Abstract

Community-based waste management is one of the strategies that can be used to overcome the problems of garbage that exist today. However, community-based waste management system could not be implemented as a whole in Indonesia and sometimes some areas are trying to do community-based waste management do not work well and is not sustainable. The purpose of this study was to determine the indicators of success in supporting community-based waste management in Urban Rawajati RW III, South Jakarta. The method of analysis used in this study using quantitative descriptive analysis, and discriminant analysis are useful for describing indicators supporting the success and sustainability of community-based waste management in RW III. Supporting indicators of success in community-based waste RW III, Sub Rawajati divided into 2 main indicators and supporting indicators. The main indicator of success is the use of RW III inorganic waste, the amount of participation, ownership and use of grinding machine home composter are classified into two major variables, namely the participation of society and shape the technology, while the supporting indicators are classified into three variables, namely institutional agreements, operational management and management financially.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to improve the ability of critical thinking and reduce misconception of X-MIA 1 SMA Negeri Banyudono academic year of 2014/2015 through the implementation of e-module based on Problem-Based Learning. This research was a class action research conducted in two cycles. Every cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, action, observing, and reflecting. The data of this research was obtained from observation and test. This research was descriptive qualitative. There were three analysis components: data reduction, data presentation, and taking the conclusion. Data validation of this research was triangulation method. This research used spiral model that adopted from Kemmis and Mc Taggart respectively. The results of this research showed an improvement of analytical thinking ability, they were 32% in indentifying an important aspect, 32% in figuring the series of process, 29% in the aspect data analysis, and 31% in the aspect of interpretation. On the other side, the results of this research showed the decreasing of student’s misconceptions, they were 39% in attribute concept of population, 40% in attribute concept in community, 31% in the concept of food chain and web, and 26% in the ecology concept in science, environment, technology and community (salingtemas). The conclusion of this research was the implemetation of e-module based on Problem-Based Learning was able to improve the ability of critical thinking and reduce misconception of X of MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono in academic year of 2014/2015.Keywords: E-module based on Problem-Based Learning, analytical thinking, misconception

Abstract

Masalah gizi merupakan masalah kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh faktorlangsung dan faktor tidak langsung. Asupan zat gizi, pola makan, dan pengetahuanmengenai gizi menjadi faktor yang memengaruhi gizi secara tidak langsung. Padamasa remaja membutuhkan asupan yang baik karena pada masa tersebut sedangmengalami pertumbuhan baik dari segi fisik maupun psikis, sehingga apabilamengalami kekurangan asupan akan mengalami pertumbuhan yang lambat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan zat gizi, pola makan,dan pengetahuan gizi dengan status gizi santri di Pondok Pesantren Yatim AtThayyibah Sukabumi. Desain studi dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional danteknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 76 subjekusia 13-18 tahun. Pada penelitian ini, tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan zat gizi(p>0,05), pola makan (p>0,05) dan pengetahuan gizi (p>0,05) dengan status gizi.
