Abstract

Penerapan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIM RS) berbasis komputer semakin menjadi tuntutan, namun implementasinya memerlukan upaya lebih dari sekedar pengembangan SIM RS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat pelaksanaan SIM RS di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Blambangan Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang telah mengembangkan SIM RS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai petode pengambilan data pada periode September hingga Oktober 2014. Analisis akar masalah menggunakan fishbone melalui brainstorming, kemudian disepakati akar masalah yang paling penting dan dipilih alternatif solusi yang paling efektif, relatif murah, mudah dan bisa dikerjakan dalam waktu. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga akar masalah utama kelengkapan standar prosedur operasional (SPO), kejelasan tugas pokok dan fungsi, serta supervise yang belum efektif sebagai penyebab belum optimalnya SIMRS secara maksimal. Sebagai langkah awal RS telah mengembangkan 12 SPO melalui proses pengkajian dan uji coba yang akan ditindaklanjuti dengan evaluasi implementasi berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Faktor penghambat, implementasi, SIM RS, standar prosedur operasional

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of group counseling techniques of self-control in reducing the anxiety of student learning. The study was conducted on students of SMP N 12 City of Magelang. Design of this research is pre experiment with one group pretest posttest design. Samples taken as many as 10 incoming students in the experimental group, namely the group treated (group counseling techniques of self-control). The technique of sampling using purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed students’ anxiety decreased after attending group counseling techniques of self-control. Decreased anxiety, learning siswaditunjukkan with a reduction in post test scores, the average score pre test which was originally 125.10 after a given treatment group counseling techniques of self-control showed a decrease in the average post-test score tmenjadi 104.50 with significant value 0.005. This is also evidenced by the change in student behavior. Students who originally did not have a responsibility to behavior which is often out of class at the turn of lesson hours and did not seriously follow the lessons after a given treatment group counseling techniques become more self control can control the behavior that is detrimental to him during the process of learning. Based on this it can be concluded that the self-control group counseling techniques to decrease anxiety affect student learning.

Abstract

This research aimed to verify the influence of self-regulated learning training in enhance students independence in learning. This research was use one group pre test- post test design.subject of the research choosen by purposive sampling, they are 12 students of VII B of State junior highschool 4 Magelang who had low and average independence in learning . The reseacher use independence learning scale to collect the data, to analize the data the reseacher use non parametic Wiloxon Match Pairs Test. The result showed that self-regulated learning has positif influence in enhance students independence in learning. It proof on post-test score improvement from eksperiment group. The average improvement deviation was 14%. The improvement of students independence in learning also can be found at the changed of indicator in independence learning aspect of students who got the training and not. The students felt it help to find out their own way in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Person Centered can improve interpersonal communication students in class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Magelang City.The method used in this study is action research guidance and counseling using a cycle consisting of: (1) planning the action, (2) the implementing measures, (3) observation / observation and reflection, (4) evaluation. The data collection techniques used interviews and observations, to determine changes increase interpersonal communication skills in class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Magelang.The results of this study showed the improvement students interpersonal communication skills after three cycles treatments. At the end of cycles, student interpersonal communication skills increase until 83%. It can be concluded that the Person Centered approach can be applied to improve communication skills Interpersonal class VIII SMP Negeri 13 G in Magelang City School.

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to determine the child’s vocabulary enhancement through storytelling with pictures in kindergarten Mardisiwi Seborokrapyak Banyuurip District of Purworejo. The methods of the research was conducted by Action Research (PTK), which was implemented to enhance the child’s vocabulary through storytelling with pictures. The research was conducted on children in kindergartens Mardisiwi Seborokrapyak Banyuurip District of Purworejo to 12 research subjects consisting of 5 boys and 7 girls. In this research tells the story with pictures included in the activities. This research uses three variables: input variables, process variables, output variables. The use of performance data collection is by using and coordinating research data obtained by the research criteria and indicators of success set at 75%.The conclusion of this research is the vocabulary skills of kindergarten children Mardisiwi Seborokrapyak Banyuurip District of Purworejo can be increased after learning storytelling with pictures. This is proven by the results of the changes in each cycle, while the average initial capability child’s vocabulary originally 49.5%, after the first cycle measures the average vocabulary skills of children increased to 61.5%, and after the second cycle of vocabulary skills children increased to 91.1%. Hypothesis storytelling with images effectively improve vocabulary at kindergarten children Mardisiwi Seborokrapyak Banyuurip District of Purworejo proven true.

Abstract

Gods love for his subjects were not spelled out, in addition to everything in the world donated to humans, was also blessed with tremendous potential great, both the potential physical, psychological, and faith. With the potential that human beings are capable cultured, managing everything in the world, prosperity of the earth, rogue use everything becomes meaningful, and able to create peace among fellow human beings and the whole world. That happens when the human potential is well developed, but if not then it could happen that appears opposite. Optimization of multiple intelligences better intelligence-intellectual logic, language, movement, natuaral, spatial, spiritual, interpersonal, and intrapersonal, is one attempt to accelerate the establishment of peace, prosperity on earth, including the Earth Indonesian, particularly in efforts to increase economic growth.

Abstract

BK program evaluation in schools is an attempt to get various information on a regular basis, continuous and thorough about the process and outcome of the development of attitudes and behavior, or developmental tasks the students through a program of activities that have been implemented. Assessment activities in school guidance and counseling was intended to determine the degree of quality improvement activities related to implementation of guidance programs in schools with reference to the criteria or standards specified in accordance with the guidance program implemented.Criteria or benchmarks used to assess the success of program implementation guidance and counseling services in schools is referring to are met or not met the needs of students and the parties involved either directly or indirectly contribute to help students gain and behavior change toward more personal good.

Abstract

Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Blambangan merupakan revenue center bagi Rumah Sakit. Waktu tunggu pelayanan Apotek Rawat Jalan RSUD Blambangan belum sesuai Standar Pelayanan Minimal Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi, menentukan akar permasalahan dan menentukan alternatif solusi atas permasalahan waktu tunggu pelayanan Instalasi Farmasi. Metode untuk mengidentifikasi akar masalah digunakan analisis tulang ikan (fish bone ishikawa) dan dilakukan Focus Group Discussion. Untuk memprioritaskan akar masalah ini digunakan metode USG (Urgency, Serious, and Growth). Metode untuk alternatif solusi adalah Mc. Namara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 3 akar masalah yaitu proses screening lama dan satu loket, jauhnya Poli Penyakit Dalam sebagai resep terbanyak, tempat penerimaan resep BPJS dan umum jadi satu loket. Solusi terpilih adalah menambah tenaga screening dan loket antrian. Sebelum menambah tenaga screening dan loket antrian, waktu tunggu rata-rata obat jadi 70,81 menit, racikan 139,85 menit. Setelah solusi waktu tunggu rata-rata obat jadi 63,88 menit, racikan 108 menit. Hasil solusi waktu tunggu mengalami penurunan, obat jadi 7 menit, racikan 31 menit.Kata Kunci: Antrian, instalasi farmasi, loket antrian, screening, waktu tunggu
