Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of burnout management to improve the performance of TAS in high school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a type of case study. The collection of data using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data sources of researchers came from principals, laboratory staff, financial staff, caraka, security guards and sub-heads of TU. Data analysis was carried out with data condensation, data display and verification processes. The results of this study (1) TAS showed symptoms of physical and psychological fatigue, decreased morale, complaining about oneself, emotional uncertainty, and feelings of cynicism, (2 ) type of burnout is fatigue and saturation in work, keeping distance from the environment, emotions are more sensitive, (3) causes of burnout are two factors, external factors and internal factors, (4) procedural steps in handling burnout using the management process starting from planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation, (5) the impact of management on burnout handling, namely a sense of kinship between TAS employees, building friendships, preventing misunderstandings, being more prepared to carry out tasks, and being more disciplined in carrying out tasks and activities.Keywords: Burnout, Performance, TASAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen penanganan burnout untuk meningkatkan kinerja TAS di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data peneliti berasal dari kepala sekolah, laboran, staf keuangan, caraka, satpam dan kasubag TU. Analisis data dilakukan dengan proses kondensasi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini (1) TAS menunjukkan gejala kelelahan secara fisik dan psikologis, semangat kerja menurun, mengeluh pada diri sendiri, emosional yang tidak menentu, dan terdapat perasaan yang sinisme, (2) jenis burnout yaitu kelelahan dan jenuh dalam bekerja, menjaga jarak dengan lingkungan, emosi yang lebih sensitif, (3) penyebab burnout ada dua faktor yaitu faktor ektern dan faktor intern, (4) langkah prosedural dalam manajemen penanganan burnout menggunakan proses manajemen dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, (5)dampak manajemen penanganan burnout yaitu rasa kekeluargaan antara pegawai TAS, membangun silaturahmi, mencegah kesalahpahaman, lebih siap menjalankan tugas, dan lebih disiplin dalam menjalankan tugas maupun kegiatan. Abstract

he study is intended to create a model for developing and implementing TQM and increasing the quality of academic service system at the State University of Malang. It is an action research involving those directly working in the academic service system. The findings indicate that the model for developing and implementing TQM increases the quality of the academic service system. The effectiveness is indicated by the increased quality of the academic service system as measured by the increase of satisfaction of the clients, the greater ability of the system to meet the need and expectation of the clients, and the greater involvement of individuals and institutions within the academic service system

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of the Total Quality Management in the Learning Quality Management System in Educational Institutions. This study aimed to analyse the implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM) in the learning quality management system in educational institutions. This study used a descriptive design. The population consisted of people in the organizational structure of the quality management system and the sample was pusposively selected. The data were collected through interviews and documents and were analysed using the descriptive technique. The findings show that: (1) the TQM has been implemented but it still needs optimizing, (2) it needs support from the heads of relevant units, (3) there are constraints because of work teams that are not optimal and limited time and funds, (4) the strategies to deal with the constraints depend on the condition and situation, and (5) the implementation of the TQM refers to an evaluation and monitoring study and the draft of academic quality assurance documents. Abstract

This research aimed to help teachers reinforce their teaching skills in the classroom. This study was a qualitative research with case study design, it also uses the supervision instrument. Data collection was done using observation, interviews, and documentary study with used descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the implementation of clinical supervision in three cycles to improve the teaching quality runs well and affects greatly to the quality of teacher teaching and learning in the classroom.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajarnya di kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus menggunakan instrumen supervisi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi klinis melalui tiga siklus dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru di sekolah dasar telah berjalan dengan baik dan sangat memengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran guru saat kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to discover the implementation of clinical supervision for improving learning effectiveness towards sport, physical, and health education in SDIT Bumi Darun Najah Lekok District Pasuruan. This study employed descriptive qualitative design. The data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. The data, then, were analyzed by using interactive method through data reduction, data exposition, and drawing conclusion. The result of this study showed that the implementation of clinical supervision consists of three stages, teacher in learning process is indicated less effective, and classroom management is still required to be improved. It is indicated that teacher encounters hindrance regarding learning effectiveness, particularly in encouraging students enthusiasim and conditioning students in the field.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi supervisi klinis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran terhadap mata pelajaran PJOK di SDIT Bumi Darun Najah Kecamatan Lekok Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode interaktif, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tahapan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis ada  tiga tahapan, kurang efektifnya guru dalam pembelajaran, dan pengelolaan kelas yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Guru mengalami beberapa kesulitan dalam efektivitas mengajar terutama meningkatkan antusiasme peserta didik dan pengondisian peserta didik di lapangan.

