Abstract

Study abaout relocation has effect on all stakeholders (stakeholders), where the greatest feeling the effects of the relocation to the merchant. With the change to a market location Dinoyo Merjosari much effect on the economic performance of traders. This study aims to determine impact relocation of the market Dinoyo to Merjosari for behavior merchant expectly performance trade. The survey results revealed that the economic performance of traders indicated by five (5) indicators of operating hours, quality merchandise, merchandise quantity, position shanties, and the ease of reaching the location. From 5 indicators, there are only 4 indicators were changed due to market movement of the market Dinoyo Merjosari is operating hours, quantity, position place to sell in market and reaching the location. The amendment then became the main cause of deterioration due to the economic capacity of traders drive up the cost and decrease turnover.Keywords: Impact Movement Location, Merchant Behavior

Abstract

The new institutional economics paradigm, qualitative-interpretive paradigm, case study strategy, and narrative interviewing were applied in this research in reconstructing conceptually and theoretically how the existence and roles of social capital within the context of the dynamics of SILOW (Sentra Industri Logam Waru) development since its beginning through the development of ASPILOW (Asosiasi Pengusaha Industri Logam Waru). Four distinct social capital perspectives and MBCA (Mutually Beneficial Collective Action are used as two proxies in reconstructing the existence and roles of social capital on the dynamics of SILOW development. Based on analytical reconstruction found that structurally and cognitively the existence and roles of social capital contribute significantly to the industry development of SILOW in five phases: the embryo of blacksmith center, the blacksmith center, the metal works center (SILOW), the SILOW-Synergy I, and the SILOW-Synergy II.

Abstract

Since the introduction of the dualistic labor market by Arthur W. Lewis in the 1954, the dualism hypothesis in the segmentation of labor market is still controversy and the impact of minimum wage policy only directly positive to the highly skilled and productive workers - the best workers. Abstract

Cognitive ability is a behavior that emphasizes the intellectual aspects, aswell as the knowledge, understanding, and the thinking of students inlearning. To measure the cognitive abilities of students using text reading,the study raced on Revised Blooms Taxonomy. The purpose of this studywas to determine the level of students cognitive abilities as measured bytests such as reading texts give the economy and about the description.This research uses a qualitative approach research with descriptivephenomenology. The subjects were students of class XI IPSK3 SMAN 10Malang totaling 29 students. Data collection techniques used in this studyinclude observation, testing, documentation and assessment rubrics.Meanwhile, data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion. Based on the survey results revealed that out of 29 studentswho take cognitive tests found 29 students who were able to reach a stageof cognitive ability at level C1, C2, and C3. Of the 29 students who takecognitive tests were seven students were able to achieve levels of C4 areanalyzed, four students on the test 1 that the reading "of the economy inIndonesia is not inferior to other States" and three students on test 2 on thereading "of fuel in one direction". It also happens to students who aredifferent. Of the 29 students who take cognitive tests there are studentswho are able reach stage is to evaluate the C5 and C6 are creating. Fromthese results, it can be conclusion that the cognitive abilities of students inreading texts economy reached an average level of C3 that apply.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v10i12017p038

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to describe some of the things that include student difficulties in understanding the Economics subject and efforts to overcome the problems for the tenth grade students of Social Studies 1 at SMA Islam Kepanjen. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Checking the validity of data use a tringulation. Based on the analysis of data obtained in the study area, it obtained 4 following conclusions: (1) students’ difficulty in understanding the Economics material is only on the material of SHU (Business Profits) calculation. (2) the cause of the students’ difficulties in understanding the economy material is influenced by several reasons such as: first, the lack of interest of students to study Economics. Second, students do not have books or text books to support economic study, which owned only the record books. Third, students are burdened with too much school work, so that students find it hard to learn and eventually lazy to learn Economic. Fourth, students are less able to understand the material surrounding Economic existing calculation formula, such as the material count of Business (SHU). Fifth, the potential intelligence of students who have difficulty in understanding the material is included in the category Economy average down. Students who are potential intelligence belonging to the low could be difficulty in learning the material calculating, especially if the count was a lot.; (3) the efforts of students in overcoming the difficulty in understanding the Economic subject to study in groups with class mates who are more familiar and ask for help or ask the teacher a field of study that described the material back and taught the ways of solving problems calculating the SHU; (4) the efforts of teachers in overcoming the students’ difficulties in understanding the Economics subject is first, by giving assistance during the process of learning in the classroom is the teacher explains the return of material that has not been understood by the students because it can help students to learn the material, and so students can finish practice questions that had been given. Second, teachers also provide motivation during the learning process in the classroom by way of gift giving. Giving gifts is done so that students are more eager to learn Economics, so that students can take pleasure in learning in the classroom.

