Abstract

Early Warning System (EWS) is a solution of food security of the most importantin the management of the policy (Governance) food security. This study departs from best practices (best practices) in the regional autonomy that has been applied in the area surrounding the Surakarta and management of food security that is initiated by Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) through Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID). This study uses FGD and AHP method are used to build the index of food security EWS. The results of this study indicatethat areas that do not have high production in food commodities indeed have ahigher susceptibility than having high production.Keywords : Food security, Inflation

Abstract

Abstract Dispenser is a device that can provide clean water in the hot , cold , and normal temperature. The water temperature in the heater and cooler dispenser has been specified , and the unknown magnitude of the temperature , but it also does not dispensing temperature can be set according to what we want. In this design the Smart Dispenser will be made where the temperature can be regulated . The water temperature will be read by thermal sensor with the type of RTD PT - 100 which output is converted to a voltage and then fed into the ADC of microcontroller atmega 16 , so that the temperature can be determined and set using the keypad as required and will be displayed through a 2x16 LCD . Smart Dispenser is also fitted with a scheduling system using IC DS1307 RTC that will arrange work schedule dispenser in accordance with typical office hours , that strat from Monday to Friday from 06.00 to 19.00 . When it is in outside of the scheduled time , the system will automatically shut off , this addition also equipped Dispenser PIR sensors are used to detect human body movement around the dispenser . When the PIR sensor has detected , then the heating and cooling systems work automatically for 30 minutes and the water temperature setting corresponds to the setting of the last before the system died . Suhu air pada pemanas dan pendingin dispenser sudah tertentu,dan tidak diketahui besarannya suhu tersebut,selain itu suhu dispenser juga tidak dapat diatur sesuai yang kita inginkan. Pada rancang bangun ini akan dibuat Smart Dispenser yang suhunya dapat diatur. Suhu air akan dibaca oleh sensorsuhu dengan jenis RTD PT-100 yang keluarannya akan diubah menjadi tegangan dan selanjutnya dimasukan ke ADC mikrokontroler atmega 16,sehingga suhunya dapat diketahui dan diatur menggunakan keypad sesuai kebutuhan serta akan ditampilkan melalui LCD 2x16. Smart Dispenser juga dilengkapi dengan sistem penjadwalan menggunakan IC RTC DS1307 yang akan mengatur jadwal kerja dispenser sesuai dengan jam kerja kantor pada umumnya, yaitu mulai dari hari Senin sampai Jumat dari pukul 06.00 sampai 19.00. Ketika diluar waktu yang telah dijadwalkan maka sistem akan secara otomatis mati,Selain itu Dispenser ini dilengkapi pula sensor PIR yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi adanya gerakan tubuh manusia di sekitar dispenser. Ketika sensor PIR telah mendeteksi, maka sistem pada pemanas dan pendingin langsung bekerja secara otomatis selama 30 menit dan pengaturan suhu air sesuai dengan pengaturan yang terakhir sebelum sistem mati.