Abstract

Model Knowledge Management dalam Organisasi PendidikanAbstract: This study aims to describe knowledge management process in SMAN 1 Pulau-Pulau Aru and SMA Yos Sudarso Dobo in Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. This research uses qualitative research with a multi case study design. The data are collected by observation, interview and documentation then analyzed with data analysis techniques; individual case and cross-case analysis. The findings of this study describes (1) the teachers have done  the knowledge transformation of explicit to tacit in the preparation of learning, tacit to explicit knowledge transformation have not been done well, and the knowledge transformation of tacit to tacit have been done well; (2) socialization have been done, but not maximized; (3) the principal of SMAN 1 Pulau-Pulau Aru is more democratic and principal of SMA Yos Sudarso Dobo is more paternalistic; (4) the improvement in the form of efforts to incorporate knowledge from outside the school have been done by both schools; and (5) the process of knowledge capture at both schools has been going well.Key Words: model, knowledge management, educational organizationsAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses knowledge management yang dilakukan pada SMA Negeri 1 Pulau-pulau Aru dan SMA Yos Sudarso Dobo di Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data kasus individu dan analisis data lintas kasus. Temuan penelitian ini menggambarkan (1) guru-guru sudah melakukan transformasi pengetahuan explicit to tacit dengan baik ketika melakukan persiapan pembelajaran, transformasi pengetahuan tacit to explicit belum dilakukan dengan baik, dan transformasi pengetahuan tacit to tacit sudah dilakukan dengan baik; (2)  sosialisasi dilakukan dengan baik, namun belum maksimal; (3)  kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Pulau-pulau Aru lebih demokratis dan kepala sekolah SMA Yos Sudarso Dobo lebih paternalistis; (4) peningkatan berupa upaya memasukan pengetahuan dari luar sekolah sudah dilakukan oleh kedua sekolah; dan (5)  proses knowledge capture di kedua sekolah sudah berjalan dengan baik. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan hasil pengamatan penulis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan mengajar dosen muda Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan melalui praktik Lesson Study. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan pengamatan pada setiap tahap plan, do dan see pada tiga siklus proses Lesson Study yang dilaksanakan. Lesson Study memugkinkan proses peningkatan keterampilan mengajar dosen muda. Hal itu terjadi sebagai hasil dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama. Sehingga umpan balik dapat terjadi secara langsung dan otentik untuk perbaikan pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Kritik, saran dan masukan yang disampaikan oleh observer dapat membangkitkan kesadaran praktikan untuk memperbaiki kekurangan dan kelemahannya dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan menilai pembelajaran. Abstract

Abstract: The writing of this article aims to initiate scientific discussions in order to improve the ability of teachers through Classroom Action Research (CAR) training in educational units. The writing of this article is based on experience, theory study, and empirical analysis (research) ever done. Through systematic analysis of these materials, the conclusion of the study was produced. The results show that one of the teachers’ abilities in the field of research can be improved through classroom action research training on educational units. Support from various stakeholders can facilitate teachers in doing a good CAR.Keywords: teacher ability, scientific papers, classroom action researchAbstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menginisiasi diskusi ilmiah dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuan guru melalui pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) pada satuan pendidikan. Penulisan artikel ini didasarkan pada pengalaman, kajian teori, dan analisis empirik (penelitian) yang pernah dilakukan. Melalui analisis sistematik terhadap bahan-bahan tersebut dihasilkanlah konklusi kajian. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa salah satu kemampuan guru dalam bidang penelitian dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas pada satuan pendidikan. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this science, technology, and art (ipteks) implementation is that at the end of the activity, the Principal Principals in Blitar City can realize quality education through the implementation or implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in elementary school (SD). The target of community service activities is the Principal and Primary School Supervisor. The form of activities is community education, which is implemented through seminar and workshop techniques. The training methods used are varied, among others through lectures, questions and answers, discussions, brainstorming, task methods, exercises, sharing experiences, and consolidation. Based on the results of the evaluation, the outline of capacity building activities of school principals in realizing quality education through the implementation or implementation of school-based management in primary schools can be done well. The number of participants who attended 34 principals, from the number of participants who had more than 90% of the Principal is very active in following the seminar and workshop. All the attendees (100%) followed the activity thoroughly from start to finish. Judging from the results, more than 90% of principals and supervisors understand about the material presented by the resource person.Keywords: school quality, school based managementAbstrak: Tujuan kegiatan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni (ipteks) ini adalah agar pada akhir kegiatan, para Kepala Sekolah Dasar di Kota Blitar mampu mewujudkan pendidikan bermutu melalui penerapan atau implementasi MBS di SD. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Kepala Sekolah Dasar dan Pengawas TK/SD. Bentuk kegiatannya adalah pendidikan masyarakat, yang dilaksanakan melalui teknik seminar dan lokakarya. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan secara bervariasi, antara lain melalui ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, brainstorming, metode tugas, latihan, sharing experiences, dan pemantapan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, secara garis besar kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan pendidikan bermutu melalui penerapan atau implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Jumlah peserta yang hadir 34 orang Kepala Sekolah, dari jumlah peserta yang hadri lebih dari 90% Kepala Sekolah sangat aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan seminar dan lokakarya ini. Seluruh peserta yang hadir (100%) mengikuti kegiatan secara tuntas dari awal sampai akhir. Ditinjau dari hasilnya, lebih dari 90% Kepala Sekolah dan Pengawas memahami tentang materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber.Kata kunci: manajemen berbasis sekolah, mutu sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influences of education level, salary, and age to the work productivity of public sector workers.  This study uses descriptive correlational regression design.  The populations of the data, consists of lecturers and administrative public sector workers.  The population numbers exceed 1,542 and 25% of the sample is taken proportionally with stratified random sampling and as the result, obtaining 377 people as the data.  The type of data is in the form of secondary data.  The data analysis is using descriptive and multiple regression techniques.  The results show that the levels of education, salary, and age have significant effect to the work productivity of the public sector workers.
