunjukkan bahwa 66,67% responden merasakan kurang nyaman terhadap desain meja yang ada karena pengguna harus membungkukkan badan supaya dapat membaca dan menulis dengan baik. Penelitian ini mengkaji aspek ergonomi dalam lingkungan virtual pada meja aktual, sehingga aspek ergonominya dapat dibandingkan dengan rancangan meja usulan yang sudah disesuaikan dengan ukuran antropometri penggunanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan penilaian dan membandingkan postur pengguna menggunakan meja aktual dengan rancangan meja usulan dengan menggunakan metode Posture Evaluation Index (PEI). PEI mengintegrasikan nilai low back analysis (LBA), ovako working posture analysis (OWAS) dan rapid upper limb assessment (RULA). Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model manusia yang disediakan virtual environment pada software jack 8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai PEI pada meja aktual memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi daripada meja usulan. Hal ini mengindikasikan nilai PEI yang semakin rendah maka akan semakin baik postur tersebut.  ABSTRACTReading Room of Industrial Engineering (RBTI) is one means of supporting the learning activities in the form of a library that is located on the 2nd floor of Industrial Engineering Diponegoro University campus. The desk is one of the main facilities that should be considered in service in RBTI. The results of the initial questionnaire to 30 respondents indicated that 66.67% of respondents felt less comfortable to design a desk that is due to be bent so that the user can read and write well. This study examines aspects of ergonomics in a virtual environment on actual desk, so that aspect of ergonomics can be compared to recommended desk that have been adapted to the size of its anthropometry. The purpose of this study is to provide an assessment and compare the posture of the user using the actual desk to recomended desk by using Posture Evaluation Index (PEI). PEI integrate low back value analysis (LBA), Ovako working posture analysis (OWAS) and rapid upper limb assessment (RULA). Analyses were performed using a virtual human model that is provided on the software environment jack 8. The results showed that the actual value of PEI at the table have a higher value than recommended desk. This indicates that the lower the PEI value, the better the posture.

Abstract

Di dalam Pasal 3 huruf (a) Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal dijelaskan bahwa Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Produk Halal bertujuan memberikan kenyamanan, keamanan, keselamatan, dan kepastian ketersediaan produk halal bagi masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi dan menggunakan produk, dalam hal ini adalah produk makanan dan minuman yang ditujukan untuk melindungi konsumen. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya berdasarkan data dari Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Banda Aceh pada tahun 2015 dari 47 Restoran yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh, hanya ada 1 restoran saja yang sudah berlabel halal berdasarkan data Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama Provinsi Aceh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan perlindungan konsumen terhadap restoran yang tidak berlabel halal, akibat hukum pelaku usaha jika tidak mencantumkan label halal pada restoran dan upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan Pemerintah untuk mengatasi beredarnya restoran yang belum berlabel halal. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis empiris, data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder yang dilakukan dengan cara membaca peraturan perundang-undangan, karya ilmiah, pendapat para sarjana, buku-buku dan artikel. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data primer yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perlindungan konsumen terhadap restoran yang tidak berlabel halal di Kota Banda Aceh belum terlaksana dengan baik, karena kurangnya kesadaran pelaku usaha, Akibat hukum terhadap pelaku usaha yang tidak mencantumkan labelisasi halal pada restoran di Kota Banda Aceh hanya diberikan pengarahan oleh pihak terkait yaitu YaPKA terkait pentingnya mendaftarkan restoran mereka demi melindungi konsumen terutama konsumen yang beragama muslim. Upaya hukum yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah dalam hal melindungi konsumen adalah dengan adanya sejumlah Undang-Undang yaitu Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen tahun 1999, Undang-Undang No 33 tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal dan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 tahun 2012 tentang Pangan yang memuat sanksi tertentu dan konsumen bisa menuntut pelaku usaha lewat jalur diluar pengadilan melalui BPSK dan mengadukan kepada lembaga perlindungan konsumen swadaya masyarakat.Diharapkan kepada Pelaku Usaha yang membuka Restoran agar segera mengurus proses sertifikasi dan labelisasi halal agar bisa memberikan kepastian status kehalalan suatu produk makanan yang diperdagangkannya sehingga bisa membuat konsumen muslim merasa nyaman. In the Article 3 Paragraph (a) Act No.33 the year 2014 about halal product warranty explained that the implementation of the product warranty lawful aims to provide comfort, safety and legal certainty of halal product availability for the community in consuming thehalal status of products especially  food and drink. In fact, however, there are 47 restaurants which are in Banda Aceh there is only 1 restaurant has halal logo from Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama Aceh. The data from pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu satu Pintu Office of Banda Aceh in 2015. The purpose of the research to explain implementation of consumers protection laws of halal product at the restaurant not halal certification, the impact of law for the business that has not halal logo on the restaurant and the efforts of the law that can be done by the goverment to resolve the problem. Method approach is done empirical normative then this research the author uses a library and a field research related the problem. Technique of data collecting is done by study of literature and interview. The result of this research show that protection consumer from mislabelling halal restaurant in Banda Aceh has not be implemented properly, because of the lack of awareness of the owners. YaPKA only intruduce to the mislabelling halal restaurant what the importance thing that halal logo to protect the muslims consumers. Legislation has been introduced to ensure consumer protection in the number of laws, namely the Consumer Protection Act 1999, Act No. 33 by 2014 about Halal Product and Guarantee Act Number 18 in 2012 about Food that contains specific penalties and consumers could sue by outside the courts through BPSK. The recomended to the owner of indutries restaurant is to understand theconcept of halal-based business and the importance of the labelling  halal restauran and halal food logo to protect the muslims consumer and information for them.

