Abstract

The purpose of this activity are: (1) to develop a more varieddesigns; (2) develop the capability of finishing techniques; (3) improvementof production management and expand the marketing network. The methodused in this service activity is socialization, training, and mentoring.Through the dedication program has generated forms are more varied guitarproducts. Crafters are able develop designs shapes and finishing with aclassic decorative motifs and abstract. Through the application of finishingtechniques using decorative motifs, crafters also has produced guitars thatare visually more appealing. Efforts to expand the marketing networkcrafting guitars through a media campaign web blog.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence application of Retail System to increase the competency student of Tata Niaga education. Implementing application of Retail System Aplication already applying in Tania Mini Market. The application of retail system in Tania maked by student, almost same with activity in generally mini market. So, this practice activity to give the student competency to arrange and operation the mini market. Finally the student can to competent in work market or to enter retail business. Explanation of this problem is very important in teory or practice that is can to increase and to expand knowledge the student to operations mini market. In practice, application of retail system can to increase process study in laboratorium Tata Niaga education so aims of education can be reached.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pengantar ekonomi dan bisnis pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS).Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, data dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik untuk kebasahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS) dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pengatar ekonomi dan bisnis. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I sebesar 72,58% pada motivasi belajar dan 65% pada hasil belajar, walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai kualifikasi sangat tinggi yaitu 85,60% pada motivasi belajar dan 87% pada hasil belajar.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS) dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pengatar ekonomi dan bisnis kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMk Negeri 1 Surakarta.Kata Kunci: ARCS, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

The aims of this research are to know the existence of (1) positive and significant influence between the Field Experience Program (FEP) and the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (2) positive and significant influence of the Field Experience Program (FEP) on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (3) positive and significant influence of the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013. This research uses quantitative descriptive with correlational method.The populations of this research are all of Economic Education students in the year of 2013 which have finished the Field Experience Program 2016 as many as 180 students consisting of 3 BKK. The sample in this research amounted to 65 students are taken by using proportional random sampling technique. The method used to collect the data is questionnaire and documentation. Those data are analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis.The result of this research shows that (1) F test value obtained Fcount > Ftable (18.765 > 3,15) with p value < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), so that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Field Experience Program (FEP) and the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (2) t test value of the Field Experience Program variable is tcount > ttable (3,957 > 1,999) with p value < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), so that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Field Experience Program on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (3) t test value of the role of Mentor Teacher variable is tcount > ttable (2,049 > 1,999) with p value < 0,05 (0,045 < 0,05), so that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is a positive and significant influence between the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher of the Economic Education students in the year of 2013; (4) the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,377. It means that 37,7% readiness in becoming a teacher of the student are influenced by the Field Experience Program  and the Mentor Teacher’s role. Meanwhile the remaining (62,3%) are influenced by other factors outside in this research. The relative contribution of the Field Experience Program and the role of Mentor Teacher on the readiness in becoming a teacher is 70,47% and 29,53%.

Abstract

The objective of research is to improve the learning activeness and learning outcomes in the subject matter of Introduction to Economics and Business of the students in Grade X of Marketing Department of State Vocational High School 1 of Banyudono in Academic Year 2015/2016 through the application of think pair share teaching combined with power point media. This study used the classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four phases i.e. planning, implementation, observation, and analysis & reflection. Its subjects were 29 students of the aforementioned school. The data of research were collected through (a) in-depth interview, (b) observation, (c) documentation, and (d) test. The application of the think pair share teaching combined with power point media can improve the learning activeness and learning outcomes in the Introduction to Economics and Business subject matter from Pre-cycle to Cycle I and from Cycle I to Cycle II. The percentage of the students’ learning activeness in visual activities is 13.79% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 27.59% in Cycle I and 75.86% in Cycle II respectively; the percentage of the students’ learning activeness in oral activities is 0.00% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 30.79% in Cycle I and 75,86% in Cycle II respectively; the percentage of the students’ learning activeness in writing activities is 0.00% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 58.62% in Cycle I and 82.76% in Cycle II respectively; the percentage of the students’ learning activeness in mental activities is 0.00% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 30.90% in Cycle I and 62.07% in Cycle II respectively; the percentage of the students’ learning activeness in emotional activities is 31.00% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 44.69% in Cycle I and 72.41% in Cycle II respectively. Furthermore, the students’ average score is 73.96 in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 80.73 in Cycle I and 85.28 in Cycle II respectively. Finally, the percentage of the students’ learning completeness is 48.28% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 65.52% in Cycle I and 86.21% in Cycle II.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to understand: (1) the influence of self efficacy and learning facilities on the students’ achievement in the marketing department of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo academic year of 2015/2016, (2) the influence of self efficacy on the students’ achievement in the marketing department of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo academic year of 2015/2016, (3) the influence of learning facilities on the students’ achievement in the marketing department of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo academic year of 2015/2016.This research was a causal associative research with quantitative approach. Population and sample of the research were students in class X and XI in the marketing department of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The samples were chosen through proportional random sampling. Data were collected by means of questionnaire. Try Out was carried out within activities outside of the samples from class X and XI Marketing. Validity result of the questionnaire were valid with high reliability value. Technique of analyzing data used was multiple regression, t test and f test.Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that (1) there was some influence of self efficacy and learning facilities on the students’ achievement in the marketing department of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This was shown by the value of fcalculated > ftable (12.111 > 3.070), (2) there was some influence of self efficacy on the students’ achievement in the marketing department of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This was shown by the value of tcalculated > ttable (1.927 > 1.657) (3) there was some influence of learning facilities on the students’ achievement in the marketing department of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This was shown by the value of tcalculated > ttable (4.129 > 1.657).

