Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini melatih petugas KSM Pasar Sampangan Baru mengolah sampah organik menjadi kompos atau pupuk organik. Ada dua kelompok mitra yaitu: pertama kelompok para pedagang khususnya pedagang sayur mayur, setiap hari meraka menghasilkan sampah organik dan non organik. Mereka berjumlah kurang lebih 75 pedagang. Kelompok kedua adalah pengolah sampah organik, sebanyak tiga orang. Metode pengabdian masyarakat sebagai berikut: sosialisasi dan koordinasi pihak terkait, menyediakan rumah kompos, pengadaan alat & bahan, pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos, pengolahan sampah organik secara rutin. Hasil yang diperoleh: KSM Pasar Sampangan Baru sudah mengolah sampah organik pasar menjadi pupuk kompos dan produk sudah dijual.Kata kunci: limbah sayur mayur; kompos; Pasar Sampangan Baru

Abstract

The objective of the study was to investigate the influence of industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery toward students’ work readiness in 12the Grade students of accounting program vocational schools in Kendal district both simultaneously and partially. The population of the study was accounting students in state and private vocational school in Kendal, they were 368 students. The samples were 192 students chosen by proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by documentation and questionnaires, then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Furthermore, hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery influenced simultaneously toward students’ work readiness by 56.6%, and partially, the influence of industrial work practices was 45.02% and the influence of accounting productive mastery was only 18.15%.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to identify the effect of family environment and the internet usage as learning source simultanly or partially on economics learning motivation. Population of SMA Negeri 5 Semarang students (IIS/Social Program) are 192, 66 students are samples. Data collecting method uses questionnaire. Data analyzing uses descriptive and double equal regression analyzing. Descriptive analyzing percentage: high learning motivation (62%), good family environment (61%), good internet usage as learning source (67%). The result of this research is family environment and the internet usage as learning source simultanly give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation (39,8%). Partially, family environment give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation (17,2%), the internet usage as learning source give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation (8,6%). The conclusion is family environment and the internet usage as learning usage give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation at SMA Negeri 5 Semarang simultanly and partially. As suggestion, family environment should keep the good condition, the internet usage as learning media should be more optimal, family hopefully always keep condusive, calm, comfortable and enjoyable condition, students should increase the intensity of accessing economics information through the internet.

Abstract

Product or service Wira New Business (WUB) generated the students have the advantage of science and technology. Independent entrepreneurs from universities that produce the products / services can be developed through the science and technology-based business consulting to experts, research and laboratories on campus. Readiness is integrated and holistic childbirth entrepreneurs from universities, superior, has a broader and more adaptative insight. Entrepreneurship lecture testruktur, entrepreneurial practices chance divasilitasi Entrepreneurship Student Creativity Program (PKM-K) through a grant to try to try. Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW) which provide more opportunities, where students who tried because of limited funds got very soft loan (without interest). Useful for students to practice managing capital / funding from outside to study the production, trade, repay, and so on.

Abstract

IbM activities carried out in Sampangan Pasar Baru, Jalan Raya village Bendan Menoreh Duwur, District Gajahmungkur Semarang. The purpose of these service activities, namely: 1) train KSM Pasar Baru Sampangan process organic waste into organic fertilizer ready for sale. 2) help the government tackle the waste problem by creating a model of market-based processing of organic waste. 3) educate the traders of vegetables in order to dispose of waste in place and sort out organic and non-organic. There are two groups who are partners, namely: the first group of traders, especially traders vegetables every day produces organic and non-organic waste amounts to approximately 75 merchants. The second group of organic waste processing. IbM devotion steps that have been made are as follows: socialization and coordination of relevant parties, the manufacture of home composting, procurement of equipment and materials, training composting, educating the traders to dispose of waste in place, processing of organic waste regularly. Results obtained: 1) KSM Market Sampangan New’ve processing organic waste market becomes compost and is already on sale, 2) Produced SDM many as three people from KSM Market Sampangan New that can process organic waste market into compost, 3) Traders vegetables approximately 75% were taking out the trash in place, although not entirely sorted garbage sorting.

