Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share disertai Make A Match terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi gerak tumbuhan kelas VIII SMPK Immanuel II Sungai Raya.Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan caraIntact Group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 butir.Rata-rata skor hasil belajar kelas eksperimen 17,65 sedangkan kelas kontrol 13,00. Hasil uji U Mann-Whitney diperoleh bahwa Zhitung< ZTabel (-5,55 < -1,96), hal ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share disertai Make A Matchdengan yang diajarkan menggunakan model konvensional. Melalui perhitungan Effect Size, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share disertai Make A Match memberikan pengaruh sebesar 46,25% terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPK Immanuel II Sungai Raya. Kata kunci: Think Pair Share, Make A Match  Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share combined with the model of Make A Match on the learning outcomes of students of SMPK Immanuel II year VIII, particularly in the topic of plant motion. The sampling technique was Intact Group. The instruments used were 20 multiple choice questions. The average score of the experimental group’s learning outcome was 17.65 while that of control group’s learning outcome was 13.00. The test result of U Mann Whitney showed Zcount< ZTabel (-5.55 < -1.96) which means that there is a discrepancy in learning outcomes of students who were taught with cooperative learning of Think Pair Share combined with the model Make A Match and those who are taught with conventional model. Through calculation of Effect Size, cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share combined with the model of Make A Match gave an impact 46.25% on learning outcomes of students of class VIII SMPK Immanuel II Sungai Raya. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model direct instruction disertai metode praktikum terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi jamur di kelas X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas X A (kelas kontrol) dan kelas X B (kelas eksperimen), teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara intact group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 20 butir. Rata-rata skor hasil posttest siswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 17,43, sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah 15,94 dan diperoleh Zhitung < Ztabel (-2,58 < -1,96). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model direct instruction disertai metode praktikum berpengaruh terhadap  hasil belajar siswa. The form of this research is (quasi experimental design) with nonequivalent control group design. The sample of the research is class X A (control class) and class X B (experiment class), the sampling technique is intact group. The instrument used in the form of a multiple choice test which consist of 20 items. The average posttest score of the students in experiment class is 17,43, while control class is 15,94 and Zcount < Ztable (-2,58 < -1,96). It can be concluded that the application of direct instruction model with practical methods affect student learning achievement. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran inquiry terhadap hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah siswa pada materi jamur di kelas X SMAN 9 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu X MIA 1 (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas X MIA 2 (kelas kontrol). Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan intact group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 butir dan  lembar observasi sikap ilmiah. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil posttest siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 16,92, sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah 13,00. Pada uji U-Mann Whitney diperoleh Zhitung < -Ztabel (-5,72 < -1,96) sehingga disimipulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran inquiry dengan yang menggunakan model konvensional. Berdasarkan nilai Effect Size diketahui model pembelajaran inquiry memberikan kontribusi 39,62% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkap sikap ilmiah siswa tergolong sangat tinggi dengan persentase 88,55%. Method used was quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group. The research sample is class X MIA 1 (experimental class) and class X MIA 2 (control class). The instrument used was a multiple choice test which consist of 20 items and scientific attitude observation paper. The sampling was intact group. From the research result, obtained an average score of posttest results of students in the experimental class which was 16,92, while the average score of posttest in control class was 13,00. For the analysis of U-Mann Whitney test obtained Zcount ≤ Ztable (-5,72 ≤ -1.96)so that it can be concluded that there is a difference in student’s outcomes whom were taught by using inquiry model with those whom were taught by using conventional model.. Based on the value of Effect size, it is known that inquiry model contributed 39,62% on the learning outcomes. Whereas scientific attitude of students is very high with a percentage of 88.55 % .
