Abstract

The hypothesis of this study were (1) there is a positive influence on learning achievement automotive interest in entrepreneurship, (2) there is a positive influence on the industry work practices accomplishment interest in entrepreneurship, (3) there is a positive effect of learning achievement and achievement automotive industry work practices together to class XII student interest in entrepreneurship minor engineering vehicles SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014. This research is a kind of ex - post facto research . The population in this study is a class XII student of SMK Piri 1Yogyakarta TKR which is 129 students, with a sample of 98 students. Data capture techniques using methods of documentation, test and questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire instrument carried by grain analysis using Product Moment Correlation formula and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha. Anlisis Analysis using partial correlation and multiple regression, which previously conducted test requirements analysis includes tests of normality, linearity and intercorrelations. The results showed that (1) learning achievement and achievement automotive industry work practices together positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. (2) The learning achievement of automotive positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. (3) Achievement industry work practices and a significant positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. This shows that learning achievement automotive (X1) and the achievement of industrial work practices (X2) has the effect of interest in entrepreneurship (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pengetahuan kejuruan terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, (2) pengaruh status ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, dan (3) pengaruh pengetahuan kejuruan dan status ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Prembun Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kejuruan terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Prembun Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014; (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan status ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Prembun Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014; dan (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kejuruan dan status ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Prembun Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Pengetahuan kejuruan dan status ekonomi orang tua yang tinggi dapat mengembangkan pengetahuan, bakat, minat siswa untuk meningkatkan pengetahuannya dan kreativitas dalam belajar, sehingga dapat menentukan minat siswa untuk memilih Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang diinginkannya.

Abstract

This developmental research aimed to (1) produce an attitude competency assessment model that is standardized based on the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, (2) Determine the attitude competency assessment indicators in elementary and secondary schools, and (3) Determine the tendency of attitude competency of students in elementary and secondary schools. This research was a type of developmental research. The research was carried out in three provinces in Indonesia, namely DIY (Special Region of Yogyakarta), Central Java, and South Sulawesi. This research conducted in three stages: pre-development, instrument development, and instrument testing. The subject of this study was 497 students in elementary and secondary schools. Content validity was analyzed using the Aiken Index, and construct validity was analyzed using exploratory factor analysis. The findings are (1) the compilation of affective attitude competency assessment models that are standardized based on the teaching of Ki Hadjar Dewantara to realize noble character students. This research has succeeded in establishing attitude competency assessment indicators in elementary and secondary schools, including 6 indicators. (3) The tendency of Ngandel (trust) attitude to students in the subject trial included in the High category, Kendel (brave) Aspect included in the High category, Bandel (naughty) aspects included in the medium category, and Kandel aspect included in the High category.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian pengembangan ini adalah (1) menghasilkan instrumen sikap ngandel yang baku, (2) mengetahui indikator sikap ngandel, (3)  mengetahui kecenderungan sikap ngandel siswa, pada mata pelajaran fisika.Tahap-tahappengembangan: 1) Validasi expert judgement, 2) Revisi ke 1, 3) Uji keterbacaan, 4) Revisi ke 2, 5) Uji Validitas Isi, 6) Revisi ke 3, 7) instrumen final,8) Implementasi instrument.  Subjek penelitian sebanyak 155 siswa SMP Negeri 3 Prambanan.Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Tersusun instrument  untuk sikap “Ngandel”, yang valid dan reliabel. (2) Instrumen final memiliki 6 indikator yang terdiri atas  24 butir (3) Kecenderungan sikap ngandel  pada pelajaran fisika  siswa SMP Negeri 3 Prambanan dalam kategori sangat tinggi (ST).

