Abstract

What we see when studying the subject that is being done by the subject teachers ofhistory in the classroom. Classroom atmosphere during history lessons are generally less encouraging,students look sultry and restless (Haikal, 1989). This situation shows that the less favored historicalsubjects and boring students (Isjoni, 2006). Learning the history of which only emphasizes the pastwith lead students bored and lack of interest in history lessons (Gunning, 1978). Conditions ofsubject teachers of history which mostly still not optimal, even still many who have not been ableto take advantage of advances in technology or in other words still stutter technology (Gatek).Problem formulation is: How where the availability of facilities and prarana, the principal policyto support, education and training has gained teacher and factors that constrain teachers in theuse of information and communication technology in teaching high school history Pekanbaru. Thepurpose of this study is: To determine the extent of availability of facilities and prarana, the principalpolicy to support, education and training of teachers who have acquired the necessary skills andconstraints of teachers in the use of information and communication technology in teaching highschool history Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is: To determine the extent of availability offacilities and prarana, the principal policy to support, education and training of teachers who haveacquired the necessary skills and constraints of teachers in the use of information and communicationtechnology in teaching high school history Pekanbaru.The location and time of study. The locationwas chosen in this study is the city of Pekanbaru. When the study was conducted for 4 (four)months. The population of this study are all high school teachers who care for high school historycourses at public and private city of Pekanbaru. Samples taken as many as three SMA and threeprivate high school. Pekanbaru City some 14 teachers as respondents, with details: SMAN 5 totaling3 teachers, totaling 3 SMAN 9 teachers, SMAN 11 numbered 2 teachers, high school teachersHandayani numbered 2, SMA PGRI numbered 2 teachers, high school Tri Bakti numbered 2 teachers.Data collection techniques used in this study, such as: (1) observation, (2). Interview, (3)library;(4) Questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using qualitative analysis. From the dataanalysis it can be concluded as follows: (1) Not all teachers use of ICT in teaching History (2) aproportion of the principal has been supporting the use of ICT by teachers in teaching high schoolhistory City Pekanbaru, (3) a proportion of the teachers have received training on ICT. Teachersfelt that ICT can improve the ability of teachers both in PBM and student learning outcomes, (4)Availability of hard ware and sof ware is still limited, the age factor, not confident, doubt and fearKeywords: information and communication technology, the teacher and the teaching of history

Abstract

The problem is, how teachers’ understanding of the SBC in history lessons in classXI IPS SMA Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, and readiness to implement SBC history teacher in highschool Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. Nonetheless, for those who are not ready to use the model SBCmade MONE or developed by other schools, and adapt to the characteristics of each school, butwe also need to know the nature of the SBC.Formulation of the problem in order to study more clearly. based on the background of theproblem and disclosure issues noted above, the issues discussed in this research is “How DescriptiveStudy of SBC in subjects at high school history Nurul Falah Pekanbaru City”.Keywords: Implementation of the SBC, subject teachers of history.

Abstract

Abstract: The institution of a certain administration of an area is always needed in order to achieve good governance and provide services for people’s welfare in accordance with the ability of each area for its growth and development process. Every region in the world has its own history in terms of the establishment process, area naming and the development of the area which make it unique. This also happened in Tebo Regency in Jambi Province, which is an area that instituted in the reformation period. The purpose of this research is to discover the division history of Tebo regency, to know past trips Tebo Regency before it become regency in 1999, to know background the division of Tebo Regency, to know early condition after becoming regency and to know supporting and hindering factors of the division process Tebo Regency in Jambi Province. The method used in this research is the historical method, where data were collected through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The location of the research is in Tebo Regency in Province Jambi. The time of research is spanned from the proposal seminar up to thesis seminar. The results show Tebo Regency has a long history background. The area has occupied before The Dutch colony entered this area. In 1906 The Dutch colony began to set the it to be Afdeeling area of Dutch East Indies Government. The division process of Tebo Regency got positive response from local government and received a magnitude of public aspiration for institution of Tebo area to be regency. The processes finally get the results with the enactment law No. 54 of 1999 about formation of Sarolangun Regency, Tebo Regency, Muaro Jambi Regency and East Tanjung Jabung Regency. Abstract

