The Effect of Economics Learning by Cooperative Learning of Think Pair Share (TPS) and Think Talk Write (TTW) Types on The Students’ Learning Performance Viewed from the Learning Motivation of the Eleventh Grade Students of Public Senior High School 2 Sragen Year 2012/ 2013. Thesis. First Consultant: Prof. Dr. Sri Anitah W., M.Pd, second Consultant: Dr. Asri Laksmi Riani, M.Si. Economics Educational Study Program, Postgraduated Program of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. 2013.This study is aimed at finding out (1) To analyze the effect of Think Talk Write (TTW) and Think Pair Share (TPS) learning methods on the students’ economic learning performance, (2) To analyze the effect of high level of learning motivation, medium level of motivation, and low level of learning motivation on the students’ economics learning performance, (3) To analyze the interaction of effect between learning methods and learning motivation level on the students’ economics learning performance.This study was quantitative research quasi experimental method. The population in this study included the entire eleventh grade IS students of Public Senior High School 2 Sragen of academic year 2012/ 2013, which consisted of three classes. Those three classes were XI IS 1, XI IS 2, XI IS 3, where the amount of whole population in this study was 98 students. The sampling used cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this study were XI IS 2 class, which consisted of 32 students as the experiment I class, and XI IS 3, which consisted of 33 students as the experiment II class.The data techniques of collecting data were test for economics achievement, questionnaires for students’ motivation and documentation. To analyze the the hypothesis, the researcher used two-way analysis of varience with a 2x2 factorial design and the significant level was 5% . The prerequirement test in this study used normality test by Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z test and Homogeneity test with F-test.From the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) There is effect of  Think Pair Share (TPS) and Think Talk Write (TTW) toward economics learning achievement, (2) there is effect of high and low motivations toward economics learning achievement, (3)  there is interaction between motivation and teaching learing types Think Pair Share (TPS) and Think Talk Write (TTW) toward economics learning achievement.Keywords: Learning motivation, learning performance, Think Pair Share, Think Talk Write.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know what is the most do minant factor that encourage UMKM enterpreneur stook the People’s Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI. The resultss howed that the most dominant  factor  that encouragethe UMKM entrepreneur stota keoruse the People’s Business Credit (KUR) in BRI  loan  interest rates lower by 37.31%  followed by 29.85% recommended by a friend, easy administation of 17.91%, a longer repayment periodby 7.46% and good serviceat 7.46%. Keywords: Entrepreneur, People’s Business Credit (KUR), Micro, Small and Medium Enter prises (UMKM)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan pengawasan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sragen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sragen. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling yaitu dengan proporsional random sampling sejumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner yang didukung metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Sragen (2) Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pengawasan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sragen (3) Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Lingkungan kerja Fisik dan pengawasan terhadap efektivitas  kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sragen

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of living laboratory and examine the advantages of living laboratory in MSMEs in Madiun in learning Accounting education, to know and formulate the forms of living laboratory, and formulate living laboratory steps for MSMEs in Madiun in learning Accounting Education. This research method used descriptive-qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were students who took a course of the business feasibility study of the University of PGRI Madiun. The object of this study was MSMEs in the city of Madiun. The data source in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data used observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis techniques consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion (verification). The contribution of living laboratory to MSMEs is that management of living laboratory activities starts from activity planning to the implementation and evaluation of living laboratory activities. The living laboratory learning process supports students’ skills. Living laboratory learning is designed and implemented based on procedures and real work standards. Learning activities of Living laboratory are in addition to achieving mastery of competencies, also emphasizing the development of soft skills that are instilled in the individual students which includes intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and social intelligence.

