Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa menjadi volunteer pendidikan di Solo Mengajar. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi fungsional antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate random sampling dan simple random sampling dengan cara undian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi fungsional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi volunteer pendidikan di Solo Mengajar. Simpulan selanjutnya menjelaskan efek moderasi jenis kelamin. Hasil analisis t-statistik yang menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin memiliki hasil yang signifikan pada motivasi understanding dan protective.

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  aktivitas dan  hasil  belajar  siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2014/2015  melalui  penerapan  model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together dengan pendekatan Saintifik Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan peserta didik. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap (a) perencanaan, (b) tindakan, (c) observasi, (d) refleksi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan  model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together dengan pendekatan Saintifik dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil penelitian yang mengalami peningkatan setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus I dan siklus II. Aktivitas siswa untuk aspek visual activities mengalami peningkatan yaitu 52,95% pada pratindakan, 73,53% pada siklus I dan mencapai 88,24% pada siklus II. Untuk aspek  oral activities yaitu 44,11% pada pratindakan, 79,41% pada siklus I dan mencapai 85,29%  pada siklus II. Selanjutnya untuk aspek listening activities yaitu 41,17% pada pratindakan, 67,65% pada siklus I dan mencapai 79,41% pada siklus II. Kemudian untuk aspek writing activities  yaitu 58,83%  pada pratindakan, 83,35% pada siklus I dan mencapai 91,18% pada siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar juga dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together dengan pendekatan Saintifik. Sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together dengan pendekatan Saintifik nilai rata- rata kelas 74,17 (persentase ketuntasan 55,88%). Pada siklus I mengalamipeningkatan rata- rata kelas menjadi 77,35 (presentase ketuntasan 76,47%) Kemudian pada siklus II rata- rata kelas mengalami peningkatan menjadi 83,11 (presentase ketutasan 88,24%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Perbedaan hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran jigsaw dan model pembelajaran mindmap; (2) Perbedaan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran jigsaw dan model pembelajaran Mindmap ditinjau darimotivasi belajar yang tinggi dan motivasi belajar yang rendah siswa pada pelajaran pemasaran barang dan jasa; (3) Interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh siswa kelas XI Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik cluster sampling. Sebesar 36 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 1 untuk diberikan treatment model jigsaw dan 34 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 2 untuk diberikan treatment modelmindmap. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa yang menggunakanmodel pembelajaran jigsaw dan model pembelajaran mindmap (FHitung = 12,781> FTabel = 3,978) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara model pembelajaranjigsaw dan model pembelajaran mindmap jika ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa tinggi dan motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah pada pelajaran pemasaran barang dan jasa (FHitung = 21,346>FTabel = 3,978) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (3) terdapatinteraksi antara penggunaan model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa (FHitung = 4,713> Ftabel = 3,978) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%.

