Abstract

Kepemimpinan Biksu Dalam Peningkatan Mutu PendidikanAbstract: The main objective of this research is to know about Monk’s leadership in educational quality improvement in a college. There are (1) educational system that led by Monk; (2) Monk’s leadership in educational quality improvement; (3) Monk’s strategy in educational quality development. Research results about educational system that led by Monk there are (1) aspect of vision and mission; (2) aspect of real educational system. In Monk’s leadership in educational quality improvement there are (1) Monk as ecclesiastic; (2) Monk as lecturer. As well as in Monk’s strategy in educational quality development there are (1) strategy in academic sector; (2) strategy in non academic sector; (3) strategy in finance and (4) strategy in work field.Key Words: Monk’s leadership, Educational quality Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan mengetahui kepemimpinan Biksu dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. (1) sistem pendidikan yang Biksu pimpinan; (2) kepemimpinan biksu dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan; (3) strategi biksu dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan rancangan studi kasus. Peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci dalam pengumpulan data dari informan utama agar menghasilkan data akurat. Kehadiran peneliti adalah sebagai pengamat sejak awal hingga akhir. Penelitian menemukan sistem pendidikan yang dipimpin biksu meliputi aspek: (1) visi dan misi; dan (2) hakekat sistem pendidikan. Kepemimpinan biksu dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan adalah (1) biksu sebagai rohaniwan; dan (2) biksu sebagai pendidik. Strategi biksu dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan dengan: (1) strategi di bidang akademik; (2) strategi di bidang non akademik; (3) strategi pendanaan; dan (4) strategi lapangan pekerjaan.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan biksu, Mutu pendidikan

Abstract

The movement on building excellent schools has developed recently. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary Schools, MI), which used to be managed traditionally, has also been developed to that direction. The criteria of excellent education are based on the academic quality and the goals of MI. The excellent MI is indicated by the effectiveness of managing the invisible conceptual principles such as values, philosophy, and ideology. Such an effectiveness can trigger the support of the internal and external community of MI. This becomes the key of the success in managing the visible symbols and expressions like conceptual, material, and behavior manifestation. In addition, excellent MI is also indicated by its vision about the future through the strategic planning refering to self-management.

Abstract

Abstract: In terms of curriculum change, education in Indonesia to date has undergone several changes in the curriculum. History notes that every change of curriculum, a lot of problems that arise in the world of education. One aspect in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 is the development of learning tools that refers to the Curriculum 2013 policy. The purpose of this assistance is the teacher is able to develop and develop learning tools based on Curriculum 2013. The target audience of making learning tools based on Curriculum 2013 is the teachers of Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta / MIS) Lowokwaru Malang. This activity was held in one classroom of MI Al Fattah, with a total audience of 20 target teachers. The method used is varied lectures and exercises. Discourse vary to convey concepts that are important to be understood and mastered by the trainees. Exercises are used to assign tasks to mentoring participants to practice the making of learning tools (focus on lesson plans) based on Curriculum 2013. The results of this activity include several components, namely: (1) the success of the target attendance attendance number of 20 teachers from four MIS Lowokwaru Malang; (2) the achievement of material targets given to the mentoring participants; and (3) the outcome achievement of this mentoring activity is the lesson plan (RPP) made by the teacher.Keywords: mentoring, learning tools, Curriculum 2013Abstrak: Ditinjau dari segi perubahan kurikulum, pendidikan di Indonesia hingga saat ini telah mengalami beberapa kali perombakan pada kurikulum. Sejarah mencatat bahwa setiap pergantian kurikulum, banyak sekali masalah yang timbul dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah aspek dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 adalah pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yang mengacu pada kebijakan Kurikulum 2013. Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah guru mampu menyusun dan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum 2013 ini adalah para guru MIS Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di salah satu ruang kelas MI Al Fattah, dengan jurnlah khalayak sasaran adalah 20 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah bervariasi dan latihan. Ceramah bervariasi untuk menyampaikan konsep-konsep yang penting untuk dimengerti dan dikuasai oleh peserta pelatihan. Latihan digunakan untuk memberikan tugas kepada peserta pendampingan untuk mempraktikkan pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran (fokus pada rencana pembelajaran) berbasis Kurikulum 2013. Hasil kegiatan ini mencakup beberapa komponen yaitu: (1) keberhasilan target jumlah peserta pendarnpingan yang hadir yakni 20 orang guru dari empat MIS Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang; (2) ketercapaian target materi yang diberikan kepada peserta pendampingan; dan (3) ketercapaian luaran kegiatan pendampingan ini yakni RPP yang dibuat oleh guru.Kata kunci: pendampingan, perangkat pembelajaran, Kurikulum 2013

