Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of place branding, promotion and attributes of tourism products to the decision to visit through the image of the destination. The population in this study is the visitors of Teluk  Penyu beach tourism destination of Cilacap regency. The number of samples in this study were 150 respondents with Accidental sampling technique. Data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS program version 21, where variables used include place branding (X1), promotion (X2), tourism product attribute (X3), destination image (Z1), Decision to visit (Y1). The result of the research found that all hypothesis of direct effect proposed is accepted where the significance value is <0,050, whereas for the intervening test obtained the total value of indirect effect> direct influence. This proves the hypothesis both directly and indirectly in this study are all accepted. Conclusion the better place branding, promotion and tourism product attributes can affect the image of the destination that will impact on the decision to visit.

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of the research is to seek the competitiveness of the leading commodity in Semarang city which supports the development of centre commodity in agrotourism area. The method of analysis is leading sector, scoring analysis and capacity asessment through FGD. The result of the research reveals that leading commodities are Durian, Longan, Water Apple, and Rambutan. It is found that subdistrict Gunungpati and Mangunsari are ready to be the centre of horticulture commodity because its strategic location. It is located nearby Jatibarang reservoir (potential to be a tourism village), its cultivation is relatively successful, accessable transportation, and good management. Hence, it can be the pilot project area.Key words: competitiveness, centre, commodity, horticultureJEL Classification: O20, Q10AbstrakKesejahteraan petani tidak meningkat karena daya saingnya rendah dan pengelolannya tidak optimal. Tujuan penelitian, untuk melihat daya saing komoditas unggulan Kota Semarang untuk mendukung pengembangan sentra komoditas di kawasan agrowisata. Metode analisis yaitu sektor basis, analisis scoring serta capacity assessment melalui FGD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komoditas yang diunggulkan di Gunungpati adalah durian, klengkeng, jambu air dan rambutan. Kelurahan Gunungpati dan Mangunsari siap dijadikan sentra komoditas hortikultura di Kecamatan Gunungpati karena letaknya strategis- dekat dengan waduk Jatibarang (dapat menjadi desa wisata), budidaya relatif lebih berhasil, transportasi dan akseptibilitas lebih mudah, pengelolaannya bagus sehingga sudah menjadi daerah percontohan.Kata Kunci: daya saing, sentra, komoditas, hortikulturJEL Classification: O20, Q10

