Abstract

Juhut village is the agribusiness center of Sheep Integrated Village, as the field laboratory, and the locus of Banten Provincial Innovation System.Many programs provided at the site, ranging from seedlings, funding, and community assistance. However, the environmental conditions that support these activities and the potential for landslides has not been widely studied yet. Therefore, identification of soil fertility status and potential landslides disaster hazard in the Juhut Village needs to be done. The survey was conducted on July-October 2015 by taking soil samples at six locations around Juhut Village: Kadu Salak, Kadu Limus, Canggoang, Cinyurup, Sanim, and Balangendong. Soil samples were analyzed at the Laboratory of Land Resources Research and Development, Ministry Agricultural in Bogor. Potential landslides were analyzed using RBI Map of Indonesia overlied by Google Earth using Watershed Modeling System software, and the category is determined according Kusratmoko (2002). Based on the results of the study note that soil fertility in  the Juhut Village of Pandeglang range of low to high. Zoning areas vulnerable to landslides in the area juhut showed mostly a temperate zone with detailed granularity: landslide zonation high, medium, and low respectively covering 245.3, 707.1 and 126.1 hectares. High avalanche zones are located mainly in the central region and the northwest region, which is part slopes of Mount Karang. High avalanche zones are located mainly in the region of Central and Northwest region, which is part slopes of Mount Karang. High landslide zone area is in forest areas, but also there are some places that are on land use mixed garden, farm / field. Efforts need to be done at high risk zone is to increase community capacity by providing The landslide dissaster dissemination and training, and application LEWS (Land Slide Early Warning System). While in the area of agribusiness centers of sheep and goats for a very open area planting perennials.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Batang Anai tahun pelajaran 2016/2017, siswa malu bertanya dan tidak berani mengeluarkan pendapat di dalam kelas, siswa hanya mengerti saat mendengarkan penjelasan dari guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan menerapkan Teknik Spotlight lebih baik dari pada pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada kelas VIII SMPN 1 Batang Anai Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimen, dengan rancangan penelitian random terhadap subjek. Populasi penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Batang Anai tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang terdiri dari enam kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak, terpilih kelas VIII2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instumen penelitian adalah tes pemahaman konsep matematis. Bentuk tes yang digunakan adalah bentuk uraian dengan reliabilitas tes 0,780. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t satu pihak. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung =1,833 dan ttabel= 1,67. Hipotesis diterima karena thitung > ttabel, sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan diterima pada taraf nyata α = 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan penerapan strategi spotlight lebih baik daripada pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan pembelajaran konvensional di kelas VIII SMPN 1 Batang Anai. Kata Kunci: Spotlight, Pemahaman Konsep. Abstract This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of mathematical concepts in the VIII class at SMPN 1 Batang Anai 2016/2017 school year, students are embarrassed to ask and do not come forward and speak in the classroom, the students only understand when listening to the explanation from the teacher. This study aims to determine whether the students understanding of mathematical concepts by applying the technique Spotlight better than on understanding mathematical concepts students with conventional learning in the VIII class at SMPN 1 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman. This type of research is experimental research, the design of randomized trials on the subject. The study population was all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Batang Anai 2016/2017 academic year consisting of six classes. The sampling technique is done randomly selected the VIII2 class as an experimental class and the VIII4 class as the control class. Research instrument is a test of understanding mathematical concepts. The shape of the test used is the narrative form with the reliability of the test. The data analysis technique used is the test of the party. Based on the hypothesis test results obtained by value t = 1.833 and table = 1.67. Accepted hypothesis for t> t table, so the hypothesis is accepted at significance level α = 0.05. It can be concluded that students understanding of mathematical concepts with the application strategy better spotlight than understanding students mathematical concepts with conventional learning in the class of VIII at SMPN 1 Batang Anai. Abstract

AbstractThis study concerned group of Indonesian EFL learners’ perceptions regarding the use of Indonesian (L1) and English language (L2) by their teachers in the classroom. In particular, the study aimed to unravel how these learners perceived the use of their L1 and L2 during the course of English instruction in the classroom and how their perceptions might have been shaped by different aspects of “identity construction” to which they were oriented. Data were gathered through administering a questionnaire to one hundred seventy-three adult Indonesian EFL learners. Analysis of the learners’ responses suggested that they maintained different perceptions with regard to the use of their L1 and L2 and that their perceptions may be subsumed into two broad categories, each of which reflects the differences in their perceptions. Factors that might have affected the learners’ perceptions were then critically discussed in the light of identity theory in the context of L2 pedagogy. In particular, the theory suggests that different aspects of identity construction to which learners are oriented affect their perceptions of the use of theirL1 and L2 in the classroom. Further, these different aspects of identity construction may also affect how learners are likely to respond to the use of an L1 and L2 in the classroom (and beyond).Keywords: English as a foreign language (EFL), language use, identity theory in L2 pedagogy

