Abstract

This research aim to analyse relation among consumer attribute (gender, age, earnings and work)with product attribute (promotion, quality of and price) and to know tightest related degree.Formulation this research internal issue do there is relation among consumer attribute covering gender,age, earnings, and work to product attribute covering promotion, quality of, price, and tidiness atBookstore Gramedia Surakarta. Hypothesizing in this research is anticipated there is related amongconsumer attribute covering gender, age, work and earnings to product attribute covering promotion,quality of, tidiness and price at Bookstore Gramedia Surakarta by significant Result of research indicates that there are relation among gender with promotion, quality, price,tidiness. There are relation among age with promotion, quality, price, tidiness, promotion, quality, priceand tidiness. There are relation among work with promotion, quality, price, and tidiness. Calculation of Contiguity among C with Cmaks indicate that related degree sequence amongconsumer characteristic (gender, age, earnings and work) with product characteristic (promotion, qualityof, tidiness and price) having tightest relation is earnings storey with quality, this matter is proved fromvalue contiguity of C with smallest C maks.

Abstract

By understanding unsatisfaction and also its effect research to complaint behavior havecome to critical factor for company of penetrating strategy pursuer business market. Which salesmore tend to customer existence becoming key in getting profit. This research pursuant at empiricinvestigation designed to compare the complaint consumer behavior and intentions in a culture atethnical of Chinese ( Tionghoa) by consumer is behavior and intentions at ethnical of Java. Theresult of this research is Ethnical culture of Java, none a passive culture. attitude of relatedComplaint consumer research and conducted more than three decade ago have made clear it thatregardless of culture about market which they run the, hospital which do not plan the way ofeffective about relation by complaint consumer behavior which is laid open by voice responses willharm the sale, sooner or later. Same Hold fact for the attitude of consumer sigh expressed byprivate responses, any way, such as those which shown in researching into this, bigger challengein the first place in market with expressed by a ethnical culture of Java. Also customer in anethnical culture of Java do not voice the complaint to hospital, this matter did not mean that theydo not express themselves. If them dissatisfy, they possible have a share in private responses(leaving or negative communications ) and conducive to the third party responsesTheir residency simply possible their disinclination to express the negative emotion, like griping,to external group. But this matter is clear the than study that they do their expression throughother channel, like with the inner group.

Abstract

This Research aim to test the influence of ability work, relationwork, and satisfaction to compensation by parsial and also simultan to performance ofemployees at company furniture in region Gemolong. Population in this research all employees at company furniture in region of Gemolong Kab. Sragen, sampellimited only employees as much 44 people. Pursuant to the reason of intake sampel use the technique of Convenience Sampling. Technique of data collectinguse the questioner of while technique analyse the data use the multiple linear analysis regresion, the t test , the F test , and coefficient determination. The result analyse by multiple linear regresion obtain equation regresi that showed if ability work, relation work and satisfaction to compensation have influence at employees performance. Influence test by parsial indicate that the ability work the, relation work, and satisfaction to compensation by parsial have an effect on the significan to employees performance. This matter is proved from result the t test whereabout assess the t count > t tables. Influence test by simultan (F test) indicate that the ability work, relation work, and satisfaction to compensation by simultan have an effect on the significan to employees performance. This matter is proved from result the F test whereabout F count > F tables. Most variable itsdominant influence to employees performance is satisfaction to compensation, because value of coefficient regresion (b3 = 0,451) compared to by coefficient of regresion of ability work (b1 = 0,246) and coefficient of regresion of relation work the (b2 = 0,284).The value R2 showed that employees performance can be explained by ability work, relationwork, and satisfaction to compensation

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to examine the significance of POS role models as mediation to organizational justice relations (procedural and distribusional) directed at the individual relationship to the organization (OCBO). Respondents in this study are non-permanent faculty members in PTM accredited A (UMS, UMY, UMM, UHAMKA, and UAD). The survey results on the five PTM get 150 non-permanent lecturers willing to be respondents. The result of SEM analysis shows that procedural and distributional equity correlate positively and significantly to POS. One thing that is different in the findings of this study is the weak relationship between POS and OCBO. Procedural justice has a significant direct relationship to OCBO, but not with distributive justice. That is, POS is not a variable mediating distributive and procedural justice relationships with OCBO.Abstraksi : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji signifikansi model peran POS sebagai mediasi terhadap hubungan keadilan organisasi (prosedural dan distribusional) yang diarahkan pada hubungan individu dengan organisasi (OCBO). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota fakultas non-permanen di PTM terakreditasi A (UMS, UMY, UMM, UHAMKA, dan UAD). Hasil survei pada lima PTM mendapatkan 150 dosen non permanen yang bersedia menjadi responden. Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa prosedural dan distribusi ekuitas berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap POS. Satu hal yang berbeda dalam temuan penelitian ini adalah lemahnya hubungan antara POS dan OCBO. Keadilan prosedural memiliki hubungan langsung yang signifikan dengan OCBO, tetapi tidak dengan keadilan distributif. Artinya, POS bukanlah variabel mediasi hubungan keadilan distributif dan prosedural dengan OCBO

Abstract

A company aimed and tried to maximize shareholder prosperity. Shareholder prosperity was reflected by company value. This study aimed to review the effect of firm size, Dividend Payout Ratio, Return on Equity, and Price Earning Ratio on firm value among ILQ45 companies registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populations of this study were firms registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange of the year 2010 – 2014. The research used purposive sampling method based on determined criteria. There were 22 firms with totally 110 data. After the outliers process, there were 18 with totally 90 data samples. Based on these data, this study carried a classic assumption analysis using multiple regression data with SPSS16. The regression test resulted: (1) Firm size positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (2) Dividend Payout Ratio positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (3) Return on Equity positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (4) Price Earning Ratio positively influenced and not significant to corporate value.

Abstract

This research discusses about capital human needs in Central Java Province. The data used involving population number, poor people nutritious index, regional minimum wage, manpower age, income and education with the time range 1995-2001. To analyze capital human needs it. Used Amartye K. Sen formulation model, and to see human resource quality it was used structural similarity approach. The research shows that central Java Province still has serious weakness in capital human needs. This case is shows with capital need and human capital need who has worked whereas; human resource quality is badly influenced by education they have got.

Abstract

Determinants are a function of the set of square matrices to the set of real numbers. The determinant of the matrix A denote | A | or det (A). In this discussion method used to solve the determinant of a matrix is the Chio Condensation method. The Chio Condensation Method is one method that can be used to evaluating the determinant of the order matrix n ݊× n, ݊n ≥ 3 determinant in terms of (݊ n − 1) × (݊n − 1) with ܽa11 ≠ 0. Calculating the determinant of the matrix ݊ n ݊× n, ݊n ≥ 3  with Chio Condensation method will be easier if it is assisted excel and Matlab.
