PENERAPAN METODE SQ3R DAN PERMAINAN STABILO KALIMAT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA DALAM MENYIMPULKAN ISI CERITA ANAK

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas V A SDN Tolengas mengalamikesulitan dalam menentukan ide pokok/ pokok masalah pada tiap paragraf dan membuatsimpulan isi cerita anak. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menentukan tindakan untuk menyelesaikanpermasalahan tersebut dengan menerapkan metode SQ3R dan permainan Stabilo Kalimat.Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus dengan hasil penelitian kinerja guru (perencanaan)siklus I mencapai persentase 95,55%, siklus II 97,77%, dan siklus III 100%. Kinerja guru(pelaksanaan) pada siklus I mencapai 78,94%, siklus II menjadi 85,96% dan pada siklus IIImencapai 100%. Aktivitas siswa yang mencapai interpretasi sangat baik yaitu pada siklus Ienam siswa (28,57%), siklus II 14 siswa (63,63%), dan siklus III 21 siswa (91,3%). Sedangkanhasil belajar siswa yang mencapai KKM pada data awal yaitu empat siswa (17,39%). Setelahdilakukan tindakan mengalami peningkatan menjadi sembilan siswa (42,58%) pada siklus I,siklus II 14 siswa (63,64%), dan siklus III menjadi 21 siswa (91,3%). Dengan demikian, dapatdisimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode SQ3R dan permainan Stabilo Kalimat dapatmeningkatkan kemampuan membaca dalam menyimpulkan isi cerita anak di kelas V A SDNTolengas.

Abstract

Dalam Kurikulum 2006, di Sekolah Dasar, pembelajaran sastra dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa mengapresiasi karya sastra. Kegiatan mengapresiasi sastra berkaitan dengan latihan mempertajam perasaan, penalaran, daya khayal, serta kepekaan terhadap masyarakat, budaya dan lingkungan hidup. Pengembangan kemampuan bersastra di sekolah dasar dilakukan dalam berbagai jenis dan bentuk melalui kegiatan mendengarkan, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Namun dalam Kurikulum 2013, kegiatan bersastra, kurang mendapat porsi yang baik. Padahal pendekatan kurikulum tersebut mengisyaratkan penekanannya pada pengembangan sikap dan budi pekerti, yang tentu saja sastra sebagai bahan yang sangat kaya untuk dijadikan landasan mengasah kepribadian dan budi pekerti mengingat sastra mengandung nilai personal maupun nilai pendidikan yang luar biasa. Hasil analisisKompetensi Dasar pada Permendikbud No 57 Tahun 2014, di kelas I ada teks cerita diri, kelas II cerita narasi dan lirik puisi, di kelas III dongeng, di kelas IV cerita petualangan dan pantun serta syair, di kelas V, fiksi sejarah, hal tersebut tentunya berpengaruh pada isi Buku Guru dan Buku Siswa, yang ternyata memperlihatkan sastra yang tercakup dalam isi buku kurang memadai (sangat kurang), karena isi Buku Guru maupun Buku Siswa, turunan dari Kompetensi Dasar yang sudah dipetakan secara tematik integratif.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data awal yang diperoleh di kelas IVC SDN Sukamaju, siswa mengalami masalah dalam melengkapi cerita rumpang. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan perbaikan dengan penerapan metode ESCO (Estafet Writing and Collaborative Writing) dengan media gambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perencanaan, pelaksanaan, aktivitas siswa, dan tes hasil belajasr dalam melengkapi cerita rumpang dengan menerapkan metode ESCO (Estafet Writing and Collaborative Writing) dengan media gambar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (class action reasearch) dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini tuntas dalam tiga siklus. Hasil belajar siswa pada data awal 16,7%, siklus I 44.4%, siklus II 75%, siklus III 100%. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode ESCO (Estafet Writing and Collaborative Writing) dengan media gambardapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi melengkapi cerita rumpang.Kata Kunci: ESCO (Estafet Writing and Collaborative Writing), media gambar, melengkapi cerita rumpang.

Abstract

The learning of announcement writting using good and proper language with pay attention to the spelling use class IV SDN Darangdan has problems. Seen the results of preliminary data that obtained by the researcher/writer from 20 students, the students who completely reach the KKM only 6 students. Therefore, it needs to be improved from the learning process and learning results. Class action research that conducted by using the TMS method (Thing Match Share), is the method of modified result. The results of teacher planning performance cycle I 88,88%, cycle II 96,29%, cycle III 100%. The performance of implementing/executor teacher cycle I 80,59%, cycle II 90,48%, and cycle III 100%. The activity of students with excellent criteria cycle I 65%, cycle II 75%, and cycle III 85%. The learning result of students cycle I 40%, cycle II 65%, and cycle III 85%. TMS method (Think Match Share) succeed solved the problem.