Abstract

Haji adalah ibadah eksklusif dan unik. Sekarang eksklusif karena tidak semua umat Islam tidak perlu itu. Ini ritual hanya dilakukan oleh mereka yang memiliki kemampuan fisik, persyaratan psikologis, dan keuangan untuk menjalankannya. Haji ritual adalah unik karena sering melampaui normatif batas. Fenomena ziarah draper di Pasar Beringharjo yang merupakan subjek penelitian ini jelas menunjukkan hal ini. Para pedagang menyisihkan sebagian dari hati keuntungan perdagangan berrela diperoleh setiap hari, mengumpulkan sedikit demi sedikit dalam waktu yang lama, dan setelah dikumpulkan relatif besar adalah tidak digunakan untuk memperluas bisnis seperti biasa oleh pedagang, namun "menghabiskan" untuk melakukan haji. Studi ini menemukan dasar pedagang rasionalisasi di Pasar Beringharjo yang dapat ditelusuri dari tiga aspek, yaitu makna dari ibadah haji, penggunaan peziarah simbol, dan penggunaan simbol-simbol ini di kegiatan perdagangan mereka. Pertama, makna haji memiliki setidaknya empat arti yang berbeda, yaitu: (a) makna normatif, (b) haji adalah jaminan untuk doa yang dijawab, (c) Haji adalah simbol status sosial dan budaya yang tinggi, (d) simbol Haji adalah jaminan kepercayaan kepada pembeli. Kedua, penciptaan aspek simbolis dari peziarah di Pasar Beringharjo pedagang termotivasi oleh tiga hal, yaitu budaya, sosial, dan latar belakang ekonomi. Ketiga, pelebaran, dan pergeseran memperluas makna haji yang dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang agama, pandangan dunia sebagai orang Jawa, dan yang posisi sebagai pedagang.

Abstract

Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya formalisasi pendidikan pesantren yang dilaksanakan pada beberapa pesantren di Kota Pekalongan dengan orientasi "setengah hati", tidak diikuti pendirian lembaga pendidikan formal, justru berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan pesantren. Sebaliknya, jika diikuti dengan pendirian lembaga pendidikan formal seperti MTs dan MA maka berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pesantren secara kondusif. Formalisasi pesantren juga berdampak terhadap pergeseran pola kepemimpinan pesantren, dari kepemimpinan individu ke kepemimpinan kolektif yayasan; dari sistem pendidikan tradisional ke sistem pendidikan persekolahan; dari kurikulum kitab kuning oriented ke kurikulum integrative; dan dari metode tradisional salafi yang kyai oriented (weton, sorogan, hapalan, ceramah) ke metode student oriented (diskusi, resitasi, problem solving, kerja kelompok) dan lain-lain. Yang menarik, ketika pesantren-pesantren yang diteliti memformalisasikan pendidikannya, kurikulum pesantren salaf yang berbasis kitab kuning tetap dipertahankan, sedangkan ilmu umum hanya dijadikan pendukung ilmu agama yang ada di kurikulum salaf. Ilmu umum dipandang sebagai kebutuhan/tantangan modernisasi pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to map the role of Indonesia in facing the competition in the era of asean economic community. This idea motivated by a certainty that as a great nation, Indonesia should have a variety of strategies in playing its role to become a nation that has a significant role.The author seeks to explore the roles that can be played by Indonesia in the enforceability of the ASEAN economic community. However, theimplementation of Asean economic community has an implication on the education system in Indonesia. It takes a variety of strategies that should be pursued by the Indonesian government to exist in the competition arena of asean economic community. One of the strategies is to implement knowledge based economy in facing asean economic community. The way to apply it is through good quality of education system, at least the strategy reffers to 4 recommendations from Unesco to the fulfillment of 8 national education standards, because education as a strategic means to establish a characterless human resource. The availability of characterless generation would be one of Indonesia’s strengths and leverages to compete in the era ofAsean Economic Community.

