Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur, yang secara administratif terletak Kecamatan Tajinan tepatnya diDesa Gunung Ronggo. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Desember 2013 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2014. Desain kawasan wisata Pemandian Telaga Jenon ini merupakan wisata alam yang menyuguhkan air sangat bening serta bersumber dari kaki gunung Ronggo. Telaga Jenon dikarenakan belum lengkap maka perlu adanya dengan menembah fasilitas dan utilitas serta melakukan penataan. Masih banyak kekurangan dalam hal fasilitas yang belum tertata dengan baik, sof material maupun hard material oleh karena itu, tempat ini perlu dirancang ulang agar mempunyai daya tarik untuk menata sof material dan hard material sehingga pengunjung telaga jenon aman dan nyaman.Sarana dan prsarana yang kurang memadai dalam memenuhi kebutuhan penunjang, seperti: area parkir yang fungsional, drainase, gazebo, gapura, dan utilitas.Pola penataan vegetasi dan zonasi kawasan kurang sesuai dengan ruang yang ada sehingga tidak memiliki kesan unity. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa wisata pemandian air Telaga jenon sebagai kawasan wisata dan budaya masih memerlukan perancangan ulang (Redesign) untuk memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pengunjung, sehingga pengunjung dapat merasa nyaman dan aman. Agar aspek estetika, kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi pengunjung dapat terpenuhi dan karena keberadaan tapak dipinggiran kota, maka perancangan yang dilakukan haruslah berwawasan lingkungan yaitu keberadaan vegetasi maupun fasilitas yang ada didalam tapak sangatlah penting untuk memberikan daya dukung terhadap lingkungannya. Abstract

Taman Gayam dibangun tahun 1928 di Kelurahan Bareng Kota Malang menempati lahan seluas 12.899m2 dan di beri nama Taman Gayam karena area Taman identik dengan tanaman gayam. Taman Gayam diambil dari nama Pohon Gayam yang dikenal dengan nama latin Inocarpus fagiferus, merupakan tanaman khas Melanesia bagian timur khususnya dari Indonesia. Taman Gayam dibangun sebagai ruang terbuka hiaju (RTH) dan sarana olahraga berupa lapangan sepak bola dan bola voli, tetapi pada kenyataannya taman gayam tidak terawat dan jauh dari kesan estetis, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat konsep perencanaan yang baik pada Taman Gayam. Kajian awal dilakukan dengan mempelajari tinjauan tentang pengertian perencanaan, tahapan perencanaan, unsur desain dan pengertian taman serta ruang terbuka hijau Kota Malang dan Kelurahan Bareng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Taman Gayam Kelurahan Bareng Kota Malang pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2014 dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan alur penelitian menurut gold, (1980) dengan skema perencanaan yang terdiri dari inventarisasi (fisik dan biofisik), analisis (tapak , hambatan dan kesempatan, potensi dan pengembangan), sintesis ( memberikan solusi) serta konsep perencanaan dan site plan sebagai gambar akhir dari perencanaan Taman Gayam. Menurut skema yang dikemukakan oleh gold yang digunakan sebagai alur penelitian, dapat di analisa bahwa taman gayam belum memiliki konsep yang baik sehingga perlunya perencanaan menyeluruh pada taman gayam sehingga gambar akhir yang akan dihasilkan dari perencanaan taman gayam adalah berupa layout atau gambar site plan

Abstract

Each residential area development will have an impact on the environment and surrounding areas, one of which impact traffic. Housing Bulan Terang Utama, a housing unit located in the suburbs, the number of 3,000 units, on a land area of 200 hectares, the housing for the people of middle-prioritized, is also among the middle and above. This housing development should pay attention to road conditions and where the access to housing, so that the capacity of the existing road network will be exceeded, as the number of traffic generation and attraction due to the existence of such housing. This study attempts to assess a housing development Bulan Terang Utama affecting traffic congestion, so as to know how big the impact on roads Ki Ageng Gribig. Currently the traffic impacts that occur as a result of the housing Bulan Terang Utama Key by using comparative data is not affecting the performance of the road itself. The magnitude of the maximum trip generation that occurs is 8.2%, with an average speed of vehicles on the road each Ki Ageng Gribik is 30.449 km / h, the degree of saturation is 1.27 with a traffic volume of 3661.67 SMP / h, the level of service Ki Ageng Gribik road included in the E-class level of service, speed of flow is unstable sometimes stalled, demand is approaching capacity of the road (ie 2089.044). Keywords: Housing, Traffic Impact, Road Service Levels. ABSTRAK Setiap pengembangan kawasan permukiman akan menimbulkan dampak bagi lingkungan dan sekitarnya, salah satunya dampak lalu lintas. Perumahan Bulan Terang Utama, merupakan unit perumahan yang berada pada kawasan pinggir kota, dengan jumlah 3.000 unit, pada lahan seluas 200 hektar, perumahan tersebut diprioritaskan bagi rakyat menengah kebawah, juga kalangan menegah ke atas. Pengembangan perumahan ini harus memperhatikan kondisi dan keberadaan jalan akses ke lokasi perumahan, sehingga kapasitas jaringan jalan yang ada akan terlampaui, seiring dengan pertambahan bangkitan dan tarikan lalu lintas akibat keberadaan perumahan tersebut. Akses jalan dari dan menuju lokasi perumahan Bulan Terang Utama dihubungkan oleh jalan Ki Ageng Gribig, yang merupakan jalan utama, sebagai akses lalu lintas masyarakat sekitar Kecamatan Kedungkandang, dari dan ke tengah kota, sehingga pembangunan kawasan perumahan tersebut membutuhkan akses transportasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengkaji suatu pembangunan perumahan Bulan Terang Utama yang berdampak terhadap kemacetan lalu lintas, sehingga dapat diketahui seberapa besar dampak terhadap ruas jalan Ki Ageng Gribig. Saat ini dampak lalu lintas yang terjadi akibat adanya perumahan Bulan Terang Utama dengan menggunakan data pembanding adalah tidak mempengaruhi dari kinerja jalan itu sendiri. Besarnya bangkitan perjalanan maksimal yang terjadi adalah 8,2 %, dengan kecepatan rata-rata tiap kendaraan pada jalan Ki Ageng Gribik adalah 30,449 km/jam, derajat kejenuhannya adalah 1,27 dengan volume lalu lintas sebesar 3661,67 SMP/jam, tingkat pelayanan jalan Ki Ageng Gribik termasuk dalam tingkat pelayanan jalan kelas E, Arus tidak stabil kecepatan terkadang terhenti, permintaan sudah mendekati kapasitas jalan (yaitu 2089,044). Kata Kunci: Perumahan, Dampak Lalu Lintas, Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Malang is the second major city after the city of Surabaya in East Java with tourist potential and its economy is growing. The activities such as malls, markets, parks, campuses, tourist areas, office activities and other activities are factors that make this street has a solid activity that resulted in the problem - the problem of transport one road congestion resulting in decreased capacity, In the survey or the study used data collection methods with Manual Method Counter at the crossroads Tirto Utomo Tlogomas Landungsari Malang with the purpose of calculating the value of traffic volume, capacity and level of service is to conduct a survey for 14 days (starting from 6:00 pm - 22:00 WIB) and survey data obtained vehicle traffic volume and road geometric data are then analyzed using the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. Abstract

