Abstract

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) merupakan salah satu cara pemeriksaan diagnostik dalam ilmu kedokteran, khususnya radiologi yang menghasilkan gambaran potongan tubuh manusia secara transversal, koronal, sagital dan paraaksial. Keuntungan yang paling penting dari pencitraan magnetic resonance adalah menerapkan teknik non invasif, yang digunakan untuk memvisualisasikan struktur internal dan fungsi terbatas tubuh secara rinci. Namun pada kenyataannya hasil citra yang dihasilkan oleh MRI memiliki dimensi tinggi, sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan pada proses pengklasifikasian gangguan atau kerusakan jaringan otak. Pendekatan yang mungkin dilakukan adalah dengan mengurangi dimensi data sebelum proses klasifikasi tanpa mengurangi arti dari data. Oleh karena itu, dalam makalah ini diajukan penerapan metode gabungan yaitu: Wavelet yang akan digunakan pada proses ekstrasi fitur dan untuk proses reduksi dimensi akan digunakan metode Normalized Compression Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NCMF). Matrik kompresi yang dihasilkan dari proses reduksi selanjutnya akan menjadi input bagi proses klasifikasi menggunakan metode Adaptive Neighborhood Modified Backpropagation (ANMBP). Penelitian ini mampu mengintegrasikan antara teknik ekstrasi fitur, reduksi dimensi serta teknik klasifikasi yang diusulkan, pengujian dengan menggunakan dataset MRI otak yang telah ditetapkan menghasilkan nilai rata – rata 91,25% untuk tingkat keakurasiannya.

Abstract

Searching for a lot of materials are materials which is needed quickly and accurately. are by ranking them. Ranking is one branch of science of information retrieval. Information document search Vector Space Model (VSM). VSM uses the concept which is included in linear algebra is a vector space. Based on the concept that is used, the development of blended learning application uses space vector modeling method as an alternative for students in searching of relavan material toward materials needed, reducing the error level in the return of information and students can achieve goals quickly. Column vector representation is used in the conversion of document input, processing and output. Another concept that is used to determine the proximity between two vectors, are by calculating the angle formed between the two vectors and then it is sequenced from the data which has a large angle of the smallest to the largest of which indicates the sequence data of the ranking from the most relevant to irrelevant. In this study is described about the will produce quality to each document to determine how relevant the document to the query. Quality method which is used in the implementation can be a combination of TF (Term Frequency), IDF (Inverse Document Frequency), and the corresponding normalized input from the user. Index Terms— Content Search, Blended learning, the Vector Space Model.

Abstract

The human voice is a very unique sound wave. That's because every human being has a different kind of sound wave. The fundamental difference in human voice is high the low the sound level associated with the signal from sound waves. The purpose of this research is to know the accuracy result from Fast Fourier Transform and Bayes method in pattern recognition. The Fast Fourier Transform method is used for feature extraction and Bayes method is used to calculate the sound probability value between the train data and test data, then Bayes Method is used to determine the result of the introduction of some previously stored train data. This research was made using Matlab R2016a, by matching the pattern of human sound that has been made before or called train data with new sound pattern or called test data. Testing is done on voice in the database and the voice is not in the database. Test results for voice in the database were 96% for first men and 76% for first women. While testing for voice is not in the database is 46% for second men and 50% for second women

Abstract

Gathering for informations today can be classified as a primary need. Various kinds of activities can be done using technology, especially smartphones, for example, learning, interacting with other people, searching for information, or just for entertainment. There are many kinds of activities and  many variety to access them. So it cannot be done all at once in a practical way, we need a solution to be able to carry out these activities at once with easy access. The above issue is one of the problems which is faced by the University of Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM). In order for learning and getting information can be done at once and easily accessible, then the researcher do research that aims to build applications  Informatics Student Center  (ISC) which is developed by using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) consisting of several phases, such as requirements, planning, iteration initialization, design, implementation, and system testing. ISC applications using the Android operating system, built with the collaboration of the Java language, PHP, and MySQL database. In addition to ease of access, the ISC has some features that academic information, discussion forums, entertainment, and job opportunity. Based on test results, it was concluded that the ISC application can run on Android mobile devices which are tested. Result from this study is the availability of applications supporting learning activities and access information that can be accessed online through the Android mobile devices

