Abstract

The aim this research is to find out process of production and the relation between cost, sell price and percentage of break even point. Production of capacity produced is 345.600 pipes. The economical calculation are as follows: the total capital is fixed capital + working capital = Rp. 1.396.140.000,00; the total production cost is variable cost a year + fixed cost a year = Rp. 1.620.710.000,00. The manufacturing cost = Rp. 4.690.00/pipe, the profit calculation before taxing is Rp. 383.770.000.00 after taxing is Rp. 307.020.000,00 the pay out period calculation consist of the percentage of profit to return the capital (rate of return) before taxing is 27,49%, after taxing is 22,00% and the pay period before taxing 3 year, after taxing 3 year 7 month. The break even point is 51,44% and the capacity of break even point is 177.777 pipes. INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses produksi dan hubungan antara biaya, harga jual, dan persentase batas rugi laba. Kapasitas produksi direncanakan sebesar 1200 pipa per hari, sehingga  dalam 1 tahun dengan 288 hari kerja kapasitas yang dihasilkan 345.600 pipa. Dari analisa ekonomi diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Total modal yang terdiri dari modal tetap dan modal kerja = Rp. 1.396.140.000,00 biaya produksi yang terdiri dari biaya tidak tidak tetap 1 tahun dan biaya tetap 1 tahun = Rp 1.620.710.000,00. Harga pokok produksi = Rp 4.690,00/buah pipa, keuntungan sebelum pajak Rp 383.770.000,00 dan sesudah pajak Rp. 307.020.000,00/. Persen keuntungan untuk mengembalikan modal sebelum pajak = 27,49% dan sesudah pajak = 22,00%. Waktu pengembalian modal sebelum pajak = 3 tahun, sesudah pajak 3 tahun 7 bulan. Perhitungan nilai batas rugi laba = Rp 1.031.110.000,00 dan persentase batas rugi laba = 51,44% serta kapasitas batas rugi laba = 177.777 buah pipa.

Abstract

The research of air pollution quality of rubber tyre industry to check rubber tyreair pollution quality. Taking samples should be done on several tyre rubber industries in the middle of java. Each of industries observed by two samplinglocation, it was taken from rubber tyre processing area. Many result of the research shown sampling data of oxidants at processing area are 0,2580 – 1,4670 ppm higher than 0,10 ppm standar concerned, while data of oxidants at ambient quality have range 0,4144 – 1,6235 ppm higher than 0,10 ppm environmental standar quality for ambient it’s given range between 11,7034 – 18,1179 pmm NH, higher than 2,00 ppm standar quality for processing rea and the result of particles analizing area 0,2727 – 1,6880 mgr/m3 higher than 0,26 mgr.m3 standar quality for ambient. Many result of parameters still agree with standar concerned. H3S for ambient have given range between 0,0051-0,0216 ppn lower than 0,03 ppm lower than 10,00 ppm standar for processing area. The result of particles analizing for processing area have given range 1,1440 – 1,2632 mgr/m3 lovewr 10,00 mgr/m3   INTISARI Penelitian kualitas gas buang pada industri Ban bertujuan untuk mnecapai dua kualitas industry gas buang industry Ban. Pengambilan contoh uji udara dilakukan pada bebrapa industry Ban di wilayah Jawa Tengah, masing0 masing diamati pada dua lokasi pengambilan sampel udara , yaitu pada ruang proses produksi serta udara ambien atau udara lingkungan disekitar pabrik. Parameter yang diteliti meliputi oksida, sulfar oksida, serta Amoniak pada lokasi sampling udara ligkungan ( ambien ) udara ruang proses bagi parameter SOx % NOx pada lokasi sampling ruang proses produksi bagi parameter NH, telah melampaui batas yang disyaratkan yaitu mempunyai kisaran sebesar 11,7034 – 18,1179 ppm < 2,00 ppm. Parameter oksidan terdeteksi sudah diatas baku mutu pada lokasi pengambilan sampel pada ruang ambien dan ruanf proses. Yaitu sebesar 0,4144 – 1,6235 ppm > 0,01 ppm untuk ruang ambien sedangkan hasil penelitian pada ruang proses yaitu sebesar 0,2580 – 1,2632 mgr/m3 < 10,00 mgr/m3.