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (1) describe the leadership style of the principal in improving teacher performance; (2) describe the role of the school principal; (3) describe the factor endowments and a barrier in improving the performance of teachers; and (4) describe the effort completed the obstacle in improving the performance of the teacher in PAUD Islam Sabilillah and SDN 1 Tanjungsari District of Sidoarjo. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach with multi- case study design. The data in this research was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and study the documentation. Data analysis is divided into two stages, namely the individual data analysis and data analysis of cross cases.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru; (2) mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah; (3) mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru; dan (4) mendeskripsikan usaha menyelesaikan hambatan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di PAUD Islam Sabilillah dan SDN Tanjungsari 1 Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multi kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dibagi dalam dua tahap, yakni analisis data individu dan analisis data lintas kasus.

Abstract

Abstract-Principal leadership in building the school and family ties in the education of children in schools through a parenting program is important and Necessary to support and encourage the growth and development of children. Parenting programs in early childhood meant that childrens education is not only the responsibility of the school but rather a shared responsibility. The purpose of this study is: know the principals leadership in implementing parenting programs; forms of parenting programs implemented in early childhood education institutions. This study was designed with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documents. The results Showed that the principals leadership played a psycho-religious educators. In managerial principals plan, implement, establish relationships, and conduct monitoring and evaluation of the parenting program. In the application of parenting found 5 program include: the group of parent meetings; the involvement of parents in the group; Parental involvement in the event together; the consultation of parents; and home visits.Keywords-early childhood education, parenting programs, principal leadership.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was designed to describe: (1) the leadership style by the principal of madrasah; (2) responses of the madrasah community about the leadership by the principal of madrasah; (3) characteristics of Islamic prophetic leadership by the principal of  madrasah; and (4) supporting factors and obstacles to Islamic prophetic leadership by the principal of  madrasah. This study uses qualitative research by making a case study at MI Muhammadiyah 03 Jogoroto, Jombang Regency. Data collection used in this study using interview techniques, collection, and documentation. In data analysis, the techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study are: (1) Islamic prophetic leadership style by the principal of  madrasah; (2) madrasah responded positively to the leadership of the madrasah principal; (3) the characteristics of Islamic prophetic leadership by the principal of  madrasah practicing the nature of the leadership of the Apostle (sidiq, amanah, tabligh, and fatonah); And (4) the conducive atmosphere of the madrasa, a sense of togetherness, and high commitment are supporting factors for Islamic prophetic leadership by the madrasah principal, while the inhibiting factors are human limitations and imperfections. Keywords: headmaster, leadership, prophetic leadership Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai: (1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; (2) tanggapan warga madrasah mengenai kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; (3) karakteristik kepemimpinan profetik Islam oleh kepala madrasah; dan (4) faktor prndukung dan penghambat kepemimpinan profetik Islam oleh kepala madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus di MI Muhammadiyah 03 Jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pada analisis data, teknik yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) gaya kepemimpinan profetik Islam oleh kepala madrasah; (2) warga madrasah menanggapi dengan positif mengenai kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; (3) karakteristik kepemimpinan profetik Islam oleh kepala madrasah mengamalkan sifat dasar kepemimpinan Rasul (sidiq, amanah, tabligh, dan fatonah); dan (4) lungkungan madrasah yang kondusif, rasa kebersamaan, dan tingginya komitmen menjadi faktor pendukung kepemimpinan profetik Islam oleh kepala madrasah, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan dan ketidaksempurnaan manusia.Kata kunci: kepala madrasah, kepemimpinan, kepemimpinan profetik.

Abstract: Focus in this research is planning, implementation, and evaluation of learningislamic boarding school Darur Roja’. This study used qualitative methode; by case studya site design; Researchers as an instrument of this study; Data sources of this study are thevice principal of caregiver islamic boarding school, the foundation’s president, management,teacher and student; data were collected through indepth interview, observation, anddocumentation. Islamic boarding school Darur Roja’ learning plan in principle include thesyllabus and learning implementation plan but not yet documented. implementation of thelearning process is done every Saturday until Thursday. Teacher make methods of deliveryof material wear Sorogan and wetonan and the end discussion. Evaluation of learning usingformative evaluation is in the form of assessment test eonducted after the completion ofsubject studied students and summative.Keyword: learning management, islamic boarding school.Abstrak: Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasipembelajaran Pondok Pesantren Darur Roja’. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studikasus tunggal; peneliti sebagai instrumen; sumber data meliputi pengasuh pondok pesantren,ketua yayasan, pengurus, ustadz dan santri pondok pesantren; teknik pengumpulan datadengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Perencanaan pembelajaran PondokPesantren Darur Roja’ secara prinsip dilengkapi silabus dan Rancangan PelaksanaanPembelajaran (RPP) tetapi belum didokumentasikan, Pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajardilaksanakan setiap hari Sabtu-Kamis, ustadz menyampaikan materi pelajaran denganmenggunakan metode penyampaian materi sorogan dan wetonan, dan diakhiri dengan tanyajawab. Evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan evaluasi formatif yaitu penilaian berupa tesyang dilakukan setelah satu pokok bahasan selesai dipelajari santri dan evaluasi sumatif.Kata kunci: manajemen pembelajaran, pondok pesantren.

