Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran NHT dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan IPA T.A. 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus berisi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian antara lain lembar observasi dosen, lembar observasi siswa, tes hasil belajar dan angket keaktifan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan keaktifan. Pada diskusi siklus I ada 52,5% siswa aktif dan pada diskusi terakhir siklus II ada 90,8% siswa aktif. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat 15,3 poin, dari 63,2 menjadi 78,5.
Synthesis and memory effect’s study of Zn-Al Layered Double Hydroxides (LDH) containing nitrite anion had been performed. Zn-Al-NO3 LDH were synthesized by coprecipitating and hydrothermal methods with molar ratio of Zn:Al of 3:1. The conversion of Zn-Al-NO3 LDH to corresponding mixed metal oxide were carried out by heating Zn-Al-NO3 LDH at 400º C for 2 hours. The reconstruction of Zn-Al-NO3 LDH were carried out by reacting the mixed metal oxide with solution of sodium nitrate 0,01 mol.Zn0.702Al0.298(OH)2(NO3)0.298.1.882H2O were synthesized. Its mixed metal oxide were made. The results of XRD and FTIR analyses showed that Zn-Al-NO3 LDH could be reconstructed after calcination. This work may enable to recycle and reuse of LDHs after the structure damaged.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh metode learning cycle dan inkuiri terbimbing terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa (2) Pengaruh pemahaman metode ilmiah tinggi dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertipe kuasi eksperimen. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada program studi Pendidikan IPA FKIP UST semester 1 tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk prestasi belajar dan pemahaman metode ilmiah menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tidak sama (ANOVA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Tidak ada pengaruh pembelajaran dengan metode learning cycle dan inkuiri terbimbing terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa (p=0.057) (2) Ada pengaruh pemahaman metode ilmiahÂ rendah dan tinggi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa (p=0.000).
This research is descriptively aimed to know the category of science achievement of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Glagah Yogyakarta in academic year 2017/2018 whose learning using quantum teaching model and direct instruction model. Comparatively to know the difference of science achievement of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Glagah Yogyakarta in the academic year 2017/2018 between learning using quantum teaching model and direct instruction model. This type of research is quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. Techniques of collecting data using tests and documentation. The data analysis technique was calculated by using the t-test after the prerequisite analysis test which included the test of distribution normality and variance homogeneity test. Descriptively research show the category of science achievement of fourth grade students of SD Glagah Yogyakarta in the academic year of 2017/2018 whose learning using the quantum teaching model obtained the average of 19,308 including the high category and learning using the direct instruction model obtained the average of 16,077 including the high category. In t-test obtained thitung = 2,398 with p = 0,020, because p=0,05 mean there is a significant difference in science achievement of fourth grades of SD Negeri Glagah Yogyakarta in academic year 2017/2018 between learning using quantum teaching model and direct instruction model. The average score of quantum teaching model is higher than the average score of direct instruction model. It means there is a positive and significant influence of quantum teaching model on the science achievement of fourth grades SD Negeri Glagah Yogyakarta in the academic year 2017/2018.
The objective of this study was to improve studentsâ activity and science learning achievement Â at VIII B grade students through a learning model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) in SMP N 4 Banguntapan Bantul in academic year 2014/2015. This study belongs to Classroom Action Research (CAR). Observation, test, and documentation were used to gather the data in this study. The results of the study showed that after implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model at VIII B class in SMP N 4 Banguntapan Bantul, studentsâ activity and learning achievement increased. It was shown by the increase of studentsâ percentage in observation sheets in each cycle. It is proven by the enhancement of average percentage of student liveliness observation worksheet for each cycle; the average of activity indicator in cycle 1 is 70,37%. It increased 20,98% to 91,35% in cycle 2. The average learning outcomes of science in pre-action was 52,1 increased to 56,64 in cycles 1 and 81,28 in cycle 2. The numbers of student that passed the passing grade in the pre-action were 6 students with a percentage of 22,22%. In cycles 1, it increasesd to 48,15% with 13 students passed the passing grade and it becqmee 85,19% in cycles 2 with 23 students. Based on the result of research conducted, the researcher advices science teacher to apply peer teaching as a variation of the learning model.