Abstract: The term "fortress" reminds us of a context of defense and warfare, especially in the past. The castle belongs to a historic building because it reminds us of the Indonesian peoples struggle against the colonials before independence. Fortresses in Indonesia are generally built during the Dutch colonial period. One of the fortress that still stands today is Dutch Fortress in Benteng Hulu Village, Mempura Subdistrict, Siak District. The fort is estimated to stand around the 1800s or the late 18th century. This fort is a complex of buildings that formerly served as a refuge and defense for the Dutch soldiers. In this fortress there are various buildings that among others serve as a prison, dormitory, office, arsenal, and others. The architecture of this Dutch fortress is European, with small rooms for weapons storage, prison space, meeting rooms and office space. Nowadays, this fortress is left untouched without proper use, therefore now the fort is much damaged and some even collapsed. Government efforts are needed to revive this historic building, so that later can be used as one of the Heritage Buildings of the Netherlands in Indonesia generally and in Siak in particular.Keywords: History, Building, Fortress, Netherlands, Benteng Hulu

Abstrak:Thepurpose of this research is (1) to know the level of implementation of the abstinence forbids the maternity malay community in the country?s eastern coast during pregnacy (2) to know the level of incurred in implementation the abstinence forbids the maternity in the eastern coast village at the time of birth (3) to know the level of incurred in implementation the abstinence forbids the maternity in the eastern coast village in the post partum period (4) to know defermine the value conpained behind the eastern coast villiage (5) to know is wheter the malay community in the eastren coast villiages that hold fas to traditional childbirth from year 1992-2011. In this research method qualitative where this matter will give the comlete information so that be of benefit to science. Resulth from this research that the rural communities in the eastren costal distrik Siantan Anambas island in 1992-2011. Although there most certainly no longer wear midwife. In general many people go to the hospital. But, retained the traditional abstinence and held in this case the level of the abstinence forbids the maternity community must continue to be maintained. Aside from being a cultural preservation efforts. A dherence to local costoms is also a rescue effort for mother and baby.Key words : Abstinense Forbids The Maternity Malay Community

Abstract

Abstract: Historiography is to reconstruct past events in a systematic and objective manner to collect, evaluate, verify, and synthesizes the evidence to establish the facts and obtain robust conclusions. The name of Tapung taken from the name of a river that crosses an area and the area was named Tapung as we know today. The purpose of this research is 1) To know the history of Tapung during the Kingdom of Siak 2) To know the history of Tapung during the Dutch colonization 3) To know the history of Tapung on the Japanese colonization 4) To know the history of Tapung during the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence 5) To know the Kasikan village was irrigated by Tapung Kiri River 6) To see the different sides of the Economic and Social Life in the Kasikan village community which was included in Tapung Kiri River flow. In this study using the methods of History (Historical Research) by study and explore values, facts to understand the past. The finding of pass material is using for the present even for the future. This research was conducted in the village of Kasikan, Tapung Hulu sub-district, Kampar. The results showed that the region of Tapung is located upstream of Siak River (Jantan River), Tapung also divided into two region, namely the Regionof Tapung Kanan and Tapung Kiri.Keywords: Kingdom of Siak, Tapung.

Abstract: As a form of running the Obligations and Responsibilities as a Veteran of the Republic of Indonesia, Veterans have several Main Tasks, either individually run (Veteran) or together in a veterans organization (LVRI). The Veterans Organization (LVRI) located in each Region or Province is led by the LVRI Regional Leadership Council, such as the Board of Regional Leaders of Riau Province LVRI today. The Headquarters of Riau Province LVRI established since 1973.