Abstract

This study aims to determine the descriptive overview of the quality of education services consisting. The location of this research was at the Economics Faculty of Semarang State University, and the object of the study was student at semester VII of the Economics Faculty. The population of this study was 620 students in the academic year of 2014/2015. Proportional cluster ranom sampling technique was utilized to get 186 samples. The method of collecting data using questionnaires, whereas method of data analysis using non-parametric statistics (descriptive percentages).The result shows that the quality of education services, which can be seen from the dimensions of relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability, responsiveness, creativity, productivity, academic abilities, empathy, and appearance, are perceived well by students. However, this result has not optimal yet, especially on the dimensions of relevance, efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji secara empirik dan menganalisis pengaruh jejaring kewirausahaan keunggulan usaha konveksi terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah konveksi di Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan research gap hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh jejaring kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran maka memunculkan proposisi: keunggulan usaha adalah kemampuan perusahaan untuk memberikan nilai lebih dari pada pesaingnya berupa pengembangan kualitas produk, produk yang lebih bervariasi, pelayanan yang lebih baik, menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan, dan menentukan harga jual produk yang kompetitif dengan spirit kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan dan memberi kemanfaatan. Keunggulan usaha berpotensi meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran. Dasar teori yang melandasi antara lain teori modal sosial, tri keunggulan kompetitif, dan pendekatan kapabilitas dinamis dan organisasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha mikro kecil dan menengah bidang konveksi di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 180 responden. Responden adalah pemilik/pengelola usaha konveksi, pengambilan sampel diprioritaskan pada perusahaan yang mempunyai karakteristik masuk di dalam program binaan klaster Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 18. Hasil penelitian secara umum membuktikan bahwa jejaring kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran konveksi melalui keunggulan usaha. Jejaring kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai P value adalah 0,023 dengan kontribusi total pengaruh sebesar 0,542. Saran penelitian ini adalah perlu dibangun dan dikembangkan jejaring kewirausahaan pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pada usaha konveksi maupun bidang fashion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the facility and promotion of visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit as an intervening variable in Semarang citys attractions. The population in this study is a visitor attraction Semarang: Marine Tourism (Marina), Nature (Goa Kreo Gunung Pati), Religious Tourism (Sam Poo Kong temple), History (Lawang Sewu). The samples used in this study were 116 people by using accidental sampling with non-probability sampling approach. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire.Data analysis using regression analysis and path analysis. These results indicate that the facilities and the promotion directly affects customer satisfaction attractions of Semarang, the decision has been direct influence on satisfaction, facilities and promotion have an influence on satisfaction with the decision to visit as an intervening variable. Conclusions from this research is proven that a decision can be mediated effect visiting facilities and promotion of satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to know the existence of pricing and promotion, influence the attitude of consumers against purchasing decisions through the brand image as intervening variable. The population of this research is that consumers do purchase decisions helbal medicine outlets Nyonya Meneer in East Semarang. Sampling by using acidental sampling technique, the number of respondents were 116 respondents. Data collection method used is the method of observation, and a questionnaire method. Path analysis Analyse the data using SPSS version 16. These results indicate that the promotions significantly influence purchase decisions through brand image for a total impact for 0.502, significantly influence the price of purchase  decisions through the brand image for a total of 0.421 and significantly influence the consumer attitudes of purchase  decisions through the brand image for a total of 0.214. The conclusions of this study proved that the brand image has a role as an intervening variable between promotions, price and consumer attitudes to purchase decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial dan simultan produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik terhadap proses keputusan berkunjung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengunjung Museum Ranggawarsita Semarang. Berdasarkan perhitungan, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Metode analisis yaitu uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS statistics version 17. Hasil penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y = 8,748 + 0,846X1 - 0,424X2 + 0,413X3 + 0,475X4 - 0,159X5 + 0,485X6 - 0,220X7. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) sebesar 0,592, dalam hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa proses keputusan berkunjung dijelaskan oleh produk, harga, promosi, tempat, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik sebesar 59,2%, sedangkan sisanya 40,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah produk, promosi, tempat, dan proses berpengaruh positif terhadap proses keputusan berkunjung, sedangkan harga, orang, dan bukti fisik berpengaruh negatif terhadap proses keputusan berkunjung. Saran bagi Manajemen Museum Ranggawarsita Semarang menganalisis elemen bukti fisik dan skill karyawan agar sesuai dengan harapan konsumen. Dengan demikian strategi harga bisa menyesuaiakan sesuai dengan harapan konsumen.   Kata Kunci: Keputusan Berkunjung, Marketing Mix   ABSTRACT The problem which is investigated in this research is the influence of products, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence toward decision of buying something whether it is partial or simultaneous. Aim of this research is analyzing the partial and simultaneous decision to products, price, place, people, process, and physical evidence toward the process of decision to visit the place. Population of this research is all visitor of Ranggawarsita Museum in Semarang. Based on the counting, the number of samples which is involved is 115 respondents. Sampling technique which is used is accidental sampling. The methodology of this research is instrument test (Validity test and reliability test), Descriptive analysis percentage, classical assumption test and double linear regression using SPSS statistics version 17. The result of the research can be determined by the equation of Y = 8,748 + 0,846X1 - 0,424X2 + 0,413X3 + 0,475X4 - 0,159X5 + 0,485X6 - 0,220X7. Determination coefficient (R2 Adjusted) is 0,592, it could be determined that the process of decision to visit is explained with products, prices, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence in 59,2%, but the other 40,8%  is explained by other variables which is not involved in this research. The conclusion of this research is products, promotion, place, and process are influentially positive toward the decision process of visiting, but price, people, and physical evidence are influentially negative toward the decision of visiting. The suggestion for the Manager of Ranggawarsita Museum of Semarang is they need to determine the physical and skill elements of the employee so that it could be in line with the consument’s hope. Then, that is the strategy of pricing can be determined as what the consument want.   Key Words: Decision to visit place, Marketing Mix

