PENYUSUNAN BAHAN AJAR KIMIA INOVATIF MATERI LAJU REAKSI TERINTEGRASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER SISWA SMA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bahan ajar kimia yang inovatif yang terintegrasi pendidikan karakter pada subjek kurikulum laju reaksi berdasarkan 2013. Bentuk penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif. Jenis penelitian termasuk dalam penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjeknya adalah laju reaksi bahan ajar subjek. Sementara itu, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 guru kimia kelas XI di Kota Medan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sebuah penerbit bahan ajar dianalisis berdasarkan kurikulum pada 2013 oleh profesor dan guru. Hasil analisis penerbit bahan ajar berdasarkan kurikulum tahun 2013 memperoleh rata-rata 2,54 berlaku, yang berarti bahwa itu pantas dan beberapa dari isi bahan ajar perlu direvisi. Bahan mengajar yang telah dikembangkan, dinilai oleh dosen dan guru. Penilaian dilakukan dengan 2 cara, yaitu berdasarkan kurikulum tahun 2013 dan BSNP (Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan). Hasil analisis berdasarkan kurikulum tahun 2013 diperoleh rata-rata 3,60 adalah sarana yang sah sangat layak untuk digunakan dan tidak perlu direvisi. Hasil analisis berdasarkan BSNP diperoleh, aspek kelayakan isi 3,37 berlaku, itu berarti sangat layak dan tidak perlu direvisi, kelayakan bahasa 3,39 berlaku, itu berarti sangat layak dan tidak perlu direvisi, menyajikan kelayakan 3,44 berlaku, itu berarti sangat layak dan tidak perlu direvisi. Bahan mengajar yang telah disusun, kemudian diuji untuk siswa. Pengujian siswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan kelas 2 kelas, eksperimen dan kontrol. Terhadap kelas eksperimen siswa diberi kimia inovatif bahan ajar telah dikembangkan, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan bahan ajar yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol gain yang dinormalisasi adalah sama dengan 0,62, sedangkan nilai kelas eksperimen rata-rata gain yang dinormalisasi sebesar 0,76.

Abstract

Characterization of Oil Palm Trunks (OPT) in height rod different OPT that compregnated with polystyrene resin modifications have been done, polystyrene resins modified with acrylic acid and benzoyl peroxide incorporated into the OPT pore size 15x2x2 cm3 shaped beam that is placed in the compregnator has been modified with -5 atm pressure for 15 minutes. Based on the tensile tests conducted showed that the optimum mechanical properties of the OPT on the bottom of the stem height. with the addition of 20% resin. Similarly, the thermal properties OPT marked increases with increasing temperature degradation of OPT compregnated modified polystyrene resin at a concentration of 20%. From the above two tests showed that OPT improved quality of prior treatment compregnation, analysis of thermal degradation by using Thermogravimetry

Abstract

Abstract This research is intended to find out effect of cooperative learning Jigsawand worksheets for chemistry toward student learning outcomes at grade 10  SMANegeri 1 Silahisabungan is better than conventional teaching by using worksheets.The population in this study were all students in grade 11 SMA Negeri 1Silahisabungan which consists of three classes. The samples used in this study weretwo classes taken with purposive sampling technique. Instruments used to collectdata required consisted of 20 questions instruments that have previously been testedits validity, reliability and level of difficulty. The average value of learning outcomesand gain for the experimental class students was 79.83 and 0.705 respectively,meanwhile the average value of learning outcomes for students and gain controlclass are 75.17 and 0.626 respectively. Based on the data analyzed, it was  obtainedthat  tcalc. was 2.362 and ttable value was 1.6723 at a significance level of α = 0.05 anddf = 58, so that tcalc.> ttable. The percentage increase of student learning outcomes onthe experimental class and control class were 70.50% and 62.60%. It can beconcluded that the results of studying chemistry students who are taught withCooperative Learning Jigsaw type using worksheets was better than the results ofstudying chemistry students who are taught by conventional learning by usingworksheets on the subject of hydrocarbons in grade 10thth in SMA Negeri 1Silahisabungan year 2014/2015.thKata kunci:Gain, hidrokarbon, Jigsaw, and cooperatif.