Abstract

The study was aimed at (1) identifying indicators for bandel attitudes in the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, and (2) finding out the results of the implementation of the developed bandel attitude assessment instrument. The study was developmental research in the affective domain using Mardapi’s ten developmental steps. Subjects were selected by cluster random sampling of 392 junior secondary school students, 57 for the limited-scale try-out and 335 for the wider-scale try-out. The data analysis techniques included those for Aiken content validity, concurrent validity, and Cronbach Alpha reliability. Data for the instrument implementation were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Findings show that (1) there are six indicators for the bandel instrument to be developed in a self-assessment questionnaire format of 24 items consisting of 12 common statements and 12 factual statements; all items are valid and reliable; (2) Students’ score in the implementation of the bandel assessment instrument is categorized into the very high level.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to describe the management of professional development of teacher’s in implementing the curriculum 2013, by expressing (1) the strategy undertaken in the framework in implementing the curriculum, (2) management the implementation of professional development of teachers implementing the curriculum 2013, (3) inhibiting factors in the implementation of professional development of teacher‘s in the implementation of curriculum 2013 in the state senior  high school 1 of Wonosari. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data collection was done by interviews, documentation and observation. The process of data analysis began by examining all of the data available from various sources, from interviews, observations that have been written in the field notes, personal documents and official documents. The results showed that: (1) strategies implemented in the framework in implementing the curriculum 2013 carried through the stages of planning, organizing, implementation,  monitoring, and evaluation that goes with good and satisfactory (2) Implementation of teacher professional development program realized in the form of activities that include: training, implementation and preparation of classroom action research (CAR), implementing lesson study and implementation of workshop curriculum 2013 The factors that hinder the implementation of teacher professional development programs in implementing the curriculum 2013, among others: (a) Internal factors including: the ability and commitment of teachers in the completion of the task, (b) external factors, including: training events which are materially less ready (c) the workload of 24 hours (d) the difficulty of determining the exact time of program development. Steps taken by the principal in overcoming these obstacles include: (a) holding the selection of participants training Dikpora organized by Province and Ministry of National Education (b) Optimizing dissemination after activities of workshops outside of school, (c) conducting the program at the time of semester holidays or after the learning process is completed, and (d) to cooperating with relevant competent agencies DIY Province namely LPMP  (e) intensifying the activities of MGMP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: a) Menemukan bakat penelitian siswa, b) mengetahui persiapan Desain Pengembangan Kinerja Ekstrakurikuler di Divisi Penelitian siswa SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta, c) mengetahui pelaksanaan Desain Pengembangan Kinerja Ekstrakurikuler di Divisi Penelitian siswa SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta, d) belajar tentang manfaat dan dampak prestasi program bagi siswa dan sekolah.  Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  kualitatif  yang  menggunakan  studi  kasus  sebagai pendekatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Responden penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta, wakil kepala bidang kemahasiswaan, guru penasehat penelitian, siswa berprestasi, dan orang tua siswa. Data penelitian divalidasi dengan metode observasi teliti dan data triangulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan a) reduksi data, b) penyajian data, c) penarikan kesimpulan sebagai alat untuk menganalisa data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) bakat penelitian siswa ditunjukkan oleh jumlah siswa yang mengikuti Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, b) pencapaian Desain Pengembangan Kinerja Ekstrakurikuler di Divisi Penelitian Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (Studi Kasus di SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta) dibuktikan dengan pencapaian medali dan sertifikat, c) SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta menerapkan empat langkah dalam pelaksanaannya. Desain Pengembangan Kinerja Ekstrakurikuler di Divisi Penelitian Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Pertama, program ekstrakurikuler merekrut anggota baru setiap tahunnya. Tim ekstrakurikuler menggunakan formulir pendaftaran untuk melakukan rekrutmen. Pelatihan KIRPAD (Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja Padmanaba) diadakan setiap hari Rabu dan semakin intensif saat hari kompetisi semakin dekat. Proposal OPSI (Olimpiade Penelitian Siswa Indonesia) yang diajukan oleh siswa dievaluasi dan dinilai. Pelatihan terdiri dari pelatihan reguler di sekolah dan pelatihan intensif untuk kompetisi mulai dari regional hingga internasional, d) manfaatnya adalah 1) siswa dapat memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang lebih kontekstual sehingga pengalaman belajar menjadi lebih luar biasa, 2) siswa belajar untuk mengetahui fakta, konsep, dan prosedur mereka sendiri. Efek akibat hambatan  tersebut  adalah  1)  kesulitan  siswa  untuk  mengatur  waktu  belajar  sambil  melakukan penelitian dan 2) fasilitas laboratorium sekolah yang tidak memadai.