Abstract

Madiun City is one of the cities in East Java Province and is known as a city of trade and industry, Madiun community, in general, is a picture of modern society even though it is far from economic development in the capital city. Madiun is a city that has the potential to become an advanced economic center in the city of Madiun. Current conditions indicate that the unemployment rate and the quality of human resources in the city of Madiun are still low. Data from the Manpower Office of the city of Madiun noted that the number of unemployed people in the local area reached 5,700. Besides, people's economic strength has not developed optimally, and the index of public purchasing power is still low. In 2018 data from the Central Bureau of Statistics illustrates that poverty in Madiun City reached 4.49% or as many as 7.92 thousand people. One way to alleviate poverty in the city of Madiun is through community-based economic empowerment. This study aims to formulate a strategy to alleviate poverty through community-based economic empowerment and to improve the living standards of people in the city of Madiun. The method used in this study is qualitative, by using primary and secondary data. Data collection is done by interviews, documentation, and field observations. The findings of the study are that the existence of community-based economic empowerment in Madiun city can increase economic income and increase the community's insight into becoming more open to the economy of the community, as well as the newly formed community. The efforts of fostering and empowering have been carried out by the government and the local community through business dissemination, small and medium industry counseling, strengthening community participation in training and providing community training, namely how to build a robust community, management training, and marketing system training.

Abstract

This research carried out blended learning strategy through class action research. The aim of the application of blended learning in class was to encourage the students’ critical thinking skill. The application of blended learning strategy was motivated by evidence that the existing strategy leaved the students passive which entailed in the limited materials as given by the lecturers. Blended learning strategy was expected to develop the lecturers’ instruction in gaining the learning achievement. The subjects of the research covered 35 students of the Accounting Study Program, University of PGRI Madiun. The research was carried out by three-cycles Class Action Research. The data were taken through the learning activities by means of observation guide, and through students’ achievement test. The results showed that the students’ critical thinking skill developed after treatment from 8.4% to 42.2% in the first cycle. In the second cycle, it developed even greater to 92.3%. In the third cycle, the students’ achievement passed the threshold level. The conclusion was then that blended learning was effective in developing the students’ critical thinking skill. AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan fokus masalah tentang penerapan strategi blended learning dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Rasionalnya adalah bahwa pembelajaran kovensional dirasakan kurang menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pengetahuan mahasiswa terbatas pada materi yang diajarkan dosen. Penerapan strategi blended learning diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dosen sebagai strategi yang selalu mengikuti perkembangan dunia pendidikan dan efektif dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 35 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas PGRI Madiun yang menempuh mata kuliah Belajar Pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang  dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus. Data penelitian dibuktikan dari penilaian aktivitas belajar dosen dan aktivitas belajar mahasiswa yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi serta hasil belajar yang diukur melalui tes. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa dibandingkan sebelum dilakukannya perlakuan (treatment).  Dari yang semula 33,8% meningkat sebesar 8,4%, menjadi 42,2% pada siklus-1, meningkat lagi menjadi 71,9% untuk siklus-2, dan pada siklus-3 meningkat menjadi 92,3%. Hasil analisis penerapan blended learning pada siklus ketiga menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan karena mahasiswa mencapai ketuntasan dalam kegiatan belajarnya. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi blended learning efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much effectiveness and contribution of PBB-P2 to increase regional income in Magetan district in 2014-2018. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of PBB-P2 in Magetan district in 2014-2018 which is included in the criteria is very effective. For its contribution in 2014-2018 it shows that the criteria are very less contributing to increasing the original income of Magetan district. While the growth of Magetan regency's regional income in 2014-2018 which was included in the criteria was unsuccessful due to the existence of several local taxes which the target was not reached.Keywords : Regional income; Effectiveness; Contribution

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategies of female household heads (PEKKA) in creating family economic independence in Gesi Village, Gesi Subdistrict, Sragen Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. A total of 32 female heads of household and all of them were respondents. Data collection uses observation techniques, structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses stages of data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), presenting data display data), grouped data, drawing conclusions (using conclusions) and using data validity techniques triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. The results of the study showed that female household heads (PEKKA) in creating family economic independence in Gesi Village, Gesi Subdistrict, Sragen Regency through strategy: First, to build a strengthening of village community groups by joining PKK, Creative Business Groups in Gesi Village. Second, building capital gains through village business group savings and loans cooperatives. Third, building an information network with a technology-based outside world is still lacking. Fourth, to build business networks in rural areas based on village partners.Keywords: Strategy, PEKKA, Family Economic Independence