Abstract

Abstract The research was conducted on grade 11 of SMA Negeri 15 Medan,North Sumatera. The effect of problem based learning integrated with cooperativelearning teams games tournament on students’ achievement was investigated inorder to know the significance difference between students’ achievement in 1thexperimental class and 2experimental class using problem based learning model.The populations were all of the students in grade 11nd  SMA Negeri 15 Medan andsamples selected by purposive random sampling techniques. As many as 20validated multiple choice questions used to measure students’ achievement andobservation sheet used to measure lesson materials. Pretest used to determinestudent background knowledge. Afterward, teaching treatment was carried outtoward both 1st experimental and 2ndth experimental classes. The last step is to carryout posttest for both of the classes. Data collected were analyzed by SPSS -17 forwindows. Results showed that there was a positive effect of problem based learningmodel integrated with cooperative learning teams games tournament on students’achievement.  stKeywords:Problem BasedLearning Model,Teams Games Tournament, Student’sAchievement.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was a causal espouse fact study intended to find out and uncover direct and indirect effects of organizational culture, organizational structure, and job-satisfaction on teachers’ jobperformance. The sample consisting of 143 out of 645 public high school teachers were selected from 10 senior high schools by using the stratified random sampling technique. The teachers were those having teaching experience of at least 10 years and they had been certified as professional teachers and received certification fees continuously, except for guidance and counseling teachers. The findings showed that organizational culture, organizational structure and job-satisfaction had a positive impact on teachers’ job-performance. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-satisfaction were 21.20%, and 10.00% respectively. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-performance were 23.20% and 22.80% respectively. The direct effect of organizational structure on job-performance was 29.50%. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of organizational structure on job-performance was not significant. Finally, the direct effect of job-satisfaction on job-performance was 18.60%. Sampel terdiri atas 143 dari 645 guru SMA yang diambil dari 10 SMA di Medan yang diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling techmiques. Sampel guru paling tidak memiliki pengalaman mengajar 10 tahun dan telah disertifikasi sebagai guru profesional. Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi dan sebelumnya telah diuji normalitas dan linearitas sebarannya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, struktur organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memberi dampak positif terhadap kinerja guru SMA Kota Medan. Pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja masing-masing 21,20%, dan 10,00%. Efek langsung dan tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja masing-masing 23,20% dan 22.80%. Efek langsung dari struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja ada 29,50%, sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung dari struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja tidak fignificant. Abstract

Abstract: This study is a causal  research which is intended to find out direct and indirect effects of organizational culture and job-satisfaction on job-performance. As many as 143 of 645 public high school teachers  were selected from 10 pulic high schools in Medan, Indonesia by stratified random sampling techniques.  The classroom teacher samples selected were teachers who have teaching experiences for at least 10 years, and have been certified as professional teachers and received certification fees continuously, except for guidance and counseling teachers.  It was found that the direct effect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction is 32.50%, while the direct effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Culture on Performance is 16.70% and 35.60% respecively. The indirect effect of Organizational Culture on Performance through Job Satisfaction is 14.50%. So the total effect of Organization Culture on Performance is 33.3%. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that organizational culture, organizational structure and job satisfaction have a positive impact on the teacher job-performance of high school teachers in Medan.Keywords: Job-Performance, Job-Satisfaction, Organizational Culture

