Abstract

CAMSHIFT algorithm has been widely used in object tracking. CAMSHIFT utilizescolor features as the model object. Thus, original CAMSHIFT may fail when the object color issimilar with the background color. In this study, we propose CAMSHIFT tracker combined withmean-shift segmentation, region growing, and SURF in order to improve the tracking accuracy.The mean-shift segmentation and region growing are applied in object localization phase to extractthe important parts of the object. Hue-distance, saturation, and value are used to calculate theBhattacharyya distance to judge whether the tracked object is lost. Once the object is judged lost,SURF is used to find the lost object, and CAMSHIFT can retrack the object. The Object trackingsystem is built with OpenCV. Some measurements of accuracy have done using frame-basedmetrics. We use datasets BoBoT (Bonn Benchmark on Tracking) to measure accuracy of thesystem. The results demonstrate that CAMSHIFT combined with mean-shift segmentation, regiongrowing, and SURF method has higher accuracy than the previous methods.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja guru (PKG) dapat diartikan sebagai suatu upaya untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pengetahuan, keterampilan, nilai dan sikap guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya, yang ditunjukkan dalam penampilan, perbuatan, dan prestasi kerjanya.  Pendekatan penilaian diantaranya penilaian berfokus pegawai, penilaian berdasar perilaku, penilaian berdasar hasil yang dicapai, penilaian global. Hasil penilaian kinerja dapat digunakan oleh guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas untuk melakukan refleksi terkait dengan tugas dan fungsinya dalam rangka memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat.Tujuan penialaian kinerja kepala sekolah yaitu memperoleh data tentang pelaksanaan tugas pokok, fungsi dan tanggung jawab kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan fungsifungsi manajerial dan supervisi/pengawasan pada sekolah yang dipimpinnya. Aspek yang dinilai dalam penilaian kinerja kepala sekolah mencakup tiga dimensi yakni komitmen terhadap tugas, pelaksanaan tugas, dan hasil kerja. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penilaian kinerja adalah skala penilaian (rating scale).  Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Pendidikan Agama Islam ABSTRACT           Teachers evaluation (PKG) can be interpreted as an attempt to gain an overview of the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes of teachers in carrying out its duties and functions, shown in appearance, actions, and work performance. Valuation approaches including employee-focused assessment, behavior-based assessment, an assessment based on the results achieved, the global assessment. Performance evaluation results can be used by teachers, principals, and supervisors for reflection related to the duties and functions in order to provide services to society. Objective evaluation performance of the principal is to obtain data on the implementation of the basic tasks, functions and responsibilities of principals in carrying out the functions managerial and supervisory / oversight at the school. Aspect considered in the assessment of the performance of the principal includes three dimensions, namely commitment to the task, task execution, and results. Abstract

ABSTRAK Jenis Penelitian  ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, Dalam penelitian ini digunakan dua jenis sumber data, yakni data primer dan data sekunder, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi  (pengamatan), dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil  penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa:  pertama , manajemen boarding  school di SMAN 5 Unggulan Parepare mencakup manajemen komponen-komponen sekolah yang mengatur berbagai jadwal kegiatan, peraturan, fasilitas, sarana prasarana yang dapat membantu memotivasi siswa boarding school untuk belajar dan meningkatkan prestasi mereka baik prestasi akademik maupun prestasi non akademik melalui pembinaan kurikuler yakni pelajaran formal dan pembinaan prestasi unggulan, serta pembinaan ektrakurikuler yakni pengembangan organisasi, pengembangan diri dan pembinaan imtaq. Kedua: Prestasi belajar PAI siswa SMAN 5 Unggulan Parepare tergolong sangat baik di karenakan keseluruhan perolehan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI melebihi KKM yang telah ditetapkan dan senantiasa mengalami peningkatan setiap semesternya. Ketiga: Prestasi belajar PAI siswa dalam hal ini program pembinaan imtaq yakni kultum, ta’lim, pengajian rutin, tilawah, pengembangan baca tulis al-quran dan pengajian hari-hari besar Islam. Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Boarding School, Prestasi PAI ABSTRACT This research is a qualitative research. In this research, there are two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, documentation and interview. The results of this study explain that: firstly, the management of boarding school in SMAN 5 Unggulan Pare-pare includes the management of school components that organize various activity schedules, regulations, facilities, infrastructure that can help motivate boarding school students to learn and improve their achievement in both academic achievement As well as non-academic achievement through curricular coaching that is formal lesson and guidance of superior achievement, as well as extracurricular development that is organization development, self-development and faith and piety  development. Second: Learning achievement of PAI students of SMAN 5 Unggulan Pare-pare classified very well in because the overall acquisition of student learning outcomes on the subjects of PAI exceeds the established KKM and always increase each semester. Third:improve student achievement PAI students in this faith and piety  coaching program that is speech, ta'lim, recitation routine, recitations, development of reading al-quran and recitation days of Islam . Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program tahfidz al-Qur’an di Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah  Gombara Sulawesi Selatan dan mengetahui hasil capaian program pendampingan tahfidz al-Qur’an  di Pesantren Muhammadiyah  Darul Arqam   Gombara Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, metode yang digunakan, yaitu metode dokumentasi dan wawancara.  Adapun populasi dan sampel penelitian ini yaitu: Santri, Pembina, dan direktur Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara Sulawesi Selatan Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Pelaksanaan program pendampingan tahfidz al-Qur’an Pesantren Darul Arqam   Muhammadiyah Gombara Sulawesi Selatan, yaitu: dilaksanakan secara internal pesantren, dilaksanakan dengan kerja sama AMCF dan Pesantren yang ada di Solo. Hasil capaian program pendampingan tahfidz al-Qur’an Pesantren  Darul Arqam   Muhammadiyah Gombara Sulawesi Selatan, yaitu Program Tahfidz Al- Qur’an 30 juz diselesaikan dalam waktu 2 – 3 tahun dengan asumsi 10 juz pertahun (tergantung kepada kemampuan santri) dimana sambil menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan tajwid dan tartil, setiap santri juga mempelajari ilmu aqidah dasar, fiqh harian, sirah (sejarah), adab dan sunna, hadits, nahwu, shorof, tafsir dan terjemah Qur’an. Kata Kunci: Program tahfidz al-Qur’an, Pesantren Abstract This study aims to find out the implementation of the program tahfidz al-Qur'an in Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara South Sulawesi and know the achievements of program accompaniment tahfidz al-Qur'an in Pesantren Muhammadiyah Darul Arqam Gombara South Sulawesi. The type of this research is qualitative research, the method used, the method of documentation and interview. The population and sample of this research are: Santri, Pembina, and director of Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara South Sulawesi The results of this study are: Implementation of guidance program tahfidz al-Qur'an Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara South Sulawesi, namely: implemented internally boarding , implemented by cooperation AMCF and Pesantren in Solo.The results of the program accompaniment tahfidz al-Qur'an Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara South Sulawesi, the Program Tahfidz Al-Qur'an 30 juz completed within 2-3 years assuming 10 juz per year (depending on the ability of students) where while memorizing Al -Qur'an with tajwid and tartil, every santri also learn basic aqidah, fiqh daily, sirah (history), adab and sunna, hadith, nahwu, shorof, interpretation and translation of Qur'an.Keywords: Pfogrz tahfidz al-Qur'an, Pesantren