Abstract

Competitiveness and performance of businesses in the creative industry have the disadvantage of resourcemanagement and development and entrepreneurial policies. Creative industries covering the fashionindustry, design, and craft are industries that expected to be able to competewith the establishment of theAsian Economic Community (AEC) by 2015. To improve the capability to compete in the regionally andglobally, internal capabilities such as Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and social capitals (SC) ofcompanies in the creative industry need to improve. Entrepreneurial Orientation has been the focus ofmany researchers and contributed significantly to the development of entrepreneurship literature over thedecades. This fact supported by empirically significantfindings contributedby various researchersin theliterature. However, up to the date there are many debates and require more research, specifically in therobustness of the dimensions within creative industries. The current research using Mixed Methodsanalyses tested the EO and SC model to 60 entrepreneurs in the creative industries within specific areasoffashion, design and crafting in Central Java regions. Findings suggested that in the creative industries, EOvaried to those companies in manufacturing and technology industries. The current research contributed tothe literatureby (1) modelling the EO in the creative industry, (2) confirming previous research findings onEntrepreneurship Orientation, (3) suggesting the source of competitive advantage in this industry, (4)social capital not adopted scientifically.However, these findings should require more extensive researchand tested across regions. Hence, the directions for future research are implied in the research limitationssection.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to find a significant difference between the use of concept attainment model and mind mapping model to student learning outcomes, (2) to determine differences in learning outcomes students more effectively between learning by using  the  concept  attainment  instructional  models  with  learning  by using  mind mapping. This type of research is a kind of quasi-experimental research with study design nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis technique was used the t test. The results of research showed that: (1) the average value of the two groups have different posttest and evidenced by t-test calculation results obtained t calculate 2,003 bigger than t table 1.992 (df 75th  with a 5% significance), (2) the calculation of the value of the gain by t-test obtained t calculate 2,182 bigger than t table 1.992 (df 75th  with a 5% significance). Conclusions based on the results of the research are the two models used show a significant difference and concept attainment model is more effective than the model of mind mapping to student learning outcomes on economic subjects class XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar school year 2015/2016.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influences entrepreneurship-learning factor toward attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control on students; family-environment factor toward attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on students; and attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control toward the entrepreneurial interest on students. The population of this research is all XI-grade students in SMK Batik 2 Surakarta which the total is 189 students. The sample of this research is 100 students chosen by the technique simple random sampling based on lottery. The results of this research are there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurship learning and attitude toward, subjective norms, perceived behaviour control; there is a positive and significant influence between family environment and attitude toward the behavior; subjective norms, perceived behavior control; there is a positive and significant influence between attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and the entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of social environment towards students’ consumption behavior. (2) The influence of lifestyle towards students’ consumption behavior. (3) the influence of social environment and lifestyle towards students’ consumption behavior of Economic Education Study Program Teacher Training and Education Faculty Sebelas Maret University of Surakarta.The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach.The sample used is 128 students of Economic Education Study program. Data analysis techniques used is multiple liniear regression analysis.  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: There is significant influence between social environment and lifestyle towards students’ consumption behavior of Economic Education Study Program Teacher Training and Education Faculty Sebelas Maret University of Surakarta. The value of coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0.095, meaning 9,5% of student consumption behavior is influenced by social environment and lifestyle, while 90,5% is influenced by other factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the effect of quality systems on student satisfaction. 2) influence the quality of information on student satisfaction. 3) the effect of service quality on student satisfaction. 4) the effect of the benefits of user satisfaction in learning. This research is a survey. The study population is students of Economics Faculty of Education Teacher Training And Education Univerisitas March Surakarta. Samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique. The research data obtained by questionnaire. The validity of the data carried by the internal validity. Analysis of the data used in this research is the analysis of structural equation models. The conclusion of this study were: 1) There is a significant effect on the quality of the system of student satisfaction. 2) There is a significant effect the quality of information on student satisfaction. 3) There is a significant effect of service quality on student satisfaction. 4) There is a significant influence of satisfaction on the benefits of learning.

Abstract

This activity aims to trace the use of accounting information systems. The training was held at Sharia Financial Services Cooperative (KJKS) Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) Taawun and BMT Barepan. Both BMTs are located in Klaten District of Central Java Province. The accounting information system was developed based on the regulations set forth in the Principles of Sharia Accounting Standards (PSAK No. 59) and Accounting Guidelines for Indonesian Sharia Banking (PAPSI) issued by Bank Indonesia. The evaluation to determine the impact of the implementation of the information system on performance was done after the training is conducted. Instruments to determine the success of information system implementation developed based on the research from DeLone & McLean (2004), by observing the quality of the system used and the information generated. Evaluation results show that based on the perceptions of BMT employees, the information system that had been trained to them, had impact on performance.

Abstract

The research aims to know: (1) partial influence of learning readiness and audio visual media on the learning outcomes of the students in X grade of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta, (2) simultan influence of learning readiness and audio visual media on the learning outcomes of the students in X grade of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta (3) the difference of influence of learning readiness and audio visual media on economic learning outcomes of the student in X grade of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. The population is all students of X grade who get economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta. The total of the students are 351 students with 78 students as a sample and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta with 177 students choose 64 students as a sample. The instrument to collect data on this research is a questionnaire and data analysis device is SmartPLS Version 2.0 M3.Based on the effective contribution partial influence of learning readiness to learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta with value 33,70%  is higher than SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta with value 22,47%. Meanwhile the influence of audio visual media on learning outcomes in SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta with value 9,63% is higher than SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta with value 8,99%. The simultaneous effect of learning readiness and audio visual media on the learning outcomes of the student in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta was 42,7% compared to SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta with value 32,1%. Therefore, there are the differences of influence in both partially and simultaneously the influence of the learning readiness and audio visual media on economic learning outcomes of the students in X grade of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta and SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta.