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to know the feasibility of Chemistry Materials  for grade eleventh SMK in the second semester for acids and bases solution topic that exist today in accordance with BSNP (National Education Standards Beureu); to know the feasibility of Chemistry Materials  based chemo edutainment for students  grade eleventh SMK in the second semester for acids and bases solution topic in accordance with BSNP (National Education Standards); to know the differences of increase learning outcomes that learned with Chemistry Materials based chemo edutainment for acids and bases solution topic compared than learning outcomes that learned with Chemistry Materials without the development; and to know the differences of increase students motivation learning outcomes that learned with Chemistry Materials  based chemo edutainment for acids and bases solution topic compared than students motivation learning outcomes that learned with Chemistry Materials  without the development. This type of research was development using a model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations). The population in this research was  all of students  grade eleventh SMK. The sample in this research was SMK Negeri 1 Stabat much as two classes and have  totaling students is 64 . The results showed that: (1) the chemistry materials  publisher X and Y for acids and bases solution topic in accordance with BSNP (National Education Standards) is quite feasible, but there are some that need to be developed; (2) Chemistry materials  that developed for acids and bases solution topic has a decent based on the feasibility of standardizing the contents is  4.11, Language feasibility is 4.24, Presentation feasibility is 4,16 Graphically feasibility is 4,42; (3) there are significant differences in student learning outcomes with the implementation of the chemistry materials  based chemo edutainment was better than the learning outcomes of students with Chemistry materials  without the development (Sig <α and tcount> t table) is 0.00 <0.05 and 4.013> 1.694; (4) the increase of students motivation learning outcomes with the implementation of the chemistry materials based chemo edutainment was higher (77,92) than the students motivation learning outcomes with Chemistry materials  without the development (63,78). Abstract

Abstract. Research application of cooperative learning TGT (Teams Games Tournament) with microsoft office powerpoint to improve student learning outcomes on the subject of salt hydrolysis has been carried out. The population in this study were all XI –IPA students of SMA N 2 Model Binjai, amounting to 8 classes and each class consists of 40 students. The samples in this study were 2 classes are taken at purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study were achievement test in the form of multiple choice questions with the amount of as much as 30 questions that have been declared valid and reliable instrument observation and student learning activities. The hypothesis was tested with a significance level of 0.05 obtained thitung ≥ ttable, is thitung = 11,348 > 1.6671, so Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing conducted found that: (1) Student learning outcomes are taught with cooperative learning model TGT using microsoft office powerpoint media namely (81.925 + 39.425), and direct instruction model of learning to use the media microsoft office powerpoint (71.475 + 38,370), (2) students learning activities using cooperative learning model TGT (Teams Games Tournament) with microsoft office powerpoint media that is higher than 81.080 direct instruction model of learning with microsoft office powerpoint media namely 55,630 (3) TGT cooperative learning model using microsoft office powerpoint media can improve student learning outcomes, (4) the percentage increase student learning outcomes using cooperative learning model TGT with microsoft office powerpoint media that is higher by 73.00% compared to direct instruction model of learning with microsoft office powerpoint media which is equal to 53.00%, (5) cognitive domains that terkembangkan after learned with TGT cooperative learning model using microsoft office powerpoint media is knowledge (C1) which is equal to 91.00% and the direct instruction model of learning using microsoft office powerpoint media is knowledge (C1) which is equal to 72.7% Kata kunci: kooperatif tipe TGT, microsoft office powerpoint, direct instruction

Abstract

Abstract- This research is a development that aims to develop guiding chemistry lab contextually based integrated character values, knowing improving student learning outcomes in terms of cognitive and determine student learning outcomes in terms of affective and psychomotor using guiding chemistry laboratory that has been developed , The study was conducted in Cahaya Medan high school. Samples are two classes were taken by purposive sumpling using PPKBK experimental class I and class II experiment using PP available in school study instrument is a rubric validation, test and observation sheet. Research began on analytical chemistry lab at the school guidance, development, validation, revision and test laboratory guides that have been developed. The product of research is (1) based on the analysis of chemical PP book in colloidal system materials publisher grants, Pudak Scientific, Duta Nusantara and Laskar Aksara is not in accordance with BSNP, (2) based PPKBK BSNP integrated character values is more valid than the PP chemicals used in schools, 93) there is a difference in improving student learning outcomes in terms of cognitive, that learned to use the integrated PPKBK character values of 0.73, while that learned with chemicals used PP 0,63 school, (4) there are differences in student learning outcomes in terms of psychomotor aspect that learned to use PPKBK integrated character values at 91 and that learned with PP chemicals used school at 85, while in terms of affective aspects that learned to use PPKBK integrated character values of 92 and PP with chemicals schools at 81.
