Abstract

The drastically development in science and technology in the area of electronics, computer and informatics enable people to develop multimedia application including learning media. This paperdiscusses research had been done on development of Adobe Flash CS6 learning media forJavanese alphabet and language. The aim of the research is to design and develop the learningmedia and test its performance. The developed application has useful features to improve student’sunderstanding such as description, animation of how to write Javanese alphabet, sound applicationhow to read Javanese alphabet, sample how to write sentence using Javanese alphabet and quiz.The application program had been tested on diferent computers and also tested for Javaneseteachers and elementary school students. The results showed that the application program wasable to work very well in diferent devices and most respondents, in general, said that theapplication program is satisfying to be used in the Javanese learning for elementary student.Key words: Multimedia, Adobe Flash CS6, Javanese language learning, aksara Jawa

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of the research were to determine the effect of learning models on mathematics achievement viewed from anxiety mathematics learning. The learning models compared were direct, PBL with scientific approach, and DL with scientific approach. This was quasi-experimental research with 3x3 factorial design. The population were all students of Junior High School in Banyumas. The samples are the students of SMPN 1 Patikraja, SMPN 2 Patikraja, and SMPN 2 Kalibagor, taken by using stratified cluster random sampling technique. The instruments used were mathematics achievement test and anxiety mathematics learning. The data analysis technique used unbalanced two ways anova. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded as follows. (1) The students receiving PBL with scientific approach to DL with scientific approach achievement than those receiving direct learning model. The students receiving PBL with scientific approach and DL with scientific approach had the same learning outcome. (2) Students with lower levels of mathematics anxiety learning had better learning outcome than students with medium and high anxiety level. Students’ learning anxiety level on math was better in their learning outcome than students with high levels of learning anxiety mathematics. (3) In each group, the anxiety level of students learning mathematics, learning model PBL with scientific approach and learning model DL with scientific approach provides better performance than direct learning model, learning model PBL with scientific approach produces the same learning outcome with learning model DL with scientific approach. (4) In each of the learning model, students with lower levels of anxiety level of mathematics learning outcome had better math outcome than students with medium and high math anxiety level learning, students learn math anxiety levels were to have better learning outcome than students with high levels of anxiety learn mathematics.Keywords: Direct learning model, PBL learning model with scientific approach, DL learning model with scientific approach, Math Anxiety Learning

Abstract

These community service activities program is a complete infrastructure ofteaching and learning activities like computer device, gives additional knowledgeand skills for teachers and students in computer field and use of simple applicationprograms so they can complete task or job use computer facilities and be motivatedto always follow the developments and advances in information technology, andencourage other parties to participate to provide assistance for other physical facilities. The problem faced by Islamic Elementary School Muhammadiyah and Islamic Elementary School Sraten Al Islam 2 Ngesrep Ngemplak Boyolali (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sraten and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Islam 2 Ngesrep Ngemplak Boyolali ) is the absence of computers as a learning tool so that needs help and assistance are in the form of some form of computer training. Because of the availability of a number of computers that are not used in the Department of Architecture, Digital Architecture Laboratory FT-UMS and the availability of skilled human resource in the field of computers and training programs, so community service activities be held is in the form of computer assistance and training to Islamic Elementary School (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ) teachers and students. Results of the Community Service activity is the availability of facilities or learning tool are in the form of computers and knowledge from training activities so its help teachers and students to know, study simple application program, and continue to develop skills independently through these facilities.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin maju, didukungdengan jaringan internet yang semakin sering digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta pentingnya komunikasi dalam sebuah lingkungan pemerintahan, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis membangun infrastruktur jaringan Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Boyolali (OPD Boyolali) menggunakan Server Elastix. Teknologi ini mampu menyediakan komunikasi yang berjalan pada jaringan internet yang tentunya lebih hemat jika dibandingkan harus menggunakan operator telepon ataupun berlangganan jasa telepon rumah. Hasil penelitian ini berupa jaringan VoIP yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh OPD Boyolali. Hasil pengujian yang lakukan menggunakan aplikasi Wireshark menunjukkan bahwa jaringan VoIP ini memiliki kualitas yang bagus, sehingga komunikasi yang berlangsung dapat berjalan denganlancar