Abstract

Abstrack: The purpose of this research to describe the management of character education strengthening at elementary school. This research used qualitative approach with a case study design. It was conducted at Elementary School Bunulrejo 2 Malang. Data were collected employing observation, interviews, and documentation. This was carried out through three steps: data condensation, presentation, and conclusions. This research shows: (1) the character education strengthening was planned imvolving six stages namely observation, coordination meeting, arranging work program, program implementation, supervision, and evaluation, (2) the principal was assisted by school development team and coordinator, 3) the programs were implemented through four steps: program integration, culture development, exemplary, and cooperation with parents, (4) direct program supervisions, (5) program evaluation including planning, supervising, data processing, and refinement meeting.Keywords: management, strengthening, character education, Elementary SchoolAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan manajemen program penguatan pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Bunulrejo 2 Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data menggunakan tiga langkah yaitu: kondensasi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) perencanaan program penguatan pendidikan karakter memiliki beberapa tahapan, yaitu observasi, rapat koordinasi, menyusun program kerja, pelaksanaan program, pengawasan, serta evaluasi, (2) kepala sekolah dibantu oleh tim pengembang sekolah dan koordinator sekolah, (3) pelaksanaan program melalui empat tahap kegiatan, yaitu pengintegrasian, pembudayaan, keteladanan, dan kerjasama dengan orang tua, (4) proses pengawasan program bersifat langsung, (5) evaluasi program melalui empat tahapan yaitu menyusun rencana evaluasi, mengawasi, mengolah data, dan rapat perbaikan. Kata Kunci: manajemen, penguatan, pendidikan karakter, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

ABSTRACT: in this research describes the steps of cooperation, collaboration, what have been the advantages of both sides between 3 Malang with the business world and the world of industry (DUDI). This study uses qualitative methods. Qualitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomena of behavior, action, a thorough State of a subject. While this type of research is research case studies. Reasons to use a case study is a research method is focusing on a unique case of an intensive and detailed. The uniqueness of the obtained in this case is, the existence of the provision of learner achievements at the push by the agency outside the school where it is where practice learners. The results of this study, namely, the establishment of a Committee for cooperation, the kind of effort that will be selected schools, pre OJT activity, making the agreement a Memorandum of understanding, provide the best quality of learners, promotes work and responsibility, provide benefits to the industry, carry out the evaluation, the students keep a journal, compiling reports.Keywords: school, cooperation, learning achievementsABSTRAK : Pada penelitian ini menjelaskan langkah-langkah kerjasama, bentuk kerjasama, apa yang menjadi keuntungan kedua pihak antara SMKN 3 Malang dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang perilaku, tindakan, keadaan menyeluruh pada sebuah subjek penelitian. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus. Alasan menggunakan studi kasus adalah metode penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada suatu kasus yang unik secara intensif dan rinci. Keunikan yang didapatkan pada kasus ini adalah, bekal adanya prestasi yang diraih peserta didik di dorong oleh lembaga luar sekolah dimana itu merupakan tempat praktik peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, pembentukan panitia kerjasama, jenis usaha yang akan dipilih sekolah, kegiatan pra OJT, membuat perjanjian Memorandum of understanding, memberikan kualitas terbaik peserta didik, mempromosikan kerja dan tanggung jawab, memberikan keuntungan kepada industri, melaksanakan evaluasi, peserta didik membuat jurnal, menyusun laporanKata kunci  : sekolah, kerjasama, prestasi belajar

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of this research to describe: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) role of school citizen, and (4) inhibiting and supporting factors in Character Education Improvement program through habituation activities in improving school quality. This research uses qualitative approach, with case study research design at SMPN 1 Wlingi Blitar. Data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. The analysis techniques are reduction, display and conclusion. The results of this study (1) planning starts from SKL to socialization, (2) implementation through habituation activities implemented in 2 bases, class and school, (3) the role of school citizens such as supervisors, builders and implementers of PPK activities.