Evaluasi Program Mutu Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran pada Tahapan Transactions (Suatu Pendekatan Model Stake’s Countenance Evaluation)

Abstract

  AbstrakPenelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kombinasi (mixed methods). Pendekatan penelitian, yaitu: pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri atas Rektor, Wakil Rektor I, Ketua Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu, Ketua Unit Penjaminan Mutu Fakultas, dan Kasubdit SDM Universitas dan yang menjadi responden yaitu 32 Ketua Prodi dan 70 Ketua Tingkat. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan lembar observasi. Penilaian untuk setiap aspek evaluasi dikategorikan menjadi tiga tingkatan: tinggi, sedang, dan rendah.  Pengambilan keputusan dikategorikan menjadi tiga tingkatan: tercapai, kurang tercapai, dan tidak tercapai. Penelitian evaluasi ini memberikan beberapa kesimpulan,  yaitu gambaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Unismuh Makassar pada tahapan proses (transactions) menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penguasaan dosen dalam menyusun dan menyiapkan administrasi perkuliahan dari 7 subaspek  yang dievaluasi  terdapat 6 subaspek  telah memenuhi kriteria objektif dan 1 subaspek yang kurang tercapai yaitu kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun buku ajar, 2)) penguasaan dosen dalam pelaksanaan perkuliahan menunjukkan bahwa dari 15 subaspek yang dievaluasi 13 subaspek sudah tercapai sesuai standar objektif dan 2 subaspek yang belum terpenuhi yaitu dosen tidak memberikan sanksi kepada mahasiswa yang terlambat 30 menit dalam mengikuti perkuliahan dan dosen belum menyampaikan materi kuliah dengan berbasis IT, 3) interaksi dosen dengan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan, dari 4 subaspek yang dievaluasi semuanya telah memenuhi standar objektif, dan 4) kemampuan dosen dalam melakukan evaluasi hasil perkuliahan  menunjukkan bahwa dari 12 subaspek yang dievaluasi terdapat  10 subaspek sudah tercapai sesuai standar objektif dan 2 subaspek kurang terpenuhi. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Mutu Pembelajaran dan TransactionsAbstract                This study is an evaluation study using mixed methods. Research approach, namely: case study approach. The data sources of this study consisted of the Chancellor, Deputy Chancellor I, Chairperson of the Quality Assurance Agency, Chair of the Faculty Quality Assurance Unit, and the Head of Sub-directorate of Human Resources of the University and respondents, namely 32 Chairmen of Study Programs and 70 Chairmen. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation studies, and observation sheets. Assessments for each aspect of evaluation are categorized into three levels: high, medium, and low. Decision making is categorized into three levels: achieved, less achieved, and not achieved. This evaluation study provides several conclusions, namely the description of the implementation of learning in Unismuh Makassar at the stages of transactions shows that: 1) the mastery of lecturers in preparing and preparing lecture administration from 7 sub-aspects evaluated, there are 6 sub-aspects that meet objective criteria and 1 sub-aspect is lacking achieved, namely the ability of lecturers in preparing textbooks, 2)) mastery of lecturers in lecturing shows that out of 15 sub-aspects evaluated 13 sub-aspects have been achieved according to objective standards and 2 sub-aspects that have not been fulfilled, namely lecturers do not sanction students who are 30 minutes late in attending lectures and lecturers have not delivered IT-based lecture material, 3) lecturer and student interaction in lectures, of the 4 sub-aspects evaluated all met objective standards, and 4) lecturers' ability to evaluate lecture results showed that from 12 sub the evaluated aspects have 10 sub-aspects that have been achieved according to objective standards and 2 sub-aspects have not been fulfilled.Keywords: Evaluation, Learning Quality and Transaction