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze the direct and indirect influence of the destination image, customer value and customer satisfaction on the customer loyalty at the Guci Tour. The sample size consist of 100 respondents with incidental sampling through likert scale questionnaire. Percentage descriptive, multiple linier regression and path analysis were employed to analyze data. Results showed any effect of the image of the destination and the value of customer loyalty through customer satisfaction so that visitors can be said of a relationship mediation in this study. The conclusion of this research are proved that 1) the image of destinations has no direct influence on satisfaction and loyalty of visitors, 2) the image of the destination and visitor satisfaction as mediating indirect effect on the loyalty of visitors, 3) customer value and customer satisfaction as a mediating influence directly and indirectly to the visitor loyalty.

Abstract

Kinerja guru yang baik dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya adalah iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja. Berdasarkan hasil observasi masih banyak guru yang memiliki kinerja rendah, hal tersebut dilihat dari kehadiran guru yang tidak tepat waktu dan masih banyak guru yang belum membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebelum kegiatan pembelajaran. Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus secara simultan maupun parsial. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah guru administrasi perkantoran SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus yang berjumlah 55 orang dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel populasi yang berjumlah 55 orang.Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 96,010 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka H4 diterima, thitung sebesar 2,201 pada taraf signifikansi 0,032 < 0,05 maka H1 diterima, thitung sebesar 3,926 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka H2 diterima, thitung sebesar 3,300 pada taraf signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 maka H3 diterima. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Saran penelitian ini adalah guru harus meningkatkan kinerjanya terutama dalam penyusunan RPP, hendaknya guru mensiasati kekurangan fasilitas buku-buku pegangan mengenai Administrasi Perkantoran dengan memberikan materi lain dari internet dan bagi sekolah hendaknya memberikan balas jasa yang sesuai dengan tugas yang dibebankan kepada guru. The performance of a good teacher influenced by various factors, of them are school climate, working facilities and working discipline. Based on the observation is a lot of teachers who have low, its performance it is viewed from the teacher ill-timed and a lot of teachers who have not made before learning activity implementation of plans. The problem that is out there in the study of effect of climate school, working facilities and working discipline to perfoemance of office administration teacher at SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus simultaneously or be partial. Research objectives is to know the influence of effects of climate school, working facilities and working discipline of the performance of office administration teachers at SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus simultaneously and partial. The population in the research is all office administration teachers at SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus which total 55 people and the sample used is that total of 55 people to sample the population. Variables that were examined in this research namely school climate, working facilities, working discipline and teachers performance. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the research show that the value of Ftest at 96,010 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 then H4 accepted, ttest at 2,201 with a significance level of 0,032 < 0,05 then H1 accepted, ttest at 3,926 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 then H2 accepted. ttest at 3,300 with a significance level of 0,002 < 0,05 then H3 accepted. The conlusion of this research is that there is anpositive and significance influence of school climate, working facilities and working discipline to performance teacher simultaneously or partially. Suggestions of this research is teachers must improve its performance especially in the preparation of lesson plans, teachers should be a shortage of facilities books a handle on the office administration by giving other material from the internet and for schols should give it the services in accordance with the duty charged to the teacher.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Inquiry Learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pengantar administrasi perkantoran siswa kelas X APSMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan pendekatan siklus yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Subjek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP C semester 1 tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode test dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model Inquiry Learning. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setalah penerapan model Inquiry Learning yaitu 74,05 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 62,5%, siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 79,25 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 72,5%, dan pada siklus III 82,25 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 80%.The purpose of this research was to know the application of Inquiry Learning Model to increase the learning outcomes of 10th Grade Students for Introduction to Office Administration class at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. The approach of this research was consisted of 3 cycles. The subject of this research were 40 students of 10th Grade class C of Office Administration in the first semester in academic year of 2014/2015. The data were collected by test and observation. The result of the study showed that students’ learning outcomes increased after the application of Inquiry Learning Model. The students’ learning outcomes average at the 1st cycle was 74.05 with classical learning completeness was 62.5%. Next, the result of students’ learning outcomes at the 2nd cycleincreased up to 79.25 with classical learning completeness was 72.5%, and at the 3rd cycle, it went up to 82.25 with classicallearning completeness was 80%.