Abstract

Perangkat lunak berbasis komponen banyak digunakan pada pengembangan sistem berskala besar dengan cara mengintegrasikan komponen – komponen perangkat lunak  yang ada. Pada proses pengintegrasian komponen sering ditemukan beberapa komponen yang tidak kompatibel dengan sistem baru. Dalam rangka mewujudkan penggunaan kembali komponen secara efektif dan efisien maka perlu dibuat aturan pengukuran (metric) untuk mengetahui  apakah komponen fungsional dan non fungsional telah memenuhi standar untuk digunakan pada sistem  baru. Aturan pengukuran (metric) yang dihasilkan akan diterapkan untuk mengukur  komponen  sehingga komponen yang sudah terstandarisasi  dapat digunakan pada sistem  yang berbeda.  Makalah ini menitikberatkan pada aturan pengukuran (metric) untuk  aspek  usabilitas.  Kunci - Komponen, Kegunaan-ulang, usabilitas dan metric

Abstract

CV. Zoom Computer is a private enterprise engaged in the sale of electronic goods. To resolve this issue Zoom Computer requires a good system and programmed the system to be more effective and efficient so as to optimize profitability. The problem of this study is limited to the design of electronic commercial sales information system with reference to the theories of commercial electronic design. The methodology in the design of electronic commercial sales information system is to implement the framework Waterfall. Using the programming language PHP and MySQL as a database manager application. CV. Zoom Computer using the Sales Information System Electronic Commercial is expected to facilitate the control and processing, the data inventory, purchasing, and sales and better payments so as to reduce the likelihood of potential errors in checking the information obtained will be faster and more accurate as well as a broad range.

Abstract

The game is one of the entertainment media is the choice of children to relieve boredom or just for leisure. This game is not a means of entertainment, but it is a lesson to improve child development. This guessing game played in the form of image display using the following image is not moving so that the game felt static and monotonous. The development of the view of the games that begin to move with color graphics from the original form of dimensional approach. The games that will be made an interactive game. This is an interactive multimedia game with a controller that can be managed by the user, so the user can select any subsequent process of desired remedy, not menoton accompanied by images, sounds and features that attract so this game will be of interest to the game players have a number of criteria one of which is the educational game. Educational game that digital games designed for educational enrichment (support teaching and learning), using interactive multimedia technology and is expected to enhance learning to identify different countries flags. Applications developed flag game that has 10 levels of difficulty depending on each level, using a system based on Android Eclipse indigo are guessing. In the method of randomization flag was linear congruential generator (LCG). Linear congruential generator (LCG) is used to generate random numbers with uniform distribution, in the form of randomization in the state flag, the game design is intended to recognize the various state flag and its benefits for children to practice the logic ( analysis), training capacity spancial (intelligence picture), and the ability to read the game guess the state flag image, for parents like to give attention, accompanying them and monitor the child's development in the game

Abstract

Anak jalanan dan pengangguran menjadi pusat pengamat kesejahteraan sosial untuk menemukan jalan keluarnya. Ini memang ketiadaan sistem pengolahan data yang bisa membantu pengelolaan data sehingga masih banyak anak menganggur dan jalanannya nongkrong. Tujuan penelitian untuk membangun sistem informasi yang mencatat data anak jalanan dan tunawisma. Selain itu,  sistem informasi ini didukung oleh aplikasi berbasis web yang menjadi sarana penerimaan keluhan masyarakat. Aplikasi ini juga memberikan informasi tentang statistik anak jalanan dan tunawisma.
