Abstract

The effort to develop globally competitive Micro Business needs an Information Technology to fulfill the needs of the said business. This is to ease the administration system of the Micro Business, fast in service, easy to develop product and easy to gain trust from financial institutions. Information Technology implementation in a micro financial institution is important to develop itself. Information technology of a Micro Financial Institution will enable to professionalize a company and is committed to give the best Information Technology products and services for Micro Financial Institution, not only in Indonesia but also in the world. Thus, competitive advantage such as experience, competence (specialization), after-sales, and product quality from micro financial institution is attained.

Abstract

The companys value to include values play, aspirational, Accidental Core values and the culture of the companys core values that drive the actions of employees. Corporate culture is integrity, how to align shared common values and employee behavior. In force in the workplace, corporate culture must be collaborative, culturally and creatively. Corporate culture must be tranformation employees lives and empower employees to change the lives of others. The integrity building, the company can compete in the labor market talent, increase productivity and meeting with customers, and manage differences. Market value to employees is as important as the mission to the consumer market. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja reksadana saham syariah dan konvensional. Metode yang digunakan yaitu indeks Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen, appraisal ratio, M2 measure, dan T2 measure selama periode Januari 2012 sampai dengan Desember 2015. Sample untuk Rekasadana konvensional sebanyak 25 emiten dan reksadana syariah sebanyak 7 sampel. Hasil penelitian kinerja reksadan saham syariah secara rata-rata lebih baik dibandingkan dengan konvensional,  hanya saja berdasarkan pengujian dua sampel perbandingan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang berarti antara kinerja reksadana saham  konvensional dan syariah.

Abstract

The study was conducted on the Transjakarta busway. The purpose of the study was to analyze and determine the effect of perceived service quality variables and customer value variables on repurchase variables. The results of the study partially there is a significant positive effect on the perceived service quality on the variable repurchase. Partially there is a positive no significant effect on the Customer Value variable on the Repurchase variable. Simultaneously there is an effect of perceived service quality variables and Customer Value variables on Repurchase variables because in the F-count analysis> F-table. Based on the gender of female passengers on Busway trends. Marital status tends to be single. Age is predominantly between the ages of 20 and 30 years. Education level of most high schools. The most dominant jobs are private employees and the average passenger uses Transjakarta to work. The study uses descriptive associative method aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap busway Transjakarta. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Layanan yang dirasakan dan variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang. Hasil penelitian secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif variabel Kualitas Layanan yang dirasakan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan positif  variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh variabel Kualitas Layanan yang dirasakan dan variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap variabel Pembelian Ulang karena dalam analisis F-hitung > F-tabel. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin kecenderungan penumpang adalah perempuan. Status perkawinan kecenderungan berstatus single. Usia didominasi berusia antara 20 sampai dengan 30 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar SMU. Pekerjaan paling dominan karyawan swasta dan rata-rata penumpang menggunakan Transjakarta untuk bekerja. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif  bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at Port Corporation. It is important to make decisions for managers in managing the company, especially human resources. The population of this research is all employees of the human resources division. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, where data is collected using a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The results showed that all variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study confirm that port companies must pay attention to compensation, work environment and work discipline if it expect superior performance of its employees.

Indonesia has not optimally utilize and develop science and technology research. The importance of building science and technology, especially knowledge base society. The mastery of science and technology is a new base for the welfare of a nation. Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di Kampung Wisata Bisnis Tegal Waru Bogor pada Ibu Rumah Tangga yang Bekerja atau Membuka Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Dukungan sosial dan Work-Family Conflict terhadap Subjective Wel-Being. Sampel sebanyak 73 responden dangan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan SPSS V 23 Hasil penelitan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif Dukungan Sosial terhadap Subjective Well Being. Hasil uji t yang diperoleh t-hitung > t-tabel (6.068 > 1.994). Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan negatif Work-Family Conflict terhadap Subjective Well-Being Wel-Being. Nilai t-hiung < t-tabel  (-5.407) < ­-1.994). Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh Dukungan sosial dan Work-family conflict terhadap Subjective Wel-Being, F-hitung > F-tabel. Nilai F-hitung 26.304 sedangkan nilai F-tabel sebesar 2.736. Secara bersama-sama Dukungan Sosial dan Work-family conflict berpengaruh dan signifikan positif terhadap Subjective Wel-Being.

Abstract

Obesity is a health problem throughout the world. Obesity as a component of the metabolic syndrome, is very complex and multifactorial. Obesity is generally caused by energy input exceeding the body's use of energy for the sake of basal metabolism, physical activity, food waste disposal and for growth. The city of Tangerang ranks first for the prevalence of obesity from Banten Province. The results of the activity stated that the prevalence of obesity in Taklim women was 44 percent. This program is an empowerment of Majelis Taklim women to overcome and prevent health problems, especially metabolic syndrome by conducting screening and counseling. The result is that participants can know the symptoms and signs of metabolic syndrome through anthropometric measurements and laboratory tests, participants can know how to prevent metabolic syndrome and can provide explanations to the family and the surrounding community about prevention of metabolic syndrome

Abstract

Community Service that will be done is part of Tridharma Higher Education activities as well as efforts to contribute to develop micro business. The Object of Community Service is some Majelis Taklim Independent Community Business Group (KUMM) is located in the district of  Tanjung Priok.Implementation of the activities of the participants assessed the level of satisfaction both from the dimensions of the speaker, training materials, atmosphere, and means. Knowledge skills from before the activities are carried out as evidenced by the pre and post test. The objective is to establish Sharia Cooperative as an instrument of business development of KUMM by using training and mentoring approach.