Abstract

This study aims to make the ubudiyah muamalah character education model effective. The ubudiyah muamalah character education is in accordance with the development in the madrasah. This research uses the research and development (R & D) approach which begins with finding the problem of character education, then proceeding to explore the results of research and development that are relevant to the problems being studied and then analyze them. The data source of this study consisted of ten papers that were presented in the seminar and five research papers. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive models. The results of the analysis show that the character education model for Islamic students consists of, among others, familiarity, educator modeling, scheduling, discipline, and continuous mentoring in competency planning, textbooks, learning manuals, and assessment instruments. The implementation of the ubudiyah muamalah character education model includes the role of educators, education staff, parents of students, the environment of students who are important factors. The evaluation system is good, objective, measurable, and authentic. The assessment from external institutions becomes a decisive part. This ubudiyah muamalah character education model will be better if it involves the role of religious leaders. Based on the results of the assessment carried out during one year of study it can be concluded that the development of the management model of the ubudiyah muamalah-based character education in Darul Falah Pati Aliyah madrasas can be carried out with good results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk menguji apakah: 1) Terdapat hubungan Kecerdasan Intelektual (IQ) dengan Kompetensi Guru; 2) Terdapat hubungan Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Kompetensi Guru; 3) Terdapat hubungan antara Kecerdasan Intelektual (IQ) dan Motivasi Berprestasi dengan  Kompetensi Guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 50 orang guru Matematika SMP Bintang Pelajar yang dipilih dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil melalui tes tertulis dan kuesioner. Berdasar hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh: 1) Hubungan antara Kecerdasan Intelektual (IQ) dengan Kompetensi Guru, memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,404, koefisien determinasi 0,163 dan persamaan regresi : ? = 68,606 + 0,327X1; 2) Hubungan antara Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Kompetensi Guru,  memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,576, koefisien determinasi 0,332 dan persamaan regresi : ? = 43,290 + 0,429 X2. 3) Hubungan antara Kecerdasan Intelektual (IQ) dan Motivasi Berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan Kompetensi Guru memiliki koefisien korelasi ganda 0,685, koefisien determinasi 0,469 dan persamaan regresi ganda ? = 10,261 + 0,300X1 + 0,412X2.  Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan : 1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara Kecerdasan Intelektual (IQ) dengan Kompetensi Guru, yaitu semakin tinggi Kecerdasan Intelektual (IQ) Guru, maka semakin tinggi pula Kompetensi Guru.; 2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Kompetensi Guru, yaitu semakin tinggi Motivasi Berprestasi guru, maka semakin tinggi pula Kompetensi Gurunya; 3) Terdapat hubungan positif antara Kecerdasan Intelektual (IQ) dan Motivasi Berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan Kompetensi Guru, yaitu semakin tinggi Kecerdasan Intelektual (IQ) guru dan Motivasi Berprestasi guru, maka semakin tinggi pula Kompetensi Guru

Abstract

Proper practice method is an important element in improving the ability of agility, amongothers, using ladder drill tool or stair ladder. Rapid foot reaction becomes one form ofphysical exercise that works to train foot agility and coordination in a balanced manner. Thepurpose of this research is to know how big influence of ledder drill training to the agility offootball player player from Unwahas. This study uses the design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research, with a population of players Football Unwahas SMEs, as many as40 players. The sample used in this research is 28 people, data analysis of research done bycomparing data of pretest and posttest result after treatment using one sample t-test. Theresults obtained that the average agility time of pretest result is 16.73 seconds, with thehighest time of 21.6 seconds and the lowest time 14.6 seconds. While at the post test, theaverage agility time is 15.76 seconds, the highest time is 19.2 seconds and the lowest time is14.2 seconds. Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because sig = 0,000 <0,05, it meansdifference of difference is different so it can be said effective ladder drill treatment toincrease the result of agility. The result of research is sig = 0.000 <0,05, it means differenceof difference is different so it can be said effective ladder drill treatment to increase the resultof agility, so it can be concluded that there is influence between ladder drill training to abilityagility.Keywords: influence, ladder drill, agility, ukm football

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of Daily Release Workers - Agricultural Extension Workers (THL-TBPP) at the Implementing Agency for Agricultural, Fisheries and Forestry Extension of Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The research was conducted at Agricultural Extension Agency, Fishery and Forestry Agency of Musi Banyuasin Regency with a total sample of 51. The method of analysis used in the research is simple linear regression, by conducting validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the compensation has a positive effect on the performance of the Relevant Force-Tenaga Bantu Penuluh Pertanian (THL-TBPP) with a relationship level of 57.8%