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui instrumen pengukuran pembelajaran siswa untuk dilakukan oleh guru. (2) mengetahui semua indikator dalam mengukur pembelajaran siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. (3) mengetahui tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen pengukuran pembelajaran siswa kedisplinan. (4) mengetahui kecenderungan kedisplinan pembelajaran siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Reseach and Development). Setelah instrumen disusun dilanjutkan dengan instrumen pengembangan  dalam  beberapa  tahap.  Tahap  pertama  adalah  model  awal,  dilakukan  dengan  uji validitas konstruk secara teoritis dengan pertimbangan ahli dan validitas empiris dengan faktor nalisis, maka diikuti dengan uji reliabilitas, dan pengukuran terakhir kedisplinan belajar siswa dengan akhir istrumen. Penelitian ini adalah (1) memperoleh hasil pengukuran instrumen produk akhir belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. (2) Hasil penelitian ini menghasilan indikator sebagai berikut: keataan peraturan di sekolah, pengamatan kegiatan belajar di sekolah, ketaatan belajar di rumah. (3) instrumen pengukuran kedisplinan untuk belajar bagi siswa telah memenuhi persyaratan validitas, validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas, dan menghasilkan 44 butir survei. Dan memiliki nilai kaiser-meyer-olkin (KMO) sebesar 0,862 (0,862> 0,6) dengan probabilitas Uji Bartlents sig 0.000 (0,000 <0,05), dengan reliabilitas 0,834 (0,834> 0,6). (4) hasil pengukuran kedisplinan untuk belajar bagi siswa dengan jumlah titik sekitar 44. Nilai yang diperoleh untuk pembelajaran siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta 135,12, berada pada selang 121-143, dan dinyatakan dalam kategori tinggi. AbstractThe purpose of this research is (1) to know the instrument of measurement of student learning to be done by teacher. (2) to know all the indicators in measuring student learning in SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. (3) to know the level of validity and reliability of student discipline measurement learning instrument. (4) to know the trend of student learning discipline in SMP Negeri 2  Kalasan  Sleman  Yogyakarta.  This  research  is  a  research  and  development  (Reseach  and Development). Once the instrument is set up it is continued with the development instrument in several stages. The first stage is the initial model, done with theoretical construct validity test with expert consideration and empirical validity with nalian factor, then followed by reliability test, and final measurement of student learning discipline with end of instrument. This research is (1) obtaining result of instrument measurement of final product of student learning in SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. (2) The result of this research produces the following indicators: regulation in school, observation of learning activities at school, observance of study at home. (3) disciplinary measurement instruments for learning for students have met the requirements of validity, construct validity and reliability, and resulted in 44 survey items. And have a kaiser-meyer-olkin (KMO) value of 0.862 (0.862> 0.6) with a probability of Bartlents sig 0.000 test (0,000 <0.05), with a reliability of 0.834 (0.834> 0.6). (4) the result of measurement of discipline to study for students with a number of points about 44. The value obtained for student learning in SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta 135.12, is in lap 121-143, and stated in high category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe about on the management of infrastructure facilities in the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 from planning, procurement, distribution, use, and maintenance, inventory and pengahpusan, and completeness of the existing infrastructure as well as the constraints that may affect the management of infrastructures in order curriculum implementation in 2013. This study includes a qualitative descriptive study. The research location is housed in SMA 5 Mataram. Data collection was done by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by giving meaning to the data collected, and from these data in Narrate and conclusions drawn. The results of this study illustrate the management process management infrastructure, as well as the completeness and constraints that affect the infrastructure. The results of these studies that the management of the infrastructure in SMAN 5 Mataram is in conformity with the technical management, including planning, procurement, distribution, use, and maintenance, inventory, and pengahpusan. 1) the work done to improve the management of infrastructure in 2013, namely the implementation of the curriculum, increasing teacher training diligently and frequently follow and training, students are more disciplined, supportive classroom situation. 2) infrastructure in SMA 5 Mataram influential in the learning curriculum implementation in 2013 are classrooms, administration, library room, counseling, and prayer room. 3) infrastructure constraints are often delays in the distribution of textbooks still be overcome.