Abstract

The objectives of this research to test the influences (1) entrepreneurship-learning toward atittude toward entrepreneurship (2) entrepreneurship-learning toward subjective norm (3) entrepreneurship-learning toward perceived behavioral control (4) entrepreneur-characteristics toward atittude toward entrepreneurship (5) entrepreneur-characteristics toward subjective norm (6) entrepreneur-characteristics toward perceived behavioral control (7) subjective norm toward entrepreneurial interest (8) attitude toward entrepreneurship toward entrepreneurial interest (9) perceived behavioral control toward entrepreneurial interest.This research used quantitative descriptive method. The population of this research wereall XI-grade students in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo which amounts to 356 students. The sample were selected 78 students through proportional random sampling. Data were collected by means of questionnaire. This research were used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).The results showed that: (1) There were a negative and not significant influence between entrepreneurship-learning and attitude toward entrepreneurship  (2) There were a positive and not significant influence between entrepreneurship-learning and subjective norm (3) There were a positive and not significant influence between entrepreneurship-learning and perceived behavioral control (4) There were a positive and significant influence between entrepreneur-characteristics and attitude toward entrepreneurship (5) There were a positive and significant influence between entrepreneur-characteristics and subjective norm (6) There were a positive and significant influence between entrepreneur-characteristics and perceived behavioral control (7) There were a positive and significant influence between attitude toward entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial interest (8) There were a positive and significant influence between  subjective norm and entrepreneurial interest (9) There were a positive and significant influence between  perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out whether or not there was an effect of (1) online marketing learning and self-efficacy factors to the online entrepreneurship interest on XI-grade Marketing skill competency in SMK Negeri Surakarta City; (2) online marketing learning factor to the online entrepreneurship interest on XI-grade Marketing skill competency in SMK Negeri Surakarta City; and (3) self efficacy factor to the online entrepreneurship interest on XI-grade Marketing skill competency in SMK Negeri Surakarta City.The population of research was the students of SMK Negeri Surakarta. The sample consisted of 135 students taken using Isaac and Michael’s formula. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with lottery. This research method used is quantitative method with a descriptive design. Technique of collecting data used was questionnaire. Technique of analyzing data used was a multiple regression. Significance level used in this research was 0.05.The results of research were as follows. Firstly, there was a positive significant effect of online marketing learning and self-efficacy factors on the online entrepreneurship interest of students with the test result of Fstatistic > Ftable  (5.816 > 3.065) at significance level of 0.05 with regression equation Y = 27.345 + 0.189X1 + 0.215X2. Secondly, there was a positive significant effect of online marketing learning factor on the online entrepreneurship interest of students with probability value < 0.05 (0.031 < 0.05) and t­statistic > ttable­ (2.177 > 1.979). Thirdly, there was a positive significant effect of self-efficacy factor on the online entrepreneurship interest of students with probability value < 0.05 (0.024 < 0.05) and t­statistic > ttable­ (2.278 > 1.97). The coefficient of determinacy (R2) was 0.081 or 8.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the use, benefits and constraints of information technology in learning at the departement of Marketing at State Vocational High School 1 Banyudono. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study model. The sampling technique used is non probability purposive sampling with snowball sampling strategies. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and documentation study with data analysis techniques interactive analysis Miles & Huberman. The results showed that the use of information technology in learning at the departement of Marketing at State Vocational High School 1 Banyudono still not optimal, that is merely a computer assisted learning, while other models such as: e-learning, blended learning and distance learning can’t yet be applied.

Abstract

The research is aimed to know whether practical activities in marketing laboratory Tania Mini Market affects the students’ soft skills  of Economic Education of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. This research quantitative research with descriptive methods.  The population and sample in this research is the students of  Economics Education, Teachers Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret Surakarta class of 2012 and 2013. The technique to determine the sampling used is proportional random sampling. The technique to collect the data is by using questionnaire. The try out was done by using the activity outside of the chosen sample which were coming from students of  Economics Education of Sebelas Maret Surakarta class of 2012 and 2013. The result of data validity in the questionnaire of the practice activities in marketing laboratory "Tania Mini Market” was: 18 out of 21 statements were valid with high reliability number. The result of data validity in the questionnaire of the students’ soft skills of Economic education Sebelas Maret University Surakarta was: 11 out of 14 statements were valid with high reliability number. The technique of   analyzing the data is by using simple regression and t test. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that there is effect of practical activities in marketing laboratory Tania Mini Market toward students’ soft skills of Economic Education Sebelas Maret University. It can be seen by the score of tstatistic > ttable 17,959 > 1,98472.
