Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to know the technical manufacture of fermented feed with the formulation of waste of tofu and optimization strategy of making to the production of catfish culture. This research was conducted in Candisari Village, Sambeng Sub-district, Lamongan District. The method used in this research is qualitative method. From the result of the research that the making of fermented feed with the formulation of waste of tofu waste includes preparation method, materials of manufacture and process of manufacture, while the optimization strategy is (a) increasing production of fermented feed with the formulation of waste of tofu waste; (b) business development and introduction to the community, that fermented feed can increase fish farming production; (c) increasing the production of fermented feeds into products of sale value; (d) optimizing the waste of tofu waste into alternative feed.Keywords : Feed, Fermentation, Tofu, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the ability of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung 2014/2015 academic year in listening to the interview. Method which was used in this research was descriptive method. The results showed that the value of (a) aspects of what, who, when, where, and why were quite good once with an average of 99, 98, 96, 99, and 97, (b) aspects of how and aspects of targeting accuracy talks quite well with an average of 77 and 80, (c) aspects of the accuracy of speech and aspects of diction was quite average of 64 and 73, and (d) aspects of the important things in the interview as well as the determination of the pressure and the tone relatively less with an average of 57 and 55.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dalam menyimak wawancara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai (a) aspek what, who, when, where, dan why tergolong baik sekali dengan rata-rata 99, 98, 96, 99, dan 97, (b) aspek how dan aspek ketepatan sasaran pembicaraan tergolong baik dengan rata-rata 77 dan 80, (c) aspek ketepatan ucapan dan aspek diksi tergolong cukup dengan rata-rata 64 dan 73, dan (d) aspek hal penting dalam wawancara serta penetapan tekanan dan nada tergolong kurang dengan rata-rata 57 dan 55.Kata kunci: kemampuan, menyimak, wawancara.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to prove whether the use of schema activation strategy is effective in improving the reading comprehension of the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 10Palu. The research applied intact group design of pre-experimental research. The researcher used cluster sampling technique in determining the sample of the research. The data were collected by giving a post-test only after the treatment. The data were analyzed by using statistical analysis in order to know students’ significant achievement difference of post-test. The result of data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the mean score of the post-test in experimental class was 84.08 and in control class was 68.70. By applying two-tailed test at 0.05level of significance with 23 degree of freedom (df) or 24-1=23, the researcher found that t-counted (6.15) was greater than t-table (2.069). In other words, the use of schema activation strategy in improving students’ reading comprehension was effective to the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 10Palu.   Keywords: Schema Activation Strategy; Pre-Reading Activities; Reading Comprehension

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Pariwisata is one of subsidiaries of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), which manages business travel services and tour-based railroad. PT. Kereta Api Pariwisata has thre tourism trains such Bali tourism train, Toraja tourism train, and Nusantara tourism train. The third tourism train offers comfort and beauty of the theme of culture of Bali, Toraja, and Nusantara that can provide a service experience to passengers is expected to create a tourism train passenger satisfaction PT. Kereta Api Pariwisata. The theory of service experience that is used by Knutson et al., In Identifying the Dimensions of the Experience Construct. Journal of Hospitality & Leisure Marketing (2006:39) with dimensions used are incentive, accessibility, convenience, utility, environment, benefits, and trust. Theory of satisfaction is a composite theory of Kotler (2009:164) with dimensions of performance and importance to the theory Hatane Semuel (2009:30) which states "Important Necessary-performance analysis, namely by conducting a survey of the passengers to know the expectations of passengers against the interests of each attribute and the level of satisfaction derived from the actual service." So the dimensions of satisfaction used was the performance, importance , and expectations. The premise which supporting this study is from Debra Grace, Aron Ocass (2004), Hoi Mun (2006), and Nigel Hill, Rachel Allen (2007). Based on the above explanation, the research about on service experience analysis in creating a tourism train passenger satisfaction PT. Kereta Api Pariwisata. This research is using descriptive and verificatife with is an explanatory method survey sampling technique with accidental sampling (convenience sampling) technique, and the number of samples of 115 respondents. Analysis technique data in using Path Analysis with the help of software SPSS 15.0 computer interview, and quesioner as data collection techniques. The Findings showed that, the analysis of service experience through the incentive dimension, accessibility, convenience, utility, environment, benefits, and trust have influence over the passenger’s satisfaction. Former of need dimention wich have the highest influence isbenefit and accessibility dimension have a little significant impact on passenger’s satisfaction. As for the highest passenger tourism train satisfaction perceived to the dimensions of benefit. That means that passengers need the advantage of everything they done and easy access make the passengers feel the comfort of the tourism train. Limitations in this research that this study just conducted a survey to domestic passengers of tourism trains. Therefore, further research is expected to examine the foreign tourism train passenger satisfaction.

