Abstract

Technological evolution from conventional to digital in diagnostic imaging bring a change in the implementation of Quality Control (QC) of radiology. As a part of the Quality Assurance (QA), QC Radiology is implemented to determine the eligibility condition of the radiography equipment used for the radiological examinations. A Direct Digital Radiography (DDR) unit has been installed in Radiography Laboratory (Lab 3), School of Radiodiagnostic and Radiotherapy, the Health Polytechnic of Semarang since February 2013. However, routine performance tests of the equipment have never been performed. This study aimed to obtain baseline data by assessing the equipment parameters of the X-ray and the digital-DDR systems (illumination collimator; collimator accuracy; beam alignment; tube leakage; kVp accuracy; timer accuracy; mA linearity; reproducibility; HVL, and dark image; nonuniformity; noise; bad pixels; lag respectively). Accuracy and reproducibility of the DDR unit were measured following the procedure of Perka Bapeten No. 9-2011 (for X-ray System) and IEC 62220-1: 2003 (for digital system. Data were analyzed descriptively by QC-DR software. Results showed that X-rays system and digital system had overall good performance. Signal non-uniformity was found in the value of Local Signal to Noise Ratio (LSNRNU) and Global Signal to Noise Ratio (GSNRNU. Non-uniformity caused by the characteristics of the detector and the lack of correction in system performance. Signal correction software needed to be developed to reach signal uniformities. Spatial resolution and low contrast detectability testing also needed to be performed to ensure the ability of the DDR unit to produce image resolution and contrast picture of the object.

Abstract

This type of research was an experiment, performe dat using 0.35 Tesla MRI Unit. Data obtained by performing an MRI examination of the 3 (three) patients with 9 (nine) parameter variations. Assessment is done by measuring the SNR image using software on the MRI Unit and assessment of the intensity of the arteries by making the questionnaire to 3 (three) observers to assess the degree of clarity of the anterior cerebral artery, middlecerebralartery, posterior cerebral artery, basilar artery, and vertebral artery. Then conducted an analysis of data obtained. The study states that the examinationis performed with the parameters TR 38 ms, TE 9.6 ms, and FA 30 ° has the highest SNR valuesand intensity values clarity more apparent than variations of arterie so ther parameters including routine parameters.

Abstract

Filter Streng is one of software (build in) digital image processing in DDR, that’s have function to strecting of contras and to shaprp of result image with enhancment DDR image quality. In DDR avalaible 4 filter strength, aplicated for DDR image and for human anatomical likes bone, thotax and pelvis. This research is done by observational qualitative metode.Processing and analizing data is done from radiograph non filter and filtering. Resulting from respondent is done analizing and the hightest score is the best of image processing from contras strecting and image shapening. Every result grade in digital image processing by use software filter strengt fasility in X-rays DDR Medex to get image enhancment with watching contras deferent is more hight and more sharp, morethan to get noise is more hight. Image processing with using streng filter software in grade 3 is get result the best.

Abstract

Abstract Sunarti, Effect of Leadership, Competence and Training on Employee Performance Parts General Regional Secretariat Soppeng. This research aims: 1) To determine and analyze the effect on employee performance leadership of General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng; 2) To know and analyze the effect on employee performance competence of the General Section Regional Secretariat Soppeng; 3) To know and analyze the impact of training on employee performance General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng; 4) To know and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and training simultaneously on employee performance General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng. The research was conducted at the General Secretariat of the Regional Section Soppeng. The population in this study were all employees at the General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng as many as 37 employees. Given the relatively small number of the population, so the sample is determined by using census method. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Section Regional Secretariat Soppeng. 2) Competence positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Section Regional Secretariat Soppeng. 3) Training and significant positive effect on employee performance General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng. 4) Leadership, competence and training simultaneously significant effect on employee performance General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng sebanyak 37 orang pegawai. Mengingat jumlah populasi relative kecil, sehingga sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Abstract

Background: Settings for Window Width and Window Levels used in CT Scan Thorax tumor cases vary. On Seimens 128 Slice plane there are standard settings for lung window thorax is with Window Width 2200 HU and Window Level -200 HU while according to window width theory is 1000- 2000 HU value range and window level -200--800 HU. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of variation setting Window Width and Window Level on Lung Window and Window Width and Window Level optimum in producing anatomical information CT scan thoraks in case of lung tumor.Method: The type of research conducted in the writing of this final task is quantitative research using experimental approach. Data were collected on 5 patients suspected of lung tumor, then variation of setting window width and window level. The result of variation of window width and window level setting was then evaluated by 2 observers to obtain anatomical information of CT Scan Thorax in lung tumor case then analyzed by using Friedman Test different from spss version 16.0.Result: The result of the research resulted the difference of Window Width and Window Level was assessed from p value <α (0.05). the value of significance p value 0.001 which means there is a difference. Highest mean mean value with value 8.25 in window width 1800 HU and window level -200 HU. The use of the most optimal setting variation is the Window Width 1800 HU and Window Level -200 HU because it can provide anatomical image information of CT Scan Thoraks optimal lung tumor cases where the anatomy of the pulmonary, broncus, trachea, aortic mass, pulmonary and chest lung par clearly visible and bordered on axial pieces.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar geografi siswa, aktifitas mengajar guru geografi, dan peningkatan hasil belajar geografi siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah di kelas XI IPS2 SMA Negeri 5 Bau-bau pada materi pokok Biosfer serta Persebaran Flora dan Fauna.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS2 SMA Negeri 5 Bau-bau semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 23 orang. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Gambaran aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada setiap siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 2,5. Siklus II skor rata-rata 3,2; 2) Gambaran aktivitas mengajar guru dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 2,8 dan pada siklus II diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,6. 3) Hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS2 SMA Negeri 5 Bau-bau yang diajar menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada materi biosfer serta persebaran flora dan fauna diperoleh nilai pada siklus I yaitu nilai terendah 43, nilai tertinggi 96, nilai rata-rata 71 dan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 61%.Siklus II diperoleh nilai terendah 52, nilai tertinggi 96 nilai rata-rata adalah 78 dan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 83%.
