Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis study about the development Muslim Boarding School Pembangunan Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dharmasraya (1952-2004). The wole problem in this thesis is about the history, condition, development and the factors that influence of the development of muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung. In generally the purpose of this research is to uncover the education’s development of muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung since 1952 until 2004, mean while the specific purpose is to describe the development of muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung since 1952-2004. The method of this research is the history method which the phases below, heuristic is collectiy the data. Interpretation is master about meaning and interpretation of the information that has collected, then historiografi is writing the  result of the research in scientific writing or thesis. The result of this research is the establisment Muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung motivated by the desire Hj. Rawiyana after she graduated her education in one of the school at Bukittinggi, that is Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah to establish a school that Islamic. The purpose is to help the society to solved the problem in education. In 1952, Muslim Boarding School named Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah with non formal education. In 1966 changed be Islamic of junior high school. In 1969 that establish of PGA, in 1978 PGA changed be MTS and MA and in 1983 establish the institute of Muslim Boarding School Pembangunan Pulau Punjung. In it’s development of muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung, in part of education although in buildings can not separate of help from the religion department, the foundation of Amal bakti Muslim Pancasila, society, and the leader of muslim boarding school. Mean While the leader of muslim boarding school processes and manage so that the education and the buildings of muslim boarding school can run well like a institute of religion education that famous by society. Keywoard: Development, Muslim Boarding School, Pulau Punjung, Dharmasraya

Abstract

Abstract In this journal studied vagueness problem arrangements regarding liability limits in article 65 of law the notary Amendment and limitations of liability for an authentic deed had made in the future. This study uses normative research-juridical and legislative approach, the conceptual approach and interpretation of grammatical and systematic interpretation. The conclusions of this study is Article 65 of  Law Notary Amendment does not specify the limitation of liability notary to the authentic act were made so that the chapter cause haziness norms and In the upcoming time limit liability notary for the deed he made based provisions expired in criminal or civil prosecution. Where the criminal prosecution daluwarsanya time limit is twelve years, while the time limit expired in the civil prosecution is thirty years. Keyword : liability, notary, limitation Abstrak Dalam jurnal ini dikaji masalah ketidakjelasan pengaturan mengenai batas pertanggungjawaban notaris dalam pasal 65 undangundangjabatannotarisperubahan dan limitasi pertanggungjawaban notaris terhadap akta otentik yang dibuatnya di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif-yuridis dan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual serta interpretasi gramatikal dan interpretasi sistematis. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Pasal 65 Undang Undang Jabatan Notaris Perubahan tidak menjelaskan secara spesifik mengenai batas waktu pertanggung jawaban notaris terhadap akta otentik yang dibuatnya sehingga pasal tersebut menyebabkan kekaburan norma dan Di masa yang mendatang batas waktu pertanggungjawaban notaris terhadap akta yang dibuatnya didasarkan ketentuan daluwarsa dalam penuntutan pidana maupun perdata. Dimana dalam penuntutan pidana batas waktu daluwarsanya adalah dua belas tahun sedangkan batas waktu daluwarsa dalam penuntutan perdata adalah tiga puluh tahun.   Kata Kunci : pertanggungjawaban, notaris, limitasi

Abstract

Humans can not be separated from the environment, the environment is very meaningful for the survival of humans and other living things. Environment as a system, a system consists of components that work regularly as a unit. Searching the Koran's terms of the environment, through two approaches, namely the substance approach and the language approach. Of the two approaches, seven words connote the environment in the Koran. The seven words are al-ardh, al-balad, al-qaryah, al-alamin, al-sama ', al-biah, and jaww. Environmental preservation in the Koran is human being as part of the environment, humans as environmental users, and humans as holders of trust in maintaining the environment. The environmental preservation measures are to avoid environmental destruction, reduce lust, prioritize the afterlife than the world, approach political policies, realize the consequences of environmental destruction, maintain the cycle and availability of water, and increase garden and garden lands.

Abstract

Compensation is an important factor for improving the performance of employees. Work environment, either physical or non-physical is also an important variable affecting directly or indirectly against theperformance of employee performance. This research is done by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) test, and SmartPLS application. The research was done by giving questionnaire to 62 permanent teachers in a foundation under religion department, Demak Central Java. In term of considering the number of sample, the writer uses solvin formula with proportional random sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis method is used to analyze compensation impact and work environment towards teachers’ performance. The result of this research shows that there is a significant impact from compensation and the work environment towards teachers’performance with R-square 0,642. It shows that the improvement of compensation and works condition will improve teachers’ performance.Key Words: Compensation, Works Environment, Performance, SPSS.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase children's creativity through drawing activities with geometric shapes. This research was conducted with a total of 16 children. This type of research is in the form of classroom action research (CAR). Data collection techniques are observation and documentation sheets. This study has four components, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, each cycle was carried out in five times. The results of the study were from pre-action and in each cycle showed an increase in children's creativity in drawing with geometric shapes, at pre-action 58.4% increased the first cycle with the results of 67.74% and continued into the second cycle an increase with the result of 81.06%. And in beam building activities, at the pre-action 58.8% there was an increase in the first cycle with the results of 68.58% and continuing to the second cycle an increase with the results of 82.34%.