On a thesis is conducting research and testing a red stone against strong press , slide and pull in a pair of red stone that came from three local namely kecamatan Wates the sample, Sanan kulon sub-district , and the kecamatan Srengat all located in the Blitar district . The purpose of experiments in this research is to observe strong destroyed the couple local brick with the volume of a mixture of one part portland cement: 3 of the tide of sand, and observing strong lekatan sliding a pair of bricks with a mixture of the volume of mortar that same with strong destroyed namely 1 part portland cement: 3 of the sand on thesis is conducting research and testing a red stone against strong press, slide and pull in a pair of local red stone that came from three regions in the sample is Wates, Sanan kulon subdistrict , and the kecamatan Srengat all located in the Blitar district. The results of testing strong press a pair of red stone of each region production different , the third in production after the test , a red stone from the production of Wates regions have the power to press the average highest namely by fk = 35 , 67 kg per cm2 .The order of strong press next namely those Sanan kulon of fk = 33,52 kg per cm2 Srengat areas later by fk = 32,20 kg per cm2. Sliding strong performance also show different numbers at each region production bricks from other regions Wates = fcs the average 5.44 kg per cm2, Sanan kulon fcs the average = 4,77 kg per cm2 Srengat areas later fcs an average of = 4,06 kg per cm2. Test shows a strong sliding also different in each region production of bricks from the fcs Wates average = 5.44 kg per cm2 , Sanan kulon fcs average = 4,77 kg per cm2 areas later an average of fcs Srengan = 4,06 kg per cm2 . Abstract

The purpose of research expects the settlement arrangement with high density of the building that It returns the land function as water absorption for water conservation. The study goal knows the percentage of land with buildings and green open space in Malang and it is given the solutions for water conservation. The research method practices socio-economic analysis that it know population growth and economic activity. Analysis of spatial use pattern of experimentation area that It know physical suitability. Space structure analysis finds out residential pattern and spatial optimization, hydrological analysis, mechanical analysis and analysis of vertical housing structure. The results of research were obtained in Malang city in general there are 7.789 hectares of built land (70.77%) and 3.217 hectares of open land (29.23%). Abstract

Disasters in the area of Technical Implementation Unit Office of Turen, especially those caused by water damage requires the prevention and treatment of good and effective. In an effort to manage critical areas and disaster-prone river in the region, especially in the working area, in need of maps and data critical areas and prone to such disasters. The expected result is the availability of critical distribution maps and disaster-prone areas related to water resources in the area of Regional Technical Implementation Unit Turen Malang. The analytical methods used are scoring Analysis disaster-prone areas and analysis of the level of vulnerability and the risk of flooding. Results of research on critical land get there in the districts and sub-districts Poncokusumo Wajak, while the level of vulnerability to flooding obtain flood prone land area of 137.36 km2 and is very prone to flood an area of 3:35 km2.

Abstract

University of Timor is one of the educational institutions located in Central Timor Regency (NTT) and very important role in improving human resources. In this thesis, taking the topic of planning the building on the foundation of the cobwebs. The foundation cobweb is a combination of conventional substructure which is a blend of flat concrete slab foundation constantly filled with soil improvement so that it becomes an integral composite reinforced concrete. These systems are specifically use the land as part of the foundation structure. This study aims to determine the strength of the foundation ksll meet q_a(Raft Foundation) < q_a(Foundations KSLL) and the cost required. The parameters used are from the test results sondir. The analysis starts from determining soil classification and load analysis. Then calculate the bearing capacity of the foundation, the maximum ground voltage, decrease, equivalent thickness, reinforcement dimensions ksll and budget plan (RAB) In University Timor East Timor Regency North. The results of the analysis of the maximum loading of 306.465 tons. Calculation of ground voltage due to the load of the building q = 5.352 tons / m². Calculation of the effective soil pressures (po) = 3.5022 or at 35.022 kn / m². Calculation of reduction / settlement total is 1.99 cm. Abstract