Abstract

Salah satu bagian sistem tenaga listrik yang penting tapi kurang diperhatikanperawatannya adalah transformator, terutama pada bagian kabel transformator/trafo. Di Indonesia, pengecekan suhu kabel trafo masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terusmenerus, sehingga diperlukan alat yang dapat memantau secara continue dan realtime. Pemonitor suhu ini dapat mengetahui suhu kabel trafo di tiap fasanya, misalnya pada Gardu Induk PLN (Pembangkit Listrik Negara). Sensor suhu yang digunakan adalah DHT22. Hasil pembacaan sensor diproses oleh arduino UNO R3, sehingga tampil di LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), selanjutya dikirim dengan SMS (Short Message Service) menggunakan modul SIM800L ke smartphone. Jika suhu kabel trafo kurang dari 40.00 0C, maka trafo dalam keadaan normal dan indikator LED hijau menyala. Jika suhu melebihi nilai tersebut, maka indikator LED merah dan buzzer menyala. Pada keadaan berlebih arduino akan mengirimkan pesan yang berisi informasi suhu tiap fasanya ke petugas. Walaupun tidak sedang di lapangan untuk memonitor, namun petugas dapat mengetahui suhu berlebih dan segera melakukan tindakan. Hasil monitoring suhu akan ditampilkan pada LCD 16x2 dan selanjutnya ditampilkan ke smartphone berupa pesan teks

Abstract

Teknologi merupakan aspek yang sangat penting di era modernisasi ini, hampir disetiap lini kehidupan memerlukan bantuan teknologi untuk mempermudah pekerjaan. Melalui teknologi, hampir setiap informasi diseluruh dunia dapat diakses dengan mudah dan cepat. Informasi yang didapat tidak hanya sekedar berbentuk tulisan saja, namun dapat juga dalam bentuk lain seperti foto atau gambar. Salah satu jenis teknologi foto yaitu foto Virtual Reality (VR) 360 derajat, seseorang dapat merasakan seolah-olah ada di dunia nyata melalui teknologi ini. Penulismenggunakan teknologi ini untuk memperkenalkan Fakultas Komunikasi dan Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (FKI UMS) kepada mahasiswa yang benar-benar belum mengetahui tempat-tempat yang ada di fakultas mereka sendiri. Penulis membuat aplikasi ini sebagai media interaktif dengan menambahkan suara narasi, mode VR, denah lantai, dan fitur lainnya. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dibuat dengan 2 aplikasi utama yaitu Kolor AutoPano Gigadan Kolor Panotour Giga serta aplikasi pendukung lainnya. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Luther Sutopo, metode ini memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu Konsep, Desain, Pengumpulan Data, Pembuatan, Pengujian, dan Distribusi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kepada mahasiswa/mahasiswi FKI UMS dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata sebanyak 86,89% responden menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat bermanfaat dan membantu mengenal lebih dalam tentangFKI UMS

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur?an (TPQ) merupakan tempat pendidikan informal yang mengajarkan nilai-nilai agama Islam yang bertumpu pada Al-Qur?an dan Al Hadits sebagai pembelajaran yang utama, serta membimbing santri menjadi muslim yang taat beragama. Salah satu TPQ yang ada di Kartasura yaitu TPQ Al-Fadhillah, merupakan salah satu TPQ yang membutuhkan website sekaligus e-learning. Website TPQ Al-Fadhillah diharapkan bisa memudahkan dalam berkomunikasi serta mencari dan mendapat informasi. Sedangkan e-learning sebagai solusi untuk memberikan suasana pembelajaran yang berbeda dan menarik serta proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih mudah diikuti karena ada pembelajaran materinya. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memberikan cara belajar baru dan mengenal teknologi kepada santri khususnya di TPQ Al-Fadhillah. Rancang bangun website sederhana dilengkapi dengan PHP dan MySQL, Microsoft Windows 7, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Mozilla Firefox untuk menampilkan hasil sistemnya, serta Macromedia Flash untuk membuat tampilan e-learning menjadi lebih menarik. Adanya situs website dan e-learning pada TPQ Al-Fadhillah diharapkan dapat membantu dan memudahkan pengurus dalam mengelola TPQ Al-Fadhillah, baik dari data pengajar, santri, jadwal pelajaran, dan materi pelajarannya serta e-learning yang dapat membantu proses belajar mengajarnya.

Abstract

Kesehatan jantung merupakan investasi jangka panjang untuk keberlangsungan hidup. Oleh karena itu untuk mewujudkan jantung sehat dan terhindar dari penyakit kardiovaskular ini, dibuatlah sebuah inovasi alat prototipe monitoring kesehatan jantung dengan sistem online. Sistem monitoring ini mengkombinasikan antara sistem pakar VCIRS (Variable  Centered  Intelligence  Rule  System ), pengukuran detak jantung BPM (beat per minute), dan IoT (Internet of Things) yang bertujuan untuk memonitoring kesehatan jantung dan mendeteksi penyakit jantung secara dini serta dilakukan mandiri. Keluaran dari sistem ini adalah pernyataan bahwa pengguna dalam kondisi jantung sehat atau menderita gejala penyakit jantung kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisa dari pengguna dengan memilih gejala sesuai yang form yang disediakan. Berdasarkan pengujian dan analisa sistem bahwa prototipe alat monitoring kesehatan jantung telah mampu menganalisa serta berjalan dengan baik. Hasil dari analisa alat ini dapat dilihat secara online di situs website.