Abstract

The manufacturing cost = Rp. 285,00 / bottle, the profit calculation before taxing is Rp. 466.230.171,00 and after taxing is Rp. 372.984.136, the pay out period calculation consist of the percentage of profit to return the capital (rate of return) before taxing is 31.30%, after taxing is 25.04% and the pay out period before taxing 2 year 11 months, after taxing 3 year 7 months ; the break even calculation consist of break even point is Rp. 1.988.929.421,00; the percentage of break even point is 49,73% and the capacity of break even point is 6.166.25O bottles

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know quality of polybag considered of tear strength. Research applies 135 polibags. 27 for blanks and 108 for seed planted. These are 3 variations in this research, they are thickness of polybag variation (0,03 mm; 0,05 mm and 0,01 mm), time plants variation (3; 45 ; 6 month) andKind of plants variation (pepperningrum, vanilia planifolia, pogostennon cablin (blanco) Benth). Polybag test is done by JIS K 6781-1977, Polyethylene film’s for Agriculture. Statistical evaluation prove that kind of plants variation does not influence the result, whereas polybag thickness and time plants variation give much effect to tear strength  INTISARI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketahanan polybag (kantong plastic) wadah bibit tanama ditinjau dari sifat ketahanan sobek. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 135 buah kantong plastik, yang terdiri dari 27 buah kantong plastik untuk blangko dan 108 buah kantong plastic ditanami bibit tanaman. Variasi pada penelitian ini ada 3 macam yaitu variasi tebal kantong plastic (0,03 mm ; 0,05 mm dan 0,01 mm), variasi waktu tanam ( 3; 4; 5; 6 bulan) dan variasi jenis tanaman (lada, vanili, nilam). Pengujian dilakukan terhadap kantong plastik sebelum dan sesudah ditanami dengan tolok ukur JIS K 6781-1977 , Polyethylene films for Agriculture. Hasil analisa statistic menunjukkan bahwa variasi tebal kantong plastik dan waktu tanam sangat mempengaruhi nilai ketahanan sobek, sedangkan variasi jenis tanaman tidak berpengaruh nyata.

Abstract

This research is to find out correlation of using DOP plasticier and Shorea Parvifolis Dyer wood flour filler to physical properties of PVC compound for shoe lasting. PVC compound is made from PVC resin added by other ingredients as plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricant and filler. Ingredient used in this research is DOP, Expoxy oil, BaCdZn, Stearic acid, CaCO3 filler and wood flour by variation of DOP and filler percentage. PVC compound produced is tested its physical properties for hardness, impact strength and tensil strength. Data prove that there is correlation between the physical test and percentage of DOP and wood flour filler fulfilling multiple linier regression for hardness and multiple quadratis regression for impact strength and tensile strength.  INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi penggunaan plasticier DOP dan filler serbuk kayu meranti terhadap sifat-sifat fisika kompon PVC untuk acuan sepatu. Kompon PVC dibuat dari bahan baku resin PVC dengan ditambah ingredient lain yang berfungsi sebagai plasticizer, stabailizer, lubricant dan filler. Pada penelitian ini ingredient yang dipergunakan adalah : DOP, Epoxy oil, BaCdZn, asam stearat serta filler CaCO3 dan sebuk kayu meranti dengan variasi persentase DOP dan filler serbuk kayu. Kompon PVC yang dihasilkan diuji sifat fisikanya menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara uji fisika tersebut denga persentase DOP dan filler serbuk kayu dengan memenuhi persamaan regresi linier multipel untuk kekerasan dan regresi kuadratis multipel untuk uji ketahanan pukul takik dan kekuatan tarik.

Abstract

The objectivea of this study is to determine right amount of DOP content in PVC Sole Compound made from the mixture of non reclaimed PVC material and reclaimed PVC materials, in order to increase its tensile strenght, tensile stretch and elongation at break.With basic formula which contains non reclaimed PVC materials 60 phr *), reclaimed PVC materials 40 phr, epoxy 6 phr, BaCdZn 2 phr, CaCO3 10 phr, Carbon black 0,05 phr and DOP 60 phr, it can be found that the sole compound meets the SII 1103-84 “Sol Lentur cetak PVC”. The physical properties of the sole compound as tensile strength, tensile stretch and elongation at break should be ancreased anyway, because the result showed that the figures close to the minium standard.A study on preparation of sole compound mode with DOP content of 60 phr, 50 phr and 40 phr hqd been conducted. In order ti increase the physical properties of the sole compound such as tensile strength, tensile stretch ang elongation at break. After being vulcanizead, the sole then were tested in accordance with SII 1103-84 “ Sol lentur cetak PVC”.There is no significant difference in the physical properties between the addition of 60 phr DOP and 50 phr and 40 phr DOP, while the addition of 50 phr and 40 phr DOP does not significantly affect the best. An addition of 50 phr and 40 phr of DOP contet can increase the physical properties such as tensile strength, tensile stretch, elongation at break, permanent set, abrasion resistance and tear strength. The right amount of DOP wich can be added to PVC compound for sole using the mentined above is 40 phr.