Abstract

Based on observations in  atomic physics and nuclear learning, there are some problems see during two semester  of the course such as less using of instructional materials and instructional media  in the process of learning. In addition, content of book  used are books published in the 1990s  years and  never have been updated. The quantity of books of atomic physics and nuclear in the library is still very little. Therefore developed electronic modul (E-modul). This research used descriptif research. E-module is made using 3D software pageflip professional. E-Module has been validated by experts for media and content of  e-module. The result was perception of students on average 83.5% on core structure module and 89 % on radioactivity module with very good category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan dan mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pengembangan modul elektronik fisika inti berbasis 3D Pageflip Professional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini melalui tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan dan evaluasi tahap I. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket validasi materi dan media serta angket persepsi mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang berupa saran dari validator dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan skor angket validasi dan angket persepsi mahasiswa dilakukan secara statistik deskriptif (mean, standar deviasi, skor aktual). Modul elektronik yang telah selesai dikembangkan memiliki format .exe yang dapat dijalankan pada PC/laptop. Modul elektronik ini juga dilengkapi dengan uraian materi, animasi, video, contoh soal, lembar jawaban, dan soal tes formatif akhir. Modul elektronik ini telah divalidasi dan dinyatakan valid dengan skor ahli materi sebesar 52 dan skor validasi ahli media sebesar 74,7 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Selanjutnya, skor hasil persepsi mahasiswa terhadap modul elektronik yaitu 74,67 dan dikategorikan sangat baik. Keunggulan dari modul elektronik ini yaitu bahasa yang digunakan mudah dimengerti,video yang ditampilkan berbentuk tiga dimensi, terdapat lembar jawaban tersendiri untuk menjawab soal latihan dan kesimpulan, dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan tes formatif akhir dapat langsung melihat skor yang diperoleh mahasiswa. Adapun kekurangannya yaitu tidak terdapat simulasi, belum berbasis model pembelajaran, serta belum bisa dijalankan pada smartphone. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul elektronik fisika inti berbasis 3D Pageflip Professional layak digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about teacher perceptions of ethical behavior of principals as supervisors at SDN in Nagari Balah Aie, Kec. VII Koto Sungai Sarik Kab. Padang Pariaman. Ethical behavior includes the characteristics related to personality and democratic supervisors expectations of all parties. The ethical behavior of principals as supervisors is very important in getting maximum supervision results. This type of research is a descriptive study with a population of 43 people. Thus this research is called population research. The results showed that the teacher's perception of the principal's ethical behavior as a supervisor was good with a score of 4.0. Viewed from the aspect of personality related to being in the good category with a score of 4.1. Furthermore, in the aspect of a democratic supervisor the expectations of all parties are also in the good category with a score of 3.9. As for what needs to be considered again is the attitude of sympathy for the teacher by providing assistance and asking in advance the obstacles faced by the teacher in learning. Then a firm and objective (impartial) attitude by giving sanctions and a firm attitude towards negligent teachers regardless of teacher status outside the school. Next is fair and honest attitude by not distinguishing supervision services between one teacher and another, and providing guidance in accordance with the needs of each teacher. Whereas in the sub-indicators know how to delegate tasks and responsibilities can be done by involving and entrusting the teacher in the successful implementation of supervision. Then by suggesting the teacher to share teaching experiences and always discuss the methods, sources and learning media

Abstract

Setelah menganalisa permasalahan dalam proses penjadwalan pengiriman pada bagian logistik pada PT. Puncak Gunung Mas, ditemukan masih sering terjadinya keterlambatan pengiriman dan perbedaan dalam hal mendokumentasi surat pesanan dan surat jalan dan tidak selaras antara bagian yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Sebagai pemecahan masalahnya dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi penjadwalan untuk pengiriman fruktosa dengan menggunakan metodologi pendekatan terstruktur. Sistem yang diusulkan dalam pembuatannya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, yang disajikan dalam bentuk berbasis web.Dengan demikian, implementasi sistem informasi penjadwalan untuk pengiriman fruktosa, jika dilakukan dengan tepat akan menghasilkan efisiensi waktu dan organisasi data yang baik, sehinggan masalah yang timbul akibat dari data yang kurang ataupun dokumen yang hilang, dapat teratasi. Serta menjadikan para pengguna yang terlibat didalamnya dimudahkan dalam hal mobilitas dan fleksibelitas dalam bekerja. Kata Kunci : Sistem informasi, penjadwalan pengiriman.