Abstract

The role of technology, especially information technology in Indonesia in the building society XXI century. Indonesia has begun to enter the stage of the telematics community will certainly have a major impact on all levels of life of the Indonesian nation, especially in children. The emergence of a great revolution throughout the world of children's playground, Internet presence replaces the open airy space for children's play, besides presenting impression's Internet pornography and violence can harm the development of children's personality. Sexual deviance behavior at the level of schooling is quite surprising, of course. This is a challenge for education and should be used as a rationale for the need for innovation in learning. Things into consideration are for this. Sex education in early childhood is considered taboo in society. Guru is one of the determining factors of high and low quality of education has a strategic position in transforming sex education to learners. Therefore, this study tries to analyze how perceptions of teachers on sex education at the primary school level, the research method used is a descriptive method.Keywords: Perception of teachers, sex education, learners in primary schools.

Abstract

The problem research was create a floor according to the instruction heard of students in Class IV SDN Sindang II Academic Year 2016/2017. The purpose research is to increase listening skill on Indonesia language lesson. The method used in this research was calassroom action research, for solving problems by applying the method of landscape architect team using learning media students workbook. Instruments used are observation planning and implementation of teacher interview, students activities, field notes, and test of learning result. Results of the preliminary observation of students who complete up to 9%, cycle I students who complete 36%, cycle II increased to 86% abd cycle III reached 92%. Results of research with applying the method of landscape architect team using learning media students workbook concluded that the improve students learning ability to increase listening skill on Indonesia language lesson.

Abstract

Research was carried out based on the problems that found in a class V SDN Cisalak IV on the matter to determine the main idea. Students have a difficulty in determining the main idea and reading speed of studenrs is still lacking. So the planning of learning are designed in applying the method of DREAP (Drill, Read, Encode, Annotate, Ponder) to solve the problem. The research is a study a class action by using design Kemmis and Taggart. The increase in the in every cycle, the cycle I of students who complete a total of 12 or 44,4%, the cycle II of 17 students or 59% and the cycle III of 24 or %. Trough the applications of methods DREAP can enchance the ability of students in find the main idea of a text read at a speed of 75 words per minute.

Abstract

In 2006 Curriculum, Elementary School, teaching literature is intended to improve students' ability to appreciate literature. Appreciate literary activities related to sharpen drills feeling, reasoning, imagination, and sensitivity to society, culture and the environment. Development ability in elementary school compose done in various types and forms through listening, speaking, reading, and writing. But in Curriculum 2013, compose activities, lack a good portion. Though the curriculum approach suggests the emphasis on the development of attitudes and manners, which of course literature as rich material to be used as the foundation of personality and character hone given literature containing personal values and outstanding educational value. The results of the analysis on the Basic Competence Permendikbud No. 57 Year 2014, in class I no text stories themselves, class II narrative and lyric poetry, in class III fairy tale, in the fourth grade adventure stories and rhymes and poems, in class V, historical fiction, it certainly affect the contents of the Teacher and Student book, which turned out to be covered in the literature showing the contents of the book inadequate ( very weak), because the contents of the Teacher and Student books, derived from the Basic Competence already mapped thematic integrative. Abstract

The fundamental of playing drama with proper pronunciation, intonation and expression at 5th Primary School of SDN Cikoneng I Kecamatan Ganeas Kabupaten Sumedang has not optimal yet. In this case, teacher do not look carefully at right learning methods to their speacking skills. The observation on class with Spiral of Kemmis and Taggart model cover on planning, measure, observation and reflection. This observation is use to figure out how the teachers work on their planning or learning implementation, also studen activity and the output if they use VAKS (Visual, Auditory, Kinestethic, Sugestopedia). There is 40,91% students which is completed on quarter I, 72,73% on quarter II, 95,24% on quarter III. Therefore, there is a progress on the process and the output with the implementation of VAKS on the material lesson of playing drama.

Abstract

Observasi pada siswa kelas V SDN Tegalkalong II Kecamatan Sumedang Utara Kabupaten Sumedang terdapat hasil belajar siswa yang rendah yaitu hanya 8% siswa yang nilainya sudah tuntas dari total jumlah siswa 24. Penyebabnya kinerja guru yang belum maksimal dalam pembelajaran, sehingga hasil belajar siswa harus ditingkatkan. Penerapan metode tari bambu dengan teknik permainan ekspresi wajah dipilih sebagai cara untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Kesimpulan penulisan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan metode tari bambu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca puisi. Tindakan yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus meningkatkan tes hasil belajar siswa, terbukti 92% siswa sudah tuntas dari target yang ditetapkan yaitu 85%. Kinerja guru mencapai target yaitu 100%, dan aktivitas siswa sudah memenuhi target yaitu 87,5% dari target yang ditetapkan 85%. Maka penerapan metode tari bambu dengan teknik permainan ekspresi wajah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi puisi. Kata Kunci : Tari Bambu, Permainan Ekspresi Wajah,  Membaca Puisi.