Abstract

This study aims at finding a synergetic partnership model between vocational high schools (SMK) with stakeholders for the educational implementation of SMK in developing their graduate entrepreneurship. The study employed Research and Development as research method. The first-year results of the study are as follows: (1) a synergetic and sustainable partnership between SMK and stakeholders in developing the graduate entrepreneurship is very essential mainly in the aspects of curriculum development, implementation of learning strategies, utilization of human resources, evaluation, and distribution of graduates; (2) the existing partnership between SMK and stakeholders has not specifically developed graduate entrepreneurship, but more in the form of implementation of industrial working practices (prakerin) which includes learning activities, utilization of human resources, and evaluation of learning; (3) partnership between SMK and stakeholders is very necessary, starting from the planning and development of the curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pendidikan kewirausahaan dan aktivitas wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa ketua PKM-K tahun pendanaan 2015 yang berjumlah 67 mahasiswa dan teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 67 mahasiswa. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan aktivitas wirausaha berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang (62,3%). Pengaruh secara parsial juga didapatkan pada tiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Pada pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa (14,98%). Sedangkan aktivitas wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa (36,12%). Saran yang diberikan untuk dapat memaksimalkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa diantaranya adalah pendidikan kewirausahaan bisa dimasukkan pada kurikulum wajib dalam perkuliahan di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sehingga pengetahuan akan kewirausahaan menjadi lebih berkembang dan timbul minat untuk menjadi wirausahawan.   This study aims to determine to what extent the entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activity affect the interest in entrepreneurship of Semarang State University’s students either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study is the chairman of the PKM-K student in funding year 2015 with the total of 67 students. Sampling techniques used is saturated sampling with the total of 67 students. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool of data collection. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The collected data are then analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activity influence simultaneously to the interest in entrepreneurship of Semarang State University’s students (62.3%). Partial effect is also obtained on each independent variable to the dependent variable. On entrepreneurship education, it influences students’ interest in entrepreneurship (14.98%). While the entrepreneurial activity affects the student interest in entrepreneurship (36.12%). Based on the above results, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activity influence simultaneously and partially to the interest in entrepreneurship of Semarang State University’s students. Advice given to maximize the interest in entrepreneurship of students; entrepreneurship education could be included in the compulsory curriculum in lectures at Semarang State University. Therefore, entrepreneurship knowledge will be more developed and it will procure interest to be an entrepreneur.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  pengaruh profesionalisme guru, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode sensus. Metode yang digunakan dalam dalam pengambilan data adalah angket. Data variabel dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi Di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen dalam kategori sangat tinggi, profesionalisme guru dalam kategori sangat tinggi, disiplin kerja dalam kategori tinggi dan lingkungan kerja dalam kategori baik. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh profesionalisme guru, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen (37,8%). Profesionalisme guru berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen (19,6%). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen (15,92%) dan sedangkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen (11,90%). Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah guru harus berupaya meningkatkan kinerjanya dan guru di harapkan dapat membuat metode mengajar yang bervariasi agar dapat menarik minat peserta didik. The objective of this research is to find out the influence of teacher performance, work discipline, and work environment on teacher performance at SMAN Sragen. The population and sample in this research was 36 economic teachers at SMAN Sragen. The subjects were selected by using census method technique. The methode that was used to data retrieval was questionnaire. Variable data was analyzed by descriptive statistic percentage and multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of descriptive analysis showed that economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen was very high, teacher professionalism was very high, work discipline was high and work environment was good. The result of this research statistically showed that the influence of  teacher professionalism, work discipine, and work environment on economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen (37,8%). Teacher professionalism affected the economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen (19,6%). Work discipline affected the economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen (15,92%) and work environment affected the economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen (11,90%). The suggestions were offered that teachers should make efforts to improve their performance and are expected to create varied teaching methods in order to attract learners.

Abstract

Dokumentasi yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMA N 7 yang masuk perguruan tinggi pendidikan ekonomi pada tahun 2012 hanya 1,48%, sedangkan tahun berikutnya hanya 1,64%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi jurusan pendidikan ekonomi masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar, dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga terhadap minat siswa melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Semarang berjumlah 306 siswa, dengan rumus Slovin didapat sampel 174 siswa dan menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan regeresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh motivasi belajar (46,38%), kondisi ekonomi keluarga (3,42%), dan tidak ada pengaruh prestasi belajar terhadap minat siswa melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Semarang. Sedangkan secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh (49,2%).Documentation obtained show that high school 7 graduates entering economic education college in 2012 only 1.48%, whereas only 1.64% next year. It shows that the interest of the students continue their education to college majoring in economics education remains low. This study aims to determine whether there is influence learning motivation, academic achievement, and family economic conditions of the interest of the students continue their education to college class XI IPS in SMA throughout Ngaliyan subdistrict, Semarang either simultaneously or partially. Population class XI IPS in SMA Ngaliyan District, Semarang totaling 306 students, with 174 samples obtained Slovin formula students and using proportional random sampling. Analysis of the data used is the percentage descriptive analysis and multiple linear regeresi. Existing research results influence learning motivation (46.38%), family economic conditions (3.42%), and there was no effect on learning achievement against interest of students continue their education to college class XI IPS in SMA Ngaliyan District, Semarang. While simultaneously all independent variables influence (49,2%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi perusahaan jasa maupun pengaruh tidak langsung yang melalui minat belajar akuntansi dan menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi perusahaan jasa maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui minat belajar akuntansi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur dan sobel tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan minat belajar akuntansi terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi perusahaan jasa peserta didik. Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap minat belajar akuntansi peserta didik. Tidak terdapat pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi perusahaan jasa peserta didik. Minat belajar akuntansi berperan menjadi variabel intervening pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi perusahaan jasa peserta didik.   The aim in this research are to analyse the influence of family environment directly on learning achievement of accounting service company and indirect influence through interest in accounting learning and to analyze the influence the utilization of school library on learning achievement of accounting service company and indirect influence through interest in acounting learning. The data collecting methode is by using questionnaire and documentation. While the data analysis methode are descriptive analyze, path analyze and sobel test. The result of this research showed there is effect of family environment and interest in accouting learning on learning achievement of accounting service company. There is effect of family environment and utilization of school library toward interest in accounting learning. There is no effect of utilization of school library toward learning achievement of accounting service company. Interest in accounting learning can role as an intervening variabel effect of family environment, and utilization of school library on learning achievement of accounting service company.