Abstract

Economic efficiency can be interpreted as a measure of the level of resource use in a process. More efficient / less use of resources then the process is said to be more efficient Decision-making is an encouragement both from within and from outside oneself to do activities. The study was performed by students who incidentally got learning about resource utilization, this study uses qualitative research method with phenomenological approach. The results of this study that most students have a pattern of behavior where the economy is good enough in ten respondents selected randomly discovered that three of them have economic efficiency is quite complete. Knowledge includes the value of goods and the priorities in his life; Budgeting, saving and how to manage money; taking a decision to buy goods; The basics of investment; Utilization of shopping and comparing products.Efisiensi ekonomi dapat diartikan  sebagai ukuran tingkat penggunaan sumber daya dalam suatu proses. Semakin hemat/sedikit penggunaan sumber daya, maka prosesnya dikatakan semakin efisien. Pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu dorongan dari dalam maupun dari luar diri seseorang untuk melakukan aktivitas.Penelitian ini dilakukan mahasiswa yang notabene mendapat pembelajaran tentang pemanfaatan sumber daya, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan mahasiswa memiliki pola perilaku ekonomi yang cukup baik dimana dari sepuluh responden yang dipilih secara acak ditemukan bahwa tiga di antaranya memiliki efisiensi ekonomi yang terbilang cukup lengkap, meliputi pengetahuan nilai suatu barang dan skala prioritas dalam hidupnya; penganggaran, tabungan dan bagaimana mengelola uang; mengambil keputusan dalam membeli barang; dasar-dasar investasi; pemanfaatan dari belanja dan membandingkan produk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: (1) Know the process of students in the learning economy. (2) Determine the efforts of students to improve students critical thinking skills on economic subjects. (3) Know the teachers efforts in motivating students to think critically on economic subjects. The research results have been obtained in the field said that the students of class XI IPS in SMAN 5 Malang and in high school Malang Panjura have critical thinking skills are diverse and differ in the learning process in schools, especially in economy class learning. The results of the interview obtained the opinion that the students critical thinking skills are the attitudes of students in thinking reflex that responds to the subject matter of economics. for something that is not as usual, not in general, and not as routine. It means that something is not the same and the addition of new innovations to show its creativity.Tujuan penelitan ini adalah (1) mengetahui proses belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi; (2) mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi; (3) mengetahui usaha guru dalam memberikan motivasi siswa untuk mampu berpikir kritis pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh di lapangan menyebutkan bahwa siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 5 Malang maupun di SMA Panjura Malang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang berbeda dalam proses pembelajaran Ekonomi di sekolah, khususnya dalam pembelajaran kelas. Hasil wawancara diperoleh pendapat bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa adalah sikap siswa dalam berpikir secara reflek yang merespon materi pelajaran Ekonomi, untuk sesuatu yang tidak seperti biasa, tidak pada umumnya, dan tidak seperti rutinitas. Maksudnya bahwa sesuatu yang tidak sama dan adanya tambahan inovasi baru menunjukkan kreativitas.

Abstract

This research is a development that is in optimizing the learning resources inherent in the economy high school students. There are many learning resources that can be used for the students but the students and teacher in particular are not able to maximize the learning economy. This is a problem in this study. This research method using the Design Based Research (DBR), the results obtained are of validator experts, practitioners, and students also declared valid and can be developed. Results are conducted at the high school level is Public Senior High School in Tumpang, Malang. The response of students in learning also showed good results and inspire.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan, yaitu dalam mengoptimalisasi sumber belajar ekonomi yang melekat pada siswa di SMA. Terdapat banyak sumber belajar yang dapat digunakan untuk siswa namun siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran khususnya adalah pembelajaran ekonomi belum dapat memaksimalkan. Hal tersebut menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Based Research (DBR), hasil yang didapatkan yaitu dari validator ahli, praktisi, dan siswa menyatakan valid dan dapat dikembangkan. Hasil tersebut dilakukan di tingkat SMA, yaitu SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang. Tanggapan siswa dalam pembelajaran juga menunjukkan hasil yang baik dan menginspirasi.