Abstract

Pemodelan profile greenhouse merupakan salah satu hal penting untuk memaksimalkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang ditanam di dalam greenhouse. Sebelum dimodelkan, dibandingkan ketika greenhouse dengan sistem otomasi dalam keadaan mati dan ketika greenhouse dengan sistem otomasi dalam keadaan hidup. Dengan diterapkan sistem otomasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas greenhouse dengan cara menurunkan suhu dan meningkatkan kelembaban. Semakin baik kualitas greenhouse maka semakin baik pertumbuhan tanaman dalam greenhouse. Pemodelan dalam penelitian ini digunakan model neural network tipe back-propagation. Profile greenhouse meliputi suhu udara, kelembaban udara, suhu tanah dan kelembaban tanah. Hasilnya ialah profil terbaik dari greenhouse adalah pada suhu udara pukul 16.00 – 07.00, kelembaban udara mencapai 98%, suhu tanah pukul 18.00 – 08.00 dan kelembaban tanah mencapai 98% serta hasil pemodelan mendekati data pengukuran dengan nilai kesalahan mencapai 1%.

Abstract

Pos Kota newspaper and Indopos, has a method of storytelling (story telling), respectively in reporting illegal demolition in Jakarta minimarket. Pos Kota newspaper leads to a more traditional market increasingly cornered by many minimarket. While Indopos understand correctly that the superior position minimarket, but wherever possible, non-partisan one. This study uses the social construction of reality from Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman. The method used is a framing analysis developed by Pan and Gerald M. Zhongdang Kosicki. From the research findings, Pos Kota looks alignments against traditional traders can be seen from the syntactic and rhetorical elements. While Indopos more directed to the syntactic elements.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMaterial merupakan salah satu komponen dari biaya yang memegang peranan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Adanya perencanaan yang baik sangat penting dilakukan   agar   tidak   menimbulkan   kerugian, untuk   itu   perlu   dilakukan identifikasi material dengan mengoptimalisasikan perencanaan. Dimana pada metode British Standard 8666 tahun 2005, kita dapat melihat rencana apa saja yang berpotensi untuk dapat mengoptimalkan material pembesian. Pada proyek pembangunan Showroom Wahana Medan Sunggal, dapat ditinjau perencanaan pembesian dalam proses konstruksi, yang dapat menyebabkan waste material. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalisasikan perencanaan dan waste material pembesian yang dihasilkan dalam proyek konstruksi, untuk mengidentifikasi perbandingan bar bending schedule pada proyek konstruksi dengan menggunakan metode SNI 2847 tahun 2013 dan British Standard 8666 tahun 2005, dan Untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya yang ada di proyek. Dari hasil identifikasi perencanaan pembesian menggunakan metode SNI 2847 tahun 2013 sebesar 1.836,2617 kg untuk  besi Ø16 dan 3.250,9928 kg untuk besi Ø10 dan hasil identifikasi perencanaan pembesian menggunakan metode British Standard 8666 tahun 2005 sebesar 1.840,462 kg untuk besi Ø16 dan 3.205,9456 kg untuk besi Ø10. 3. Besar optimalisasi volume pembesian pada pekerjaan Sloof dan Pelat lantai 1 menggunakan metode British Standard 8666 tahun 2005 sebesar 0,803%. Dengan perbandingan total biaya pekerjaan pembesian metode SNI 2847:2013 sebesar Rp 71.522.234,54 dan total biaya dari pekerjaan pembesian metode BS 8666:2005 sebesar Rp 70.977.722,89.