This research has been done to know how STAD as a model of study could increase activity and achievement the students of natural science education department on 2010/2011 of academic year and also to know the statement according to the model. This research was begun on observing class condition to identify problems. This was a class action research which had cycles to improve class condition. Each cycle was consist of planning, doing and observing, reflecting. Planning action used STAD model. The model included announcing modelâs aim, studying collegeâs topics, grouping, tasking of groups, individual evaluating and rewarding the winner group. The winner was the most of points. Total points were equals of discuss point and average of total individual evaluating points in group. The instruments of this research were lecture-observing papers, students-observing papers, evaluating papers and statements papers.The researchâs result showed increasing of studentsâ activity. At first discussion on first cycles, there were 38.7% students active, at last discussion on second cycles there were 90.3% students active. Average of studentsâ achievement has increased 20.6 points, i.e. from 61.8 to 82.4. According to the studentsâ statements of model showed that they liked STAD because they could get the topics easier and improve studentsâ activity by making life-class in order to increase achievement.
The objective of this study was to improve studentsâ creativity and science learning outcome at VIII C grade students through a learning experiment method in MTs N Maguwoharjo in academic year 2014/2015. This study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Observation, test, field notes, questionnaire and documentation were used to gather the data in this study. The results of the study showed that after implementing the experiment method at VIII C class in MTs N Maguwoharjo, the studentsâ creativity and science learning outcome increased. In pra cycles, the average of the creativity indicator was 49,66%. In the first cycles increased 13,03% became 62,66% and increased to 18,71% became 81,40% in the second cycles. The science-learning outcome increased from 56,97, before the treatment to 66,03 in the first cycles, and became 77 in the second cycles. The number of students who passed the passing grade before the treatment were only 10 students or 31,25%. In first cycles, there were 16 students or 50,00% who passed the passing grade, and there were 25 students or 78,13% in the second cycle.
The purpose of this research is to know tendency facilities, environment, and result learning of IPA. In a correlative to know relationship facilities, environment, and result learning of IPA, both do together and alone. This research is correlative descriptive especially ex-post facto. Data collecting technique used questionnaire, documentation, and test. Data analyzing technique used double regression analysis, two predictors and then partial correlation. Prerequisite experiment analysis includes normality experiment of propagation and linearity relationship. The sample is all of the population and used population study technique. It can be shown the tendency of facilities and environment of learning is in the high category. The tendency of learning result of IPA is in the very high category. Correlatively is found value of Fcount = 48,922 > with p= 0,05. It means that there is a positive relationship that very significant between facilities and environments learning and result of learning IPA grade of VIII SMP Taman Dewasa in all Kecamatan Umbulharjo Yogyakarta 2015/2016, both do together and alone. Effective contribution from two predictors is 67.14%, learning facilities are 15.95% and learning environment is 51.19%.
This study descriptively aims to determine the tendency of science learning achievement and the critical thinking skill of students who were thought using concept maps and direct instruction models. Comparatively to know the difference of science learning VII grade students of SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta were learned using concept map and direct instruction achievement model viewed from critical thinking skill. The research is a quasi experiment. The data were collected by documentation, test, and questionnaire. Comparatively, there is a significant difference of science learning achievement between learning using concept maps and direct instruction model. The average score of science learning achievement and critical thinking skills using concept maps is higher than the direct instruction model, so there is an effect of using concept maps on science learning achievement based on students critical thinking skills VII grade students of SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta.
The purpose of this research was to increase the activeness and result of science learning through cooperative learning model with type Two Stay Two Stray at class D seventh grade studentâs on odd semester of MTs N Maguwoharjo in year 2014/2015. The kind of this research was Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were class D seventh grade students of MTs N Maguwoharjo which amount to 33 students. The object of this research was the activeness and result of science learning through cooperative learning model with type Two Stay Two Stray. The data collection tecnique of this study was conducted by observation, field note, tests and documentation. The result of this study showed that, the studentâs activeness and result of science learning have increased. This was indicated by the percentage of the activeness before the model conducted amount to 46,63% become 69,77% on first cycle and increased more as 85,15% on second cycle. The students learning result also have increased. The averageÂ of students grade from the first grade as 62,35 on the students (36,36%) that fullfilles KKM increased to 67,42 on 22 students (66,7%) that fullfilles KKM on first cycle. Where as on second cycle the average of students grade increased to 80,24 on 25 studentâs (75,76%) that fullfilled KKM.